Good bye ***tury *ink & costly satellite! Xfinity is saving me $100/monthly with way faster 500Mgps as opposed to 10Mgps. Sales people on the phone and at the store were fantastic.The only reason they did not get five stars is because the Customer Service Manager, that I was supposed to leave a voice mail with, never had my customer service representative call me back. But, thats typical Management now days.

I was very disappointed quickly. They had 9 people sitting or standing waiting for their turn to speak with someone. They had 4 service personnel. One was helping a customer and they were together for 20 minutes and counting. Two were with another customer discussing a problem also 20 minutes and counting. The fourth service personnel was on the computer and seemed to be tied up there. Now, maybe they had an unusually high influx of customers for a Saturday morning but I couldnt see sitting around for maybe an hour or two to get to talk to someone. Do they have people on standby for such a situation.

The wait was a little long (more than 10 minutes), but the customer service agent was pleasant and quick. I would recommend this location; just be sure to have something to keep yourself entertained in case the TV program they have on doesnt interest you.

I went to the Xfinity store on 1560 Shingle Creek Parkway in Brooklyn Center. I appreciated the fast service that Jerald provided to me. But, There was another employee on duty named Tu. He helped me with getting my SIM card problem situated and resolved. He was very kind and very smart. I watched him coach his other team members efficiently at the same time to allow them to better serve me next time. He was fantastic! Tu should def be a district manager.Thank you Xfinity Mobile for you steward service!

She was just so kind and very efficient, knowledgeable, like this girl knows her stuff, patient, amazing multitasker for sure and so genuine and I can go on but I just highly recommended going to her if you ever go to the xfinity store off of Colorado lane in BP! I guarantee that you won’t leave disappointed whatsoever!! Finally someone who works at a phone company that knows and does her job!! I want to give a review to Aleisha Brown at Brooklyn Park store. I went in to discuss the increase in my bill. I have been a customer since 1991.I had discussed my account over the phone first but did not get a good response from the gentleman on the phone. I did not feel I was talked to in a professional manner. And only received $5.00 off my bill.I decided to go into the store. Aleisha spoke to me so kindly, talked to me not at me and was very accommodating. She listened to my concerns completely and was able to get my bill down to a more satisfactory level.You can tell she cares about taking care of her customers by her actions.

No help at all, went in to the store because my phone calls keep dropping, I have tried everything . I was told in order for me to get a new phone I have to pay $200 for a upgrade or go apple because there’s nothing they can do about it. The worker that supposedly help me walks off and starts talking about a pool she should of bought at Sam’s Club and the other worker just sat on her phone the whole time.

If you need help, ask to see Isaiah Brower. No offense to the rest of the store employees. However, we signed up for phone, cable, and cell with him about a year ago. We recently went back to adjust our plan. Isaiah was fantastic the first time and awesome the second. Whatever they’re paying him, it’s not enough. Outstanding top tier service! A+

Helpful and clean, Tiffany was extremely helpful answering questions yesterday and when we went back and she was not working today Steven S helped us out. Steven helped migrate my wifes Tracphone number to Xfinity and made sure everything worked, was and was very professional.I noticed all employees were wearing masks and store policy seemed to be that they had to wear gloves when handling customers devices as I noticed Steven put a pair on before he opened box with my wifes new phone.

If i could give 0 stars i would. I had a plan for $74 a month. Just for internet. If you dont call and negotiate a new deal with them within twelve months random fees appear. My bill went to $133 a month and they started charging for internet data usage past a certain point. No notifications for the changes in service either. I called their number and got a guy in honduras who said he would speed up my internet with unlimited data and high definition cable for $94 a month. I went to the store to get my new cable box and turns out the guy on the phone lowered my internet speed by almost half and gave me a streaming attachment to stream channels (not cable channels). I expressed my disappointment and anger with what happened and nothing was done to help me. Ended up walking out with upgraded internet and high def local channels for $132 a month. This place is a scam.

