I bought my Subaru last week and I couldn’t be happier. Mike was amazing and stayed way past business hours (along with a few others) to make sure we could drive off the lot the same night. Mike wasn’t pushy whatsoever, and did everything he could to make sure we got the loan terms we wanted. Overall, we felt valued and very cared for. If you want an amazing sales consultant, ask for Mike!

I have to take it to my own personal mechanic to fix the problem. The sale use manager Adam is a liar and his people in the financial are harass ever. I will never do business here ever again. Don’t believe or sign nothing until they actually fix the problem or you will suffer and lie like what they did to me

I am highly disappointed with the professionalism that exist at Luther Brookdale Mitsubishi.First of all, at the second time my catalytic converter was stolen for the second time and I tried reaching out to the dealers, I did not hear from any of them after leaving three voicemails; especially from Eric Palmer who sold me my car.Also, it was not clear when my car would be done because when they say by May it should be finished and it finished the second week in May, thats not it being finished by May; thats it being finished in the middle of May. Also when I got my car back, it was dirty from one of the service workers leaving crumbs, grease, and parts to a pizza box in my car.When asked if employees are privileged to eating in customers cars, the answer was no. I feel extremely disrespected as a customer and refuse to recommend anyone to Luther Brookdale Mitsubishi after the poor professionalism shown.I hope something changes and there are better customer service and service alone. I hope that dealers dont just think about selling a car and that is the end of the journey; and I hope service members dont treat others people property like garbage.However, I will say that those working in the service office of Mitsubishi were extremely helpful on their part, I appreciated their care for their customers and their vehicles/property.

By far the BEST car buying experience ever! Yesterday my sister, her husband and I went to Brookdale Mitsubishi to purchase a new car and cannot say enough about how wonderful the staff are at this location! No pressure sales, they treat you like a person and go above and beyond to take care of you and help you find what you are looking for. Angus and Dean are truly the nicest, most accommodating, knowledgeable people and made us feel appreciated and helped my sister drive away in the vehicle she wanted. Recently my family had to part with a memory hauler. We had previously purchased an airport shuttle...with perfect seating for my large family and an engine that went the distance...four cross-country road trips and a view of the continental United States that planes cant provide. Sadly the other functions of the van would not outlast the engine. It was time to move on. Our kids are all grown now, too. Downsizing was officially an option! Thats where Luther Brookdale came in.Going in pre-approved was great. Between their sales staff and their finance team, they were able to get me into a 2022 Outlander--the package was loaded with every vehicular amenity we wanted. They found us a better finance rate than what we had on the pre-approval. All of the paperwork was completed in office...including new plates out the door (which means no DMV--bonus)! We are very pleased with our purchase experience.

I did a lot of research before buying my used car. One of my requirements was it had to be from a reputable dealer. When it comes to used cars you can have it checked by the best mechanic, but at the end of the day youre still taking something of a gamble. So its important to consider a dealers track record, and transparency about the vehicle.Before my test drive I sat down with Jody and he showed me the 55 point inspection of the vehicle and what was fixed (for instance new brake pads and battery) it showed how much life was left in the rear brake pads, and the current rating of the tire treads. The car was being sold as an AS IS car, but I felt with the money and work they put it checking over the mechanical aspects of the car that I could comfortably purchase the vehicle with a low chance of buyers regret. With that said I still had someone look over the the car before purchase, and would recommend others do the same.I enjoyed working with Jody. He was reasonable when presented with my pricing research about the vehicle, and never make me feel pressured to buy. Which in my personal opinion is one of the things I cannot stand about sales people. He wasnt trying to push a car I may not have wanted on me for the sake of a commission.Based on my experience I think this dealership emphasizes the importance of the customer being happy and comfortable about their purchase rather than just sales for the sake of sales. I think this dealership realizes the value of their high customer rating, and that a happy customer will recommend them to others, and return to them for future cars. I may end up doing that myself when the time comes.

