I messaged requesting a 20,000 mile service and a recall fix. My first message was on 8/16 and was told I’d get a call to schedule because they need to order parts to complete. I didn’t hear back so I called and left a message on 8/24 and still didn’t get a call back. I then messaged again on 8/26 mentioning I can’t get anyone to call me back and they assured me they’d call at their earliest convenience. It’s now 18 days since I initially requested a service and have not gotten a call yet. My previous experiences at this location have been so positive so I’m surprised I can’t get a call back.

Extremely satisfied with my C-HR 2018. The larger engine has the power for fast acceleration on to the freeway. It handles beautifully in all weather conditions. The engine is nice and tight. The pearl white look and the unique back door handle hiding at the roof line gives me a look of a two door smaller SUV I want. I dont need a back seat so this works great for me. Easier to maneuver. The staff at the dealership where professional and attentive to my needs during the pandemic assisting me along the way with the newer technology. Thank you.

My work was done quickly and satisfactorily. However, it was not washed as promised so I had to ask to have it taken back in and washed. What wasbothersome is that this is the second time this has happened to me. When I pay $350 for a checkup I don’t think it is unreasonable to expect the promised wash to be done. I do hope all the service was done as promised.

Loved it when I got the Toyota Venza! I love the feel and looks of the car. The people were super nice and were quick to notify me what is going on as of wait time.

Do not come to this Toyota for services. The lady at the front with red hair will treat you like you are dumb. I asked her why they don’t do a full vehicle inspection like the maplewood location. She said “Oh, so they take off your wheels to look at your brakes?” I said, “yes, they must, because I get the inspection paperwork after every time with the brake pad measurement. I am currently looking at the paperwork from my last visit at maplewood so that I know I’m not crazy. She treated me like I was dumb and had a very sarcastic tone. I just moved to the area so I thought I’d try this one out, but never again.

The sales team was great in finding me the vehicle I was looking for and even greater working with me to make sure it had all the accessories and gadgets I wanted. 10/10 would recommend.

Service was quick. Some confusion on where car was parked afterwards. I have to use a cane for walking and car was not where I was told it would be which caused about 10 minutes of unnecessary walking around the lot.

Real good sales and finance experience. Only issue was with the cleaning. Sticker residue and inside glass should have been done better.

Service estimated to take 2 hours.... but 4.5 hours later they finally complete.When I came in, there were three men at the corner glancing at me and returning to their conversation (non work related convos). Still idling in my car, over 5 different reps walked right past me (It was another car and I only) and made no eye contact or gesture to assist. About 2 minutes goes by and multiple glances from those three men, I finally get out my car and head to the service desk. I walked by those three men and still no assistance.The service folks werent the greatest either.As I returned to check out, I recieved the health check and had a few different errors codes. When asking the cashiers, they were uninformed but Very willing to find an answer - the service advisors were 50/50. When I asked for clarity and understanding of these codes they said These fail Toyotas standards but not to worry about them flagging on the diagnostics.I guess I can drive safely knowing Ive met Luthers standards. Toyotas? 🤷🏻‍♀️

Good service experience even when there was more service/cost than Id hoped my vehicle would need at this time. Service personnel let me know what was needed, impact of doing maintenance now or waiting and they offered me a vehicle if I wanted to leave rather than wait the additional time.

I had called and stopped by a number of dealership the day I contacted Brookdale Toyota, including another Toyota dealership, and the salesman who answered the phone here, Jeff Gammack, was the only one who went above and beyond to try to find me a hybrid, which are in scarce supply.Throught the whole process he was amazing, with great personal skills as well as technical knowledge, and kept me updated the whole time. I strongly recommend Jeff, and Luther overall. I also found Diana in the finance area to be both very knowledgeable, yet also personal, a skill some finance people seem to lack, as they make you feel like just another number to crunch. I love this place. Everyone is always so nice to me. I love my 2016 Highlander. It seems the only time I have to bring it in, is for an oil change. Jeremy Brisbin checked me in, gave me a very reasonable estimate of about 1 hour wait time and... 18 minutes later, it was ready! Great job guys. See you in 5,000 miles!

We purchased our van back in February. Great vehicle, but myself or the salesman failed to check all the seats to make sure they were functioning. The back seat didnt latch and now we brought it in to get fixed and we are stuck paying $400. I know its not a lot of money but you think after spending $30k on a vehicle there would be a little give after a couple months only. Very frustrating

Worked with an amazing dealer,Lee Lorand Pre-ordered a RAV 4 XLE HYBRID with specified selections for my mom.Despite the auto manufacturer chip shortage, I was able to get the vehicle in a timely manner.Lee Lor provided status updates of the vehicle and was able to make the purchase the same week when the vehicle arrived at the dealership coming straight from the factory.Top highlight was that the vehicle had license plates and tabs making it ready to go off the lot.If Toyota makes the Toyota GR 86 as a TURBO Charged convertible with All wheel drive, I would definitely touch base with Lee Lor for a preorder.

