I took in two rings for repair. One of them needed a simple fix on one of the prongs, and the other one needed a gem to be replaced and the ring resized. The price was very reasonable for these repairs. I said that there was no rush and four days later I got an e-mail saying that the rings were ready. They made sure to show me the rings when I picked them up and had me try them on. This was such a painless process and Ill definitely return again!

Customer service is great! I personally did not prefer a certain service that was initially recommended (to avoid spinning of my ring), and when I went back to discuss with them they ended up re-sizing my ring for me without any additional cost to make sure it was what I wanted. Even did a rush job for me because I was traveling the next day. The jeweler and the staff member were both very professional, helpful and kind to me throughout the whole process. Will definitely be returning for any needs in the future!

We really didn’t want to visit other places after coming in. I am very picky person and I couldn’t even think that this process can be so easy.Gregory also worked on my request to transform my rose gold chain into a bracelet. I didn’t feel comfortable to wear it on my neck because of its thickness. This chain means a lot to me, and Gregory suggested few options how to make it look nice and use all of it)) The bracelet looks great! This place is great. My wife and I saw the perfect wedding bands in Europe and figured we could get something similar in the states. We were wrong, looked everywhere for what we wanted and could not find it. Then we took a picture to Goldsmith and they took the job. The rings ended up coming out better then expected. Great job!

Had the battery in my BabyG watch changed here. The man was very nice and it was pretty cheap but, unfortunately, the next month I went swimming and the watch was ruined. Id had this watch for several years and replaced the battery before with no issues. Keep in mind that these watches are rated for diving so it should not have been damaged by merely swimming unless the battery compartment was not properly sealed.

I brought in a worn out gold bracelet that two other jewelers said could not be repaired. One jeweler told me to have it melted down and made into an ingot. Brookline Goldsmith rebuilt the bracelet and it is perfect. It is even better fitting than it was when I brought it in. Fabulous job and such nice people.Later they resized my wedding ring. Again perfect job.I live 60 miles away but I am their customer for every future job.