I would appreciate if the associate would at least try to diagnose problem rather then show complacency at his job. If a customer ask for an electric diagnosis, I believe the bare minimum should have included running a ECU scan to address the electronic issue and scan for error codes, rather the customer gets charged $160 for the associate to only open the hood and to say the car has custom modifications and they cannot work on the vehicle. Very disappointed overall at the laziness, and inconsideration to their customers. Any other auto shop would have given more effort than this location.If you need your car serviced please use White Bear Mitsubishi, and not Luther Brookdale Mitsubishi. That location actually is very helpful, takes time to do work correctly and even serviced my vehicle!

Made an appointment to look at a car, showed up and the sales rep had left, must not have cared too much. The girl that helped us was nice and it seemed like it was going good.Then it hit the fan, Luther Advantage is all over the Ad for the car that we bought, wasnt till almost the last thing that I signed that they told me the car was as is with the exception of the things that we agreed to have fixed, and that the Luther Advantage did not apply to the car that we were buying.Car had some damage that we were told that they would fix, because of these damages I was not able to get full coverage insurance until the issues were fixed.Well it seemed that they forgot to order the part, so we had to wait longer.Brought the car back to have parts fixed (one being the windshield which had multiple chips) a few days later got the call it was done, went and got the car. On the way home the window cracked. Had to fight with the management team to have it fix, being told WE WILL NOT REPLACE THE GLASS. After pointing out several times that was INDEED in the purchase agreement they replaced it, causing me to drive back to the dealer again.I walked in with a credit approval from my bank, told them that I did not want them to run my credit. While dealing with the window issue I received a denial letter from a loan agency, after telling the GM of this issue, I was told it was a mistake and must have been a bad click that was 3 weeks ago. This weekend I got another denial letter from another credit agency.Shady place, some may have great experiences, not us. Probably the worst buying experience we have ever had.

I do have one concern and I dont know if you have any control over it. We are not familiar with your area and so we used our GPS to find your service facility. The GPS took us every where except where we wanted to go. We allowed 45 minutes to get there from Otsego it took almost an hour (stopping at 4 destinations and asking two different establishments for directions). My wife wanted me to just go somewhere else. Mike and finance was so great! I called and not only did he make sure to really get me to go over what kind of car I would like but he made sure I was telling him what I wanted, not what I thought I would be approved for. After getting to talking he went over cars with me based on what we talked about. He made me feel like he really cared and in less then 24 hours he had me approved for the car I had selected! He also made sure I was given a ride to the dealership by sending out a kind guy as well. Finance was easy, the man was thorough and made sure I understood everything and got my paperwork completed quickly! Mike is genuine, kind and focused on the customer, not just the sale. Yes. I came in for a safety recall and then the service representative mentioned that I needed a new cabin air filter, however, when I asked him if I could do it myself, he said that it was located behind the glove box. After I left the service department, I did some research and found that this filter could have been easily replaced by myself. Also, I asked if there were any coupons and he didnt even try to find one but instead I had to search for it myself and bring it to his attention before he applied the $10 off coupon that I found online.In addition, I was charged $23.95 (cabin air filter) minus 10.00 (coupon) and then was charged $44 (labor) for a technician to pop down the glove box to pull out the old cabin air filter out and put in the new one. Personally, I feel that this was such a swindle that I am DEMANDING that I receive $44 reimbursement for the labor charges plus taxes that I paid.

I’ve had problems with my iPhone hookup since buying the vehicle in 2018 have brought it to them 3 times and have heard nothing but it’s your cord/service/phone. They REFUSE to fix the problem under warranty because they can’t duplicate the problem. Well then replace the damn radio. Very unhappy with service. We have another 2018 vehicle that we had purchased from White Bear dealership and have the same hook up and have NEVER had any problems. Sad place.

I bought my Mitsubishi G4 Mirage on 12/18/2020. It was hand delivered to me at my home. Everyone was very helpful. Especially Vadim & Dean. It was a great experience. A week later I scheduled my remote starter install as planned. I got a loaner car for the 3 days. While driving the loaner car, I noticed that my pulse lights on the Mirage, didn’t work. So I had to get those fixed too (another trip to the dealership). Then I went out of town for a week, when I returned and restarted my car on 12/30/20, my battery was dead. Car was parked in a heated garage. Apparently it didn’t have a full charge (another trip to the dealership). I haven’t had the car for even 2 weeks and have made 3 trips back to the dealership. In all honesty, it wasn’t anyone’s fault, but it was just a hassle driving back and forth in snowy Minnesota. Else I would have given it 5 stars.

