As soon as I walked in the store I was greeted!I was returning a phone I had purchased online, although I didnt know, nor did the telesales people tell me their was a restocking fee.I noticed the poster on the wall about fixing cracked screens. My screen was cracked, but there was a dark spot within my phones screen.So I asked the Ammar if he could do anything about the issue, and man, did he!!!! My phone looks brand new!This gentlemen certainly has a fantastic personality, a great smile, and an awesome attitude.Thanks, M.Yancey

I brought my phone in to get the screen fixed and was told it would take about an hour and if it was done earlier or if it would take longer they would give me a call. I was waiting in my car in the parking lot (since I did not live close to this store and it was the closest one that provided screen repair) for an hour and forty minutes. I finally walked in to ask just to find no one at the desk, and my phone that was finished, just sitting behind the desk. Then the tech finally came out to finish up with the payment and asked if I would like insurance on any of my other electronics at home. I stated no and that I generally take good care of my stuff with no issues. He then had the nerve to say Oh like your phone I just fixed. LIKE REALLY?! And then he said to not forget the survey. Oh I didnt lol. Here you go bud. Ive been with Sprint for 10+ years and with this type of behavior recently that keeps happening, I will be looking elsewhere for different service.

David did an absolutely outstanding job today helping me with fixing my cracked screen on my galaxy s9+. He had me in and out of the store within 50 minutes with a like new phone. I dont think Ive ever had such a positive experience with any customer service associate in my life. His manners as well as his skill to do his job quickly and efficiently truly made my day better. I will be going out of my way from now on to deal with this sprint store, almost 45 minutes away, just to deal with the professionals that work here. Also the insurance on my phone saved my life and my wallet today, thanks to David for letting me know I had insurance when I had forgot Im even paying for it!

Sprint always has some excuse why they cant fulfill theyre obligations. Got sprint complete but after driving 30 min. To this repair store, oh $20 a month for sprint complete(misleading name) oh you dont have this other thing you have to pay more money for go on Tyne website and jump through hoops we cant help you.

If I could give no stars, I probably would... The Assurion warranty center at Sprint PCS on Ridge Rd. is just about useless. I went in three weeks ago to get a camera and screen fixed. They are supposed to order the parts and have them by the end of the week. They call me the following Thursday and let me know the parts are in stock. I show up Saturday (a week after the initial trip) and they have no parts. The guy who seems like he is in charge tells me there was an inventory problem and he would be calling me personally once the parts are there. TWO weeks later, I call to follow up and Im told that they dont have the parts, but will order them. Shortly after that, we receive an invoice that the phone was repaired and picked up... I call Sprints Customer Service line and Im told that I can pay the deductible for a new phone. I explained that this is a warranty issue with the camera. They tell me that they will look into this and call me back... in three to five business days. So, way to focus on Customer service... three weeks to get a part, which from the sounds of it, was never ordered, youre making a Customer (who has a premium product) frustrated, then offer to let them pay a deductible for a fault covered under warranty that should have been fixed two weeks ago... Im wondering if Verizon will buy out the contract for five lines...

I went into the store to return a phone I received from sprint online .It took three hours to swap out the old and transfer to the new phone. I specifically told the sales agent I did NOT want the sprint protection on this phone. My first bill included the extra sprint protection for $15 per month. I called sprint and they took it off my bill. What a hassle!!

Walked in the store and was immediately helped by Z Musa. I came in to upgrade my phone and he was more than helpful. He was great and got straight to the point, he explained everything so well and helped me make my decisions. He sold me everything for a fantastic deal! It was clear that he cares about his customers and wants the best for them. From now on, this will be my go-to Sprint store. Once again, Z was an amazing associate. Best service I have had.

Carlos is fantastic as a manager here! He has fixed my screen protector multiple times. Today he was top notch. Went in with a cracked screen protector, he recommended a gel protector which he put on expertly and he also gave me a new tech case as mine was discolored. Honestly it doesnt get much better than Carloss amazing customer service! He is friendly, knowledgeable and honest. Id give 10 stars to him if I could! Thank you Sprint. Much improvement over my experience with the store this phone was purchased from. I will go to no other branch in the future. Brooklyn Sprint is it!