I sure am impressed with my experience at Luther Brookdale Toyota. It started with Dave B patiently and professionally getting me the lowest competitive price for a new 2020 Toyota Camry Hybrid XLE. Then on February 13 Sales Rep Eddie G carefully took me through the entire process to test drive and place my order and then did the exact same thing with my wife a few days later. When COVID-19 caused Toyota to close down car manufacturing, he called me to keep me updated and said it would arrive mid-July. Imagine my surprise on July 15th at 2:30 pm when I received the call it was ready and we could schedule an appointment for 5:00 pm that same day. The final surprise came when we were with Amanda - the business manager - telling us Toyota had issued another buying incentive allowing us to save an additional $1500! I realize that was a decision by Toyota, but it sure made this buying experience even more pleasant. If you live anywhere in the Twin Cities I absolutely suggest you make the trip to Luther Brookdale Toyota and meet these people who will treat you with kindness, patience, and professionalism.

This dealership is decent. I had come here with my husband to get an estimate for replacing our tires and we ended up getting them replaced. They carry good inventory as they had both options we were looking for. In addition they were able to accommodate us on the same day without prior appointment. They seemed a little pricy and we were able to use the online special of 100 dollars off. But then we wanted some additional service like alignment and that was not included but it was 120 in addition. We requested them to consider and see if there could offer any discounts but they kept saying that since we are already getting the 100 off special on the tires theres nothing additional they can do. I like the waiting area as I can get some work done as they service my car.

Seems like they can rarely ever fix things effectively the first time. Brought in cars a couple times and it seems like I always have to bring it in twice to actually get it fixed correctly. Can’t wait until I find a new place to get repairs.

I brought my car for oil change and I was not told to see registerer before they even start working on my car. It was my first experience coming at Brooklyn center Toyota dealer and I knew nothing how they operate. I took seat after an hour half Jeremy Had approached telling me my car is just sitting there with no being done. He told me I have to wait another hour and half or take my car somewhere else! three and half hours for oil change- I am not coming back here

Very misleading promotion at Lights Out At Luther!!.... Not free to have your check engine light turned off. Very fine print in there advertisement and wasnt told up front. Not even a quote was presented to me before they were about to do repairs to address the issue. Good thing I checked back after 40min of waiting and caught it before I had to pay big dollar for parts and service.

Receiving quality service from the sales person is making us keep coming back to the same dealership. This is our 3rd vehicle from this dealer with the same sales person. When we first went there to look for this vehicle, we were not sure what vehicle we were going purchase. We were thinking about buying a Camry, or RAV4. After weve test drive the RAV4, we did not like it. As we were getting ready to leave, the sales person had said, just take the Highlander for a test drive before you make up your mind! We took the Highlander for a test drive, and we could not walk away that vehicle. we purchased that SUV and we are very happy that we did take the Highlander for a test drive instead of going home. I believe that if the sales person was not so friendly, nice, kind, and helpful we wouldve just walked away and went home without buying a vehicle.

Careful when signing up for mechanical service the advisor I saw quoted me about $400-$500 for what I needed done. When it’s time for me to pay it’s turned into $1200, it my own fault for not getting a print out of the quote and asking to see the prices of the parts and labor. I just want expecting to get swindled at an official dealership, but it’s a lesson now learned I hope I hope my review can be a word of caution for those who are considering this location for service.

We finalized a truck purchase near closing time on a Friday night. Just spoke on the phone to a guy from parts. Forgot his name but the guy does not have good customer service at all. Gave me an attitude about getting my VIN for product look up and acted like he didn’t hear my request. I took the part number and will be going to Rudy Luther Toyota in Golden Valley. Way better customer service there. Willing to drive 30 mins to Golden Valley for service than 10 mins to Brookdale. Horrible customer service.

Should have listened to the gut feeling and not bought a vehicle from a Toyota dealership especially a Jeep SRT... they are selling warranty and telling you they cover things they don’t even cover... I’m not a warranty buyer but was assured it would cover issues I bought the vehicle with... now go to use is and it doesn’t cover... very poor experience and lesson learned... dodge or Chevrolet dealer the only way to go!
