Lack of transparency!Tried buying a damper. Was interested in the next day delivery. Had to create an account before seeing the details of my order... after going through that whole process, went back to my cart. The cart was updated with the shipping cost (ok) and for my surprise a $10 handling fee!!! Nowhere in the buying process I was informed that there’s a $10 handling fee on top of shipping costs for orders below $50. BTW, the delivery date was also updated to 5 days, not the “next day”... they claim that the next day delivery is for “most locations”... not sure what that means, since I live in a metro area.
