Had a very personable and knowledgeable staff member from Phoenix A/V Specialists at my home to discuss mounting a home theater projector and installing a Stewart projection screen. This was about two years ago. He said he would get back to me in a few days with pricing. Im still waiting for his callback. I guess his boss told him to move on to bigger and more lucrative projects. Too bad. I could have easily paid for what I needed for my home theater. Now I need to search for another installer in my area.

I had nothing but a wonderful experience with Phoenix A/V specialists. Rick came out to do my estimate, which was a small project consisting of purchasing and hanging an outdoor tv on an exterior wall of my home. Rick was very knowledgeable and helpful. After visiting my home, Rick always made himself available for my ongoing questions and answered every text and returned every call. On install day the team arrived on time and was very professional and did an excellent job. I am overly satisfied with my experience with Phoenix A/V and intend on using them again in the future. I am not sure what Albert is talking about in his review but I was treated very well even though my job was small.

Phoenix A/V is a wonderful company staffed with people who care about the service they provide. Amazing people, amazing management. They definitely care that I have a product that works and that I can use easily.