$115 a month for wi-fi? The line coming to my house hadnt been touched in over 20 years - with 19 unnecessary splits. Try CenturyLink fiber optic with free install for $65 a month. No contracts. Free modem. But be prepared to wait in line TO GET AN APPOINTMENT TO RETURN YOUR COMCAST MODEM. ONLY TOOK A HALF HOUR. Im so glad to be done with them.

Hassle free visit... My first and only experience here. Stood in line for under a minute when someone approached me, asked my name, and i was asked to take a seat. Only waited about 5 minutes to be called, the agent who assisted me was friendly and professional. I had my equipment (for my new order) and was out the door in no time. Clean store, great. I gave this a higher rating because the last time I was in the store the service was a little lacking but that might have been due to Staffing. This time I found adequate Staffing and them calling me from the check-in list in a timely manner which allowed for me to get in and out and yet I found the person providing customer service to have listen to what I had to say about trying to find discounts to lower my bill. I also know that due to call Comcast in any other Media company has to make money they mix and match what you do and dont need so that you have to include one package to get the other package and so on and so forth. In this case my customer service representative was helpful and making sure that I wasnt charged or adding packages or getting stuck with anything that would not allow my bill to get lowered in the next bill cycle. I do like the fact that it has a dual waiting room area a products to play with or a good movie playing keep your attention if you just want to sit and wait. In looking at other customers dealing with their customer service Representatives I found that most people appeared to be satisfied with their interaction and the information provided back to them and so the experience overall was pleasant and appreciated.

Worst company by far. I wanted to switch the account holder from my roommate to myself and in order to do that I needed to get notarized documents filled out. I did all of it to find out that I couldn’t do it, so then I had to start a new account for my house. This cost me and my roommates and extra 20$ a month. After this I was sent a duplicate box and kit after I was given one at the store. I called the company who had no idea they sent me 2, so I told them I would return it, no big deal. I returned the equipment about 2 weeks after receiving it as I work and didn’t not have the time to do so. I drove 10 miles to the closest store, they told me it was all taken care of, I gave the equipment back in the same condition as sent to me- completely unopened. I then received a call at work a week later informing me that I needed to return the equipment- I told them I had done so providing the location and rough time estimate of return. Then I see on my monthly bill I was charged 10$ more for this box.. that I had returned 3 weeks prior. Worst company, no wonder they have the worst reputation in Minnesota . Use literally any other service- they obviously don’t care about there customers, they are disorganized, sneaky, and totally unwilling to help. To be upcharged during covid without even an email is gross, there owner “values customer service” has he ever called his own company? You sit on the phone forever, and once told it’s all ok and good, it’s not, and it’s the same problem over and over again. I’ve been with xfinity now for 2 months, and this is the headache I have received. Just in 2 months. I’m so upset and frustrated. I should be getting a discount for having to take the time out of my day and driving to xfinity (twice) to get this sorted out instead of having to pay more. Just truly awful.

I took my mother here today, she had setup her internet account today. We went to the store in Brooklyn Park on Colorado Lane, checked in, were helped by Isaiah. Isaiah was extremely helpful and explained how to setup her modem. Answered all of our questions, offered us water, was patient, kind, polite, and a very nice young man. I scheduled an appointment online yesterday and even got confirmation for 1pm today. At no time was I informed the store was closed until I arrived. I am disappointed. Scheduling shouldnt be allowed if your closed and customers should be notified of closures via email or phone prior to their appointment.

10/11/19 around 330pm. Front counter guy needs to brush up on his customer service. Dont be rude to your customers, especially when they are not being rude to you. Get a new job if you hate what you do. Also, dont gossip about your coworker driving a $100k car when customers are in ear shot. A little professionalism would be nice.

