Was in the store this past Saturday and the one employee was being trained by another! The new employee was very nice. However, the other employee was very rude to me! Would not assist me in anyway and told me that he I needed to call. One issue that I had was I turned off my data. So your telling me that he couldn’t of asked me to check. The other issue I had was installing a new SIM card. He said his computer was down and he could not. He was very rude to me and I am in customer service and never felt so disrespected. I will be switching to AT&T or Verizon after that.
We went at The Mobile in Newtown at 7:30 on Friday, the door was already looked, just to let you know that is supposed they close by 8:00pm. The employee was inside but pretend didnt see us.On Sunday we went at the Broomall store, was only one employee to helping the customer there. She was busy helping another customer.while we was there we observed a costume, who was tied of wait for they turn leave the store. After a while we did the same.
Stopped here twice in the last couple weeks. The customer service is rotten. They clearly do not care to be bothered in this store. Its the only place Ive ever been to where the first move is to tell you to call the help line. What terrible service.
I called TV is store & a young lady answered. I asked her if they had any LG v60 screen protectors, and she immediately said no. She didnt even bother to check.

Called to get their hours and was told they were closed but if I had question they would be willing to assist. I gave phone to my wife and she was so thrilled with the patience and information Ivy provided she insisted on writing this review. Ivy was as pleasant and never portrayed the were closedattitude some stores give minutes BEFORE closing.Hats off to EXCELLENT customer service!!!! LB

This store is the absolute worst. I would not send anyone that I care about to this store. They consistently LIE to customers by telling them wrong pricing on phones and giving people free accessories, which is actually them just financing accessories on peoples accounts. They are complete scum bags and deserve to be shut down. I didnt think they were stupid enough to try this, but they were. If you have to go here and have no other options, make sure they stick to the online price of the phone. DO NOT let them tack on accessories to your bill and tell you a $30 costs $40 a month. They will lie and finance accessories on your plan. BEWARE!
Today I worked with Chris at the Lawrence park store. On a scale of 1-10, I would rate him a 10. He knowledgeable and patient with my questions. I was the best experience I have had at T-Mobile . I will certainly tell others about this location and more importantly this young man. From now on I will be coming here for my electronics.

Every single person in this store is helpful and Stanley, the Manager gets 4 stars for being pleasant, professional, not making a customer feel rushed and just darn nice! Bought my phone there and came back to this store to get my Daughters phone because of Stanley and his staff (even though theres a T-Moble closer to me!
Don’t buy anything from this location. They lied about my phone and now I’m being charged for it. If you want to get robbed go here if not go elsewhere. The employees are incompetent and don’t know what they are doing. They are a bunch of yes men that say anything for a sale.
CJ is a sales associate that helped me. I have been struggling with my phone for quite some time, but never wanted to take the time to fix it. He helped me with all of my issues and did it quickly and graciously. Super nice young man.
Everyone at the store is great. CJ did a great job helping us pick the new right iPhone for my wife. Would highly recommend.

Stanley was more than helpful in helping us switch over our plans and figuring out our lines/phones confusion. He, along with his teammates (Amir, and Kris), stayed open for us for over an hour to assist us We are very appreciative of their efforts.

Just went in here tonight with my family to get us all on a family plan. I cannot say enough about the customer service we received. His name is slipping my mind at the moment (when I remember ill comment back) he wore glasses. Not only did he stay well past closing time to accomodate us, he was extremely patient considering the circumstances! He really went above and beyond to take care of us.
In store awesome, phone not so much waited way too long, over 10 minutes,had to hang up and call them back.

I was having issues for a few days with my phone not working, and I was under the impression I would have to wait business days in order to my phone to function correctly. CJ, and Lorelis resolved the issues for me, and I left their store with full functioning phone. Couldnt be happier with my experience!!
My niece Sandra and I came in saturday to get new phones. CJ helped us out and was extremely wonderful. He explained everything to us about our phones and even stayed later then store hours to make sure we knew how to use them. His help was so appreciate!!!
I just want to thank the great customer service of CJ and his Manager, Stanley. They were very accommodating to us and focused on a positive, memorable customer experience. Hey All, Id like to say, Firstly - I am a self-proclaimed Tech Idiot. This means I tend to wear thin the patience of even the most patient sales rep or tech trying to help me fix my issues with electronics. Secondly - the day (Friday July 22, 2017) I met the Amazing crew at my areas new T-mobile store (Lawrence Park Shopping Center - Springfield/Broomall, PA) I was already at my limit with T-mobile & not being the nicest or most polite.However, the Crew of guys at this store worked as a team to lighten my mood & handle all the issues I was having. By the time I was finished my breakdown over yet another T-Mobile/HTC glitch I ended up with a new LGV20 phone that I love, an account that was beyond messed up & very confusing to me competely straightened out and fully explained, a Smile on my face, a lightened mood and all the attitude I had due to calling T-mobiles customer service -which started the ball rolling to begin with - dissipated.Im sure they had enough of me by then, but, there I was right back at that store on Saturday & Sunday too. They transferred data, explained settings, made me feel less of a tech idiot... Then there wasOmar who was stuck trying to find a way for me to override a sweep setting and just answer my phone in a normal manner. Every thing he came up with I just pouted & said No until he finally went tech deep into the phone and was able to make it work. You also have Kris who is a bit quiet but oh so sweet - he was very calming in the midst of my T-mobile unhappiness. Nate - absolute Teddy Bear and best Smile ever. Matt is the district manager and what impressed me was how well he worked with this team - there was no Im the Boss - youre just an underling - They were asking him questions & he was asking them questions - such a cohesive unit - it made my experience a much nicer one especially since, in todays world its rare to find anyone thst wants to work as team - most people want to promote their status and hold it over others heads. Not in this store. There were also two other team members - one I met on Sunday and one I met today(Tuesday). I regret I did not get their names but they were both pleasant and so kind. The Store Manager is Stan. Oh, what to say about Stan. He is the Ultimate Multitasker. He was always handling 3 or 4 customers at once without making any of us feel neglected. He can talk to a customer on the phone while putting a phone together and getting it ready for a waiting customer, set up a phone to transfer, work on the computer and answer questions when both customers and team members are needing answers. All of these guys helped each and every customer while still handling the original problems they were working on. No one was just left to stand around waiting. Everyone was greeted and promptly helped. Chairs were offered to those whose issues would take some time and I havent heard so much respect being shown to customers in a very long time. You just cant have the T-Mobile Grumpies around this crew - they dont allow it.I truly hope this crew stays as is. Being someone that rarely has good experiences with T-Mobile and has had to resort to driving into Plymouth Meeting just to find knowledgeable associates I am so grateful this store has come to my neighborhood. Even more Grateful it is staffed with such an excellent knowledgeable team of T-Mobile Men.Thank you to all the Lawrence Park T-Mobile Team Members. You Rock! And I dont mean like Matts Rock music from the 80s(Sorry Matt😕) - your much better. With Huge amounts of Gratitude...Susan Senss