I was waiting there for over a hour and a half waiting for them to give me a phone that actually works. After a hour and a half they informed me that they would not be able to help me, even though my NEW phone continuously drops calls. One of the managers was extremely rude as well. I will never go back to that store again. I was told by one of the technicians that Sprint service will be awful for the next 7-8 months due to the collaboration with T-Mobile. I fully regret switching to Sprint from Verizon, you get what you pay for.

Do not go to the store if you place an order online for store pick up. When I did that I got there they gave me my product and a week later I found out they gave me the wrong one. Spent hours on the phone trying to get it resolved it was a huge mess. Only one person at the store even tried to help. Stay away

I brought my phone in for a screen replacement this morning. I picked it up 2 hours later. I notice the IMEI sticker and protective plastic are missing from the back of my phone. The Tech told me the back broke during disassembly and that they replaced it. I noticed the frame of the phone has also been replaced. It wasnt until I got home and cleaned the phone to put on a new screen protector that I noticed a bog issue. They didnt replace the back of my phone with a new part. There are numerous scratches and nicks all over the back. The back also clearly shows an IMEI number at the bottom that does not match my phones. They replaced the back that they broke with a used and damaged back.I will be returning to the store as soon as I can to talk with management. Hopefully they will fix the problem without excuse or Ill be forced to go to the BBB and beyond to resolve this problem.

Would give negative 10 stars if possible. I came in knowing what I wanted to do. They told me it would be better it i just upgraded and made me wait 2 hours to talk to someone else just for them to tell me i had to go do what i wanted to do in the first place. So i reluctantly go back to do what i came to do in the first place and they tell me its too late for them to be able this today... i work over 80 hours a week so thanks for wasting what little time i have to be with family. Switching to verizon shortly.

Amber, their tech support employee is terrible! I am shocked she even has a job or anyone would want to employ her with her attitude!!!I have never heard of or had a worse experience ANYWHERE in my life. She is so rude, along with her manager... (very smart not wearing a name tag cause your name would be listed as well). NEVER go here for any reason what so ever... Sales, Tech support or anything! You will be treated like crap! They try to make everything seem fine and that your the issue! I have called sprints main customer service to inform them of the situation as well so that the issues with this locations employees is handled properly.

Not the brightest crayons in the box...I made an appointment to have techs look at my phone that randomly turned off and wouldnt turn back on. They used scopes to look into my phone and told me I had green sludge inside and would have to file an insurance claim due to water damage??? Ended up taking my phone to a NON repair Sprint store who plugged my phone into a charger and got it to work! Simple Solution! If it were up to the Ridge Road store, Id be out $245 towards my deductible for a replacement phone...

I just left there. Went to get my galaxy S8 fixed with sprint complete the Tech named David working alone in the back was amazing guy. Any time I EVER HAVE A PROBLEM with my phone I will wait until hes working. Always will see David, works fast knows what hes doing smart understanding and helped me save hundreds and I just met him. One hell of a guy. He needs a raise, Ive been with sprint for 3yrs and many more to come. And Ive had so many bad experiences with sprint reps online even in person even in person, this guy made me wanna stay with sprint, funny how one guy could change everything. Thank you David.

Im a manager for another Sprint store this stores service tech is atrocious, he procrastinated for 2 hours to tell me my screen was cracked. He was on the back smoking a cigarette when I needed my phone looked at after he saw me come in and new I needed to get helpI often get complaints about this store, honestly though Im cool with this stores service being bad it just means other sprint stores around the area that are competent can pick up the traffic this store losesNot great experience waste of a whole day👎

Usually not one to write reviews but if the service is beyond what I feel is adequate, i want to share so everyone looking for phones goes to the right places. I walked in was greeted by the staff immediately even though they were very busy was help helped out by Will I believe the gentlemans name was he seems like he was a manager if so your store is run extremely professional. Then nick and DeAndre worked with me and I can be tough at times of I may add, making sure Im getting the perfect deal they worked with me whole time and my transaction that much more enjoyable. So thanks alot for the great experience five star all day in my book

