I have been ordering the graduation t-shirts for many years. I have had nothing but positive dealings with USA Tees and Miguel who assisted us in fulfilling the order.This year was a difficult one for everyone. My students missed out on many of the events and rites of passage they would have gotten any other year. The t-shirts are a favorite keepsake for them, however my order was lost in the mail and when I called to check on it, Miguel had not received it. He had me send a scan of the signed graphic and made sure that the shirts were expedited. They arrived on the kids’ graduation day so all of them were able to wear them the last day of school.Thank you for a very position experience. And as always for a great product at a great price. Came here to make custom shirts for my business, as I entered the door I was immediately asked to wear a mask I didn’t argue as I went to my car and got a mask. Standing inside where 2 people were sitting at their desk not wearing any type of face covering. I don’t understand the nerve these people have making laws as they go. There is no law that mandates a mask at the moment. I will never come back to this place again.

Never will have your products done on time I payed for a rush order to finish in 1 week they still took 3 weeks never trust any deadline they give you every order I made has taken an extra week or 2 and they even had me show up and only finished half my order. TERRIBLE

This establishment was going to be my new go to spot when Im in need of screen printing but after this first order I’m not too sure if I want to place another order. A friend of mine recommended this company and gave me great reviews. My main problem with USA TEES was that I came 2 1/2 weeks prior to my first pop up shop event & asked if it was possible to get 100 shirts completed before 11/08/2020 to my surprise they told me yes. I asked if it was possible to pay to expedite the shirts a week early which is a service they provide to their customers. I was told I would not be able to expedite the shirts due to their hectic schedule because of covid. My issue with USA TEES is that they were very unprofessional with providing me a date of when the order was going to be complete and changed the date multiple times.I’m upset they couldn’t accommodate my needs after I explained to their staff multiple times I needed my shirts done before the 8th of November and was going to be a returning customer. It is now November 10th, 2020 I just received my order today, I lost my deposit for the pop up shop because i did not have merchandise to sell so I did not attend the event and the quality of work is great but i did not like how a color came out on the logo.If I would’ve known they weren’t going to be able to complete the order before the 8th I would have never trusted their word & placed the order with them !!!Sb: I’m still going to place future orders with them but something has to be done with how they handle large orders

The staff at USA tees is amazing they never disappoint me. Miguel is awesome no matter how tough the task he always comes through. Jason is also great with his embroidery. Dropped off and item that was gonna be tough to do and not only did he do it in less time and expected but it came out so sick. Great work guys!

Stay away at all costs. Wouldnt even recommend this vendor to my enemy. Products were never finished on time. Customer service zero to none while manager/owner will blame mistakes on customer. Even after providing invoices and proof of damages/late due dates, still no remorse. Most representatives have no experience in regards to client satisfaction or design. Although reprint of same design, products would always be inconsistent. Whether youre looking to print 1 or 100 products, save yourself the money and headaches. Vendor cause thousands of dollars in ruined merchandise and didnt even bother to provide any support. Only thing I would provide 5 stars is on their email dodging abilities and inconsistency. If you paid me to use their service again, I wouldnt even dare. Only hope in that place is Adam who actually understands customers need and will provide a helping hand, once out of his reach, all you can do is pray.

I meet Dave and his staff back in 2002. A friend of mine had recommend Dave as an honest, hard working guy. I was opening my first bagel shop and needed t-shirt design. This is only the 2nd goggle review I’ve done. That’s how great my experience was at USA Tees and I wanted to share. I was making a tee shirt for a charity fundraiser and had a few very generic ideas (as I am not very creative). So I was referred to Dave (owner) by a friend and went to meet him at the shop. Dave and staff were immediately friendly when I walked in. I sat with Dave for a few minutes and told him what I was looking to do and showed him my “generic” designs. He had a few ideas and set me up with one of his graphic designers. After the designer saw my ideas she got to work on making more creative. When product was done I was blown away at how much the design was improved. People went wild over quality and design of shirt and it was a huge success as a fundraiser to the point where I have continued to reorder. Also after speaking to a few people who were in the tee shirt business they all said the same thing “can’t match that price with that shirt and that many colors on front and back.” I have refered Dave and USA Tees a few times since and all feedback has come back the same as mine. Ive been ordering from USA Tees for years. The last few years ive been dealing with Adam Kokoni. Adam helps me through every step of the process. I send him my feeble ideas/renditions and he turns them into a reality. He is attentive and always quick to respond to my emails or phone calls. He has helped me with more conservative designs for my job (FDNY) and more off the wall designs for my band (Herjaza). They can handle orders large or small and have had amazing turn around times. Ill be using them for my screen printing and embroidery needs for years to come.
