No one wants to have to go to a body shop. It means that your vehicle has been in an accident, and who wants that? But by bad luck, our family had two vehicles in accidents recently.After checking reviews in my area, I suggested that my daughter (whose car had been hit while parked in Media) take her Jeep to Lou Pace. Well, long story short, they took over everything, worked with the insurance company, got my daughter set up with a rental car and when they were done, her Jeep looked as good as new! The work was absolutely invisible.Next up, my wife had an accident in her Hyundai. No one hurt, thankfully, but the front was damaged. Same story - they took over everything, got the insurance company information that they had overlooked and fixed the car so that you would never notice that it had been damaged. Another one like new.This would be great by itself, but I have to add that the people that we worked with there, Barbara in the office and Lou, are fantastic. They care about their customers, they are committed to doing a good job and making sure that your insurance lives up to their obligations.If you need body work, this is the place. Highest possible recommendation.

Wow, what a great shop. I am repairing a car in my free time that needed a bumper cover painted. A small part that would only charge me a small amount to paint. Despite the small cost, they treated me extremely well and I never felt like I was wasting their time. They had an incredibly quick turnaround getting the part back to me the very next day. Hopefully, I will have larger projects for them in the future.

Not like any other body shop, or car repair, experience I have ever had. To have a proprietor try to save you money and get creative and even artistic to make your car look right again, to keep price and labor down, is unheard-of. That was my experience at Lou Pace, I highly recommend them.

Had a leak on passengers side under glovebox. 3 yes THREE dealerships told me basically sucks to suck, we dont know whats wrong here. Meineke figured out theres been a problem in the past through the subaru data base (i love how Rafferty subaru couldnt figure that out and sent me away wasting my time) and said they couldnt fix it but Lous auto could. They gave me a TSB to show Lous and they took care of it with great customer service in between. All the rain weve had since then, and no leak. Ill go here for car problems anytime Im in the area