I gave them my phone as it was backing up, per their request. On my phone, there were pictures from my brothers wedding from the prior week. I got my phone back and the most recent backup was from 4 months ago. I lost all of the pictures i took from my brothers wedding. The only thing I can think of is they cancelled the back-up in order to start diagnosing this issue with my phone. Not location specific, but since I switched to sprint in January I have had nothing but problems. Going back to verizon

Just as forewarning to all customers who enter this store. Do not trust these people whatsoever. I specifically said I didnt want insurance on my plan and the shortest rep there thru it on there because hey why not. They have numbers to hit, and as long as they throw a phone on your account they dont care what happens after. I REMOVED the insurance 4 days after ensuring the rep didnt get the commission at the end of the month. And yes I did HAVE to pay for it. I have worked in alot of different cell phone companys so I know how things operate.. and with them just applying add-ons, on your account, is a way for them to make money so KEEP an eye out. I even told the guy I well aware how sprint systems work and told him about all the TRICKS I dont want pulled. Low and behold, this place has some snake lurking so be wary. Oh and a Free tablet is NEVER free.

Had to take another phone in to see if could get repaired. Once again, Zel and the gang, ( Ammar, Johnny, Amber, Nick, Sara, Z) took care of me. They are knowledgeable and really care about the issue with my phone. While I was there, they had other customers who they treated with respect and were very professional. They are an asset to the Sprint team.Had an issue with my phone and brought it in. I needed a new replacement phone. The guys and gals there were very helpful. Wes, Jensen, Marrissa, Z and Zel and the rest of the gang really worked hard to get the new phone to me as quickly as possible. They truly care about the customer.

Sprint needs to check this store out being run by idiots. I was supposed to go out of the country, filed a claim with assurion, they sent a non working phone, were to overnight another, they did not include a battery. So the Sprint store said it is assurions problem... assurion said it is up to Sprint to reimberse me for not being to go on my trip out of the company.I have been lied to, and cant get anyone to help. The techs at Ridge Park Sprint seem to be annoyed when you come to them with an issue and the first thing they want to do is wipe your phone completely. I went in with a GPS issue and the girl said there was nothing she could check, install or do without just wiping it first. IMO that is lazy. I left and went to Best Buy and they were very helpful and did a few things with software and adding a new app to try to get my gps to work better. The two blonde tech girls at the store are rude and not helpful at all. If I had another store that I could get to within 45 min I would go there instead, but this is the only corporate store around me.I miss the tech people that were in North Olmsted when it was a corporately owned store. I will say that the sales people were very nice but they probably work on commission and it is in their best interest. The techs I am sure do not so they dont need to care how they treat or talk to people.

I have been a customer with Sprint for four years. They have the worst network and the customer service is terrible. However I had stayed with them as I had the unlimited data plan and used a decent amount of data, where it was actually available which is pretty much nowhere. But back to the review. I had my account of four years with four lines in it, all smartphones with it comes a bill thats more than my car payment. I am currently in the military and am moving overseas so I needed to park two of my lines and the other two were looking to be renewed and buy two new smartphones. I was speaking with a gentleman named Zev or something like that, who is perhaps the rudest person I have ever met. I inquired if he could help me out with the two lines that I needed cancelled and also to price out the remaining two lines with new iPhones. He told me that he cannot help with the military issues as that is something that can only be handled by calling in. So turning to my other two lines he was unable to help us with any of the questions we had, we asked about pricing and he didnt know any of the costs of plans and said we would see the costs when our bill came in. We asked about the specials on the signs and again he had no idea about any of it. So finally we get frustrated with his rudeness and lack of competency and decide to head over to Verizon, he hears this and chuckles and says good luck. So we left and went to Verizon. Sprint service is already bad but the employees at this store lost another 4 customers from sprints increasingly shrinking customer base. However I do want to thank Zev for giving me the final push to leave Sprint.