One will assume that after spending $7000 on repairs you will at least clean the car.2) I had gas to reach out to the closest gas station that is less than a mile away. Dont expect a full tank but this is just petty.3) My car keys had a low battery when I left the car, same when I picked the car. How difficult/ costly is it to replace a battery for $8 when making $7000?4) No GPS update provided to my car computer5) No Sirus FX extended service offeredIn a summary: the items listed above will simply make your customers feel appreciated and valued. They are basic items you get from most car dealers and I was very pumped to find out you do not care about little things like this. The service manager, she was outstanding, and the only reason I am giving you 5 instead of 1.

My Service person, Ben, was friendly attentive and professional. I brought my vehicle in for an estimated one hour oil change and inspection. Fortunately for me, I opted to leave my car and return when finished. The service took several hours (approx. 5hrs.) I had to call more than once in order to discover when my car was ready. Ben offered an apology for the long wait. I noticed he the only service rep and was multi-tasking and in high demand.All in all, great service but wait time too long.

I would avoid this place at all costs if youre looking to get your vehicle serviced. I took my car in because it would take multiple turns of the key to get it to start. I thought the tumbler in the ignition maybe needed to be replaced, so I figured take it to the people who deal with mitsubishis everyday. I set up an appointment and dropped my car off the day before, they didnt work on it for another 4 days, so I was left relying on coworkers for rides to work. They called me on day 5 to tell me it was going to cost over the $500 I had to spend. They returned my car with my malfunctioning gas door fixed which is great, but I was not paying to have you work on that, especially at $150 an hour!! I took my car to Roseville Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram, they service all makes and models. The mechanic there was able to figure it out and send me out the door fixed, for a lot less money. Ive been trying to call Luther Mitsubishi now for 3 weeks and the service manager will not return my call. I was able to watch the mechanic who fixed my car, and this was a really, really easy fix (ignition switch). Dont let these people make you pay for their technicians inexperience.

I got the worst customer service ever from them. Dropped my car off to be fixed and they didnt even fix the initial reason I brought it in. When that was brought to the service writers attention, instead of looking to see why it was not fixed, he just said they would have to diagnose the issue and charge me for it again! Once I talked to the service manager, she said she forgot to add to the ticket. So had to wait two more weeks for them correct the mistake and fix it. The problem was a radio was needed. The insurance company approved a used radio, but instead of informing me of that, they just gave me my car back with a crack in the radio casing. When I brought this to the service advisors attention, his only reaction was to look dumbfounded and say that the insurance company approved that specific radio. There was no communication. I had to contact them everytime, and there was no compensation for their mistakes. I will never bring my car to them again. I felt I was working with incompetent people.

I recently purchased a used vehicle from Luther Brookdale Mitsubishi. Working with Mike Davis was incredibly easy and enjoyable. However, their closing techniques for sales leaves much to be desired. This was the second vehicle I purchased through Luther in the last five years. When they are running the numbers they dont provide that information to you until they have you in the room to sign documents. Both of my sales experiences proceeded this way. The first vehicle was a nearly $500 payment on a seven year old vehicle, this recent purchase had payments which were much more reasonable for the age of the vehicle. It should be known to all people who shop with Luther, that they dont pressure you until everyone has already done the leg work of the sale. The implied guilt of knowing people have worked to get your numbers to the best options possible, plus prepping all of the documents for purchase is dirty pool (in my opinion). I will likely not purchase from them again now that I know this is their closing technique and not an error in communication as they brush it off as.

I went in to buy a vehicle and I found a nice “used” new car. (2019, with 6,000 miles) It was a loaner car that was being sold by the dealer and used by the dealer. I was under the assumption that Luther had a 5 day 500 mile return policy in case I had any bad feelings about the car, but lone and behold the fine print..... no return of “fleet” vehicles....Used car manager told me he had to pull some strings to get a ($600) wave of proof of income. He used that to hold the return of the vehicle against me, even if I was to compensate the cost...needless to say I now own a “fleet” 2019 Mitsubishi Outlander.

After some consideration we ended up leasing a brand new car and my fiance is extremely happy with it.
