Awful service. My car was there two weeks, continued to say that my car was next in line every day. Also continued to promise a loaner car that I never got.He gave me a list of repairs totaling over 6,000.00 that were not even necessary. He noted the issues all needed immediate attention. After speaking and sharing my report and videos of the car with another Audi dealer I learned these repairs were not necessary. DO NOT TRUST this dealer.

I’ve been taking my RS5 sportback here for the past year or so for service and tire swaps and everything has been great. Each time the staff are very friendly and helpful. Especially Jessica, she has outstanding service and I appreciate how she trys to help me in any way she can. For example I had a flat tire and had only scheduled for 1 swap but she said they found another tire with issues and she scheduled another tire for me as part of my initial deductible. So instead of paying twice, she helped me out by grouping them together. Not only Jessica, Tony and Daniel are great service reps as well and have helped me in the past.I’d say my only complaint is that sometimes the wait is longer than expected buts that fine since I don’t mind waiting and looking at the showroom. Especially when theres an R8!Overall if you got an Audi and are in the Boston area, definitely take your ride here for service and maintenance if you aren’t already.

Wow! I had the easiest time at Audi Brookline compared to other locations! Felix handled me with so much care. I felt like a family member there. Really unimpressed with this dealership. I got a car in the end so I guess they deserve some credit there, but the salesperson felt inattentive to me, didnt walk me through the process, just threw car keys at me to take for a very short test drive without asking what I liked and didnt like between. They messed up explicit requests I made (gave me new plates when I told them I wanted to transfer my old, and didnt remove a cell phone mount that they said they would). I got a car but definitely will not return

We leased a Q5 from this dealership, and then bought the car out from the lease after 3 years. I’ll start off by saying, after buying from Mercedes, Tesla, and BMW, this is by and far the worst experience I’ve ever had with a dealership. The lack of respect, care, attention, etc is disgusting. After buying out the lease and spending $5,000 in routine maintenance, we had the car returned dirty and disgusting, even after 2 employees promised to have it cleaned, and then the car broke down 5 miles from the dealership. The first ever problem we ever had with the car, immediately after the only time this dealership touched it. The car itself is amazing- we love Audi. Just don’t buy one from these guys. Go somewhere else.

Sold me a brand new, $70k Audi SQ5. Was sold with a bad alignment right off the lot. They told me it was fine and to break it in. At the 10K i asked them to fix it - they confirmed it had a bad alignment, which fixed, but refuse to replace now uneven worn tires. Unbelievably unsafe to drive on highway now. Pulls hard to left. Mechanic pretends it is normal. Have to hire a lemon law layer.

Audi of Brookline’s service is fantastic. I have never been treated with such care, enthusiasm and proactive effort. All of their service managers are great. For my last visit a gentlemen with who’s name starts with K helped me out. My car was purchased used online ( not affiliated with this dealer ship) and still under warranty. There has been significant squeezing and crunching sound when going over bumps. They could replicate the sound so the they let me drive with the mechanic to show him the conditions that make it. We had a great conversation about what was causing it and what is typical and not typical with Audi’s. they found a bulletin addressing the issue, fixed it and it sounds great. A day later K. Actually followed up to see how the car sounded and also mentioned another bulletin to potentially help the address the issue with an alignment free of charge. So They offered to do extra work just to make sure it was done right. They clean the car after repairs which is just another level of service I wasn’t expecting. I’ll be thinking twice about going to a local mechanic After warranty runs out due to their quality of service.

Great salesperson nice enough to see me waiting, and so let it goAbout to commit, and then back office guy took over 30 mins to provide payment options (cash buyer, tho happy to lease or finance if get car price discount). Walked from the sales desk to his office where he was with my sales agent and another associate and received options in 30 seconds. Disappointed, I left.Following day, went to Audi in Hyannis at 8 am. Very disappointed with my recent experience at @audibrookline. A/C fan not working, dealer had car in shop for 3 days. was initially charged 179.00 to diagnose the problem however shop needed 2 additional hours @ 179.00 per hour to continue to diagnose...537.00 just to diagnose. Pulled car out and brought to local gas station that diagnosed the car in 5 mins no charge. Fixed it, no hassle. Working beautifully now. Expected more from dealer.

