Bought a washer and dryer set from them last week, it doesnt work properly. Alonzo is willing to help figure out what to do next and I will update my post after its worked out.**update**Things did not get better. He did replace my washing machine but it had the same problem. And he would never respond back to me. I dont have the money to get a new one so I am using a dangerous washing machine until I have the funds. Alonzo wouldnt answer any of my phone calls or return any messages or texts I sent him. Also, it seems they had taken off the sticker with the serial number so I dont even know how to try to replace the parts that might fix it.Dont recommend going here.

Great products and great prices. I bought 2 fridges and 2 ovens. One of the fridges stopped working properly and they were great to work with about finding a replacement for me. Long time customer earned!

I bought an electric LG washing machine from AW appliance at a price that you won’t get anywhere. The washer has touch screen function, can hold an extra large load, and cleans clothes over and beyond. The customer service was excellent at time of sale and my delivery and installation was timely. This was one of my best investments. I’ve already recommended AW appliance to my friends, family, and co-workers.

I just bought all new appliances for my new home from this appliance store about one month ago. My washer went out and Alonso and his wife immediately took care of the issue.I was treated just like family when I walked in. They also called to check to make sure everything went well for us. Hands-down, this is the best store that you can find with the family like touch that everyone deserves when they’re spending that kind of money. I’ve also referred him and his wife store to several friends and will continue to do so in the future.

My refrigerator died on me while I was at work and didn’t get off work and realize it until 6 PM on my way up to try and get a new fridge well and very nice man is trying to stay open late for me I have car troubles I have to turn around and go get a different car so now it’s going to be another hour till I can make it up there and he continues to stay open and wait for me in good faith that I will show up and when I get there he gives us some of the best service in town and I leave with a very nice fridge and my family is happy thank u so much

I wouldn’t recommend this appliance store to anyone. The service is horrible, and the appliance is stolen.. I have reported AW to the better business bureau. HORRIBLE APPLIANCE STORE . The owner is very scratchy also

Bad service. The appliance are broke and there is no real warranty on the appliance that the owner is collecting money off. I wouldn’t recommend A & W appliance