I needed to get a new cable box so I stopped in at the Brooklyn Park store at 4pm and was expecting to wait. While I was waiting behind some people at what I thought was the front desk I was approached by a nice pleasant gal asking me if I needed help with anything. I explained that I needed a new cable box and she said she would help me right away at station 12. She escorted me over and swapped out the cable box that I had brought with me. Explained how to hook up the new box, as well as some additional features the new box had.Aleisha Brown was her name. She was very friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. Plus, I was in and out in able 10 minutes. GREAT SERVICE!!

Rude, non responsive, lying, stealing unethical thieves. They will cancel your phone insurance and deny you service when you have issues or need repair. They will then say that you canceled your insurance but provide no proof of this. When you try to leave they will hold your number hostage and the customer service hotline will tell you to go to the stone only for their manager, Alfredo, to tell you that you need to call support and there is nothing they can do

Two agents held a personal conversation while I was trying to handle my business. When I asked them who I was talking to, they rolled their eyes at each otherSecondly I was told opposite information from my phone conversation on my service resulting in more money. Seems not right. Will try a letter to the cable commission on potential non disclosure of fees and additional charges. HORRIBLE . Ill try the St Louis park store instead with more courteous and knowledgeable staff.

Lets be real. They couldnt care any less than they do about anything. Waited in line for HOURS to get a phone they had on display with my daughter. Finally get someone to assist us and were told we dont have any of the phones on display, only iphone 11s. No signage, couldnt even get an answer to a simple do you have this in stock? Were on our 4th cable box, one I just picked up yesterday and it wont even power on. Biggest failure Ive ever experienced . Weve had cable for 6 months and will be canceling ASAP. 9/1/2017 -I had a great experience today. I walked in and signed in on a tablet, as I did another customer commented Hope you have an hour to wait. I figured it could take a long time there were quite a few customers in the store when I entered but I hoped she was not correct. It was about 11:45 am when I signed in. The display screen was not displaying the list of people waiting so we were all just mulling around. With in 20 mins they were calling my name. The customer service person helped me right away and was very fast and pleasant. He asked if I wanted to get the security system and that it would lower our monthly bill, but I declined and he did not press any further. I think he said his name was Marius but I am not sure I am spelling it correctly, but he provided me top notch service! I am so pleased that I was able to get my cable box replaced so easily. Thanks for doing a great job.

Fast but incredibly rude staff. Had to bite my tongue. Asked about the equipment and got the most condescending answer. They are expected to know this stuff. Not the customer. Gosh. Customer service is fine. Policy and quality of product is awful. Total monopoly. They have you by the short hairs, no doubt. Was paying for 200 megs speed, received 43megs. Switched services because of recent $30 increase in price. Now getting 25 meg for $10 less than was paying for $200. Funny part is, seems to run smooth. Thank God for Sling Tv! Finally a choice!

Immediate, knowledgeable service. In and out with what I wanted with no seasonal waiting. Management had the foresight to plan with adequate staffing. My only complaint, Id love something in between Maple Grove and Rosedale, like Northtown Mall! Lots of carriers located in that three block area, as well as being a commuter hub from downtown businesses. Xfinity would be a great option for mobile service shoppers on the tri city area.

In store experience aside, nobody has faster internet than Xfinity. I don’t even bother with the store. Usually when a company has a companion app, it’s trash and doesn’t help. Not the XFi app. They are a little pricey, but for reliable internet and immediate help if by chance anything goes wrong, it’s worth it. Let’s say your behind on your bill. Call them and let them know what’s up, and they’ll accept whatever you can give, and keep your service going. I don’t bother with the stores, lines, and waiting. I can just text them from the app, and it’s handled. But the app will tell you if something isn’t plugged in right, or if there is an outage in your area, or even if you just need to pay. Basically, if you can afford to go with Xfinity, I highly recommend you do. You pay a bit more than century link, but the proof is in the download and stream speed.

The objective of the visit was executed in the least enjoyable way possible. Id never want that level of customer service at my own business. No greeting on entry, no eye contact upon being next in line. Had to ask for receipt and pry it out of the person who helped me if there was any further action necessary on my end. No wonder this place is rated so low.
