Written all over the front of the store claiming to be open and allowing up to 5 people at a time... they are not. Dont waste your time. Door was locked and not a soul in the building, although glancing inside seemed someone had to be there considering the store was a complete mess.

I got fast helpful service and they have great products.

I love this Sally’s . There is a woman who works there that makes going to this specific store worthwhile. She is so kind and personalized, makes sure to greet every customer.Yesterday I was overly stressed with things happening in my life, just hearing her converse with other customers as they came and checked out, Helped keep my faith in humanity. We need more folks like her in retail :)

Sally employee rather smoke and try to hook up than help customer.It was about 11:50 am on Sunday, and I needed to stop by and buy a product. I parked my car, googled Sally’s in Brooklyn Park to see what time they open. According to Google, they were currently opened. At the same time, a guy walks up to Sally’s and pulls the handles and sure enough they weren’t opened, he proceed to walk on to the next store and I continue to stay in my car waiting for them to open. Around 11:55 the employee clerk unlocks the door brings out a sign and place it on the side walk. At the time, the same man walked back to the store front, stops, and chats with the clerk, who then went back inside and came back out with a cigarette. I proceeded to walk up to the store assuming they were ready for business. The clerk then tells me, “we ain’t open yet, not until noon”. So I walked away and back into my car. I called the store as soon as I got in my car, and spoke to Amy who told me that they were still closed and I continue to explain to her that the clerk had already unlocked the door and brought out a sign onto the sidewalk. Amy continues to tell me that they are now open and customers are in the store now – it wasn’t even noon yet, and I had only left a minute ago. I proceeded to tell her I did not want to come back to the store since Sally’s employees rather smoke and trying to up hook with strangers than help their customers. Please, don’t not go into this store. The employees do not want to work or help their customers.

The abundance of products here is amazing for such a small shop! And the clerks are very knowledgeable.