I hate writing poor reviews but felt compelled to document a poor experience here in the hopes that helps them change their behavior. We scheduled a test drive for an Audi Etron. We were just handed the keys to the car and told to bring it back in 20-25mins. No explanation of the cars features, unique attributes (EV cars are NOT the same as ICE cars), things to be mindful of - nothing. Ok, fine. My wife and I figured it out, we didnt have a great experience since we werent really familiar with the car or know what to try but at least we got the gist. But our experience only went downhill from there. When we brought the car back, no one was around to help us/talk to us for a while. And when we finally spoke to the sales manager, Kayla, she was extremely rude and condescending. Insinuating that we didnt really know cars and what we want.Well, we know that we want to buy an Audi. And now we know that we DONT want to buy it at Audi Brookline. Thanks Kayla.

My appointment was at 9am and it took a while to get the car actually looked at. I had to call several times for updates and the car diagnostic was finally done around 4pm. Had a great service experience at Audi Brookline thanks to Aramayis Grigoryan. I had an issue due to an incorrect windshield install by my insurance. The whole process was dragged out and kinda frustrating but Aramayis made sure to stay on top of the process. He helped by talking to my insurance company and the glass company who installed the windshield initially. It did take a while but at the end everything went great. Will definitely visit again for future service needs.

My car wasn’t ready for almost 10 days after purchasing, which basically negated my ability to return my car if I wasn’t pleased with it.Both sales and finance were very unclear about everything that was included, specifically from a warranty perspective. Service hasn’t been helpful at all and I’m not sure if it’s like that at all luxury car dealerships, but I feel like I’m getting nickel and dimed for everything.I would not buy another car from them.

Service Advisor Jessica was knowledgeable, helpful, and really pleasant to deal with.Two concerns brought this down to 4 stars - appointment was initially scheduled online via dealer website, but I was not advised of required service that necessitated another appointment; and the used coffee cup (not mine) left in the vehicle when I picked it up.Otherwise very pleased with the service experience. Not really Kervens Noel’s fault but very disappointed in Audi. Brought car in for annual checkup. Although six years old, the A5 has just 11,000 miles on it. This was first off warranty visit. Late afternoon we were told that the car which runs perfectly needed $2500 worth of repairs. Apparently, unseen and unnoticed, this hardly driven automobile has two shock absorbers that both leak. Told you would never see residue from the leak, but we should trust them that this needed to be done immediately. Likewise, a battery with no problems had to be replaced for almost $500. Decided to fix most everything, save for $1500 shocks. Also decided never to buy another Audi.

I bought a car from Herb Chambers a few days before Christmas 2020. The process was painful, requiring me to wait in the dealership for hours, make multiple trips to and from the dealership (when they had forgotten to tell me I needed additional items pertaining to the car I was trading in) and overall not making an effort for an enjoyable customer experience. When I was finally given the car (the following day and had to wait additional hours) I purchased to take home there was a missing second key which they said they would ship to me ASAP. It is now April, my phone calls and texts are not being answered or returned and I have yet to receive my key or title. I wish I could, but I would not recommend this dealership to anyone.

Excellent experience! I purchased a pre-owned vehicle from Audi Brookline, and it was, by far, the most pleasant car-buying experience Ive ever had. My husband and I arrived 35 minutes before the dealership closed, and Chris Garvin went above and beyond to help us. He was friendly, honest and no-nonsense. We appreciate his knowledge, expertise and willingness to make me feel at ease with my purchase. Both Chris and Alex Fine in the financing dept. stayed 40 minutes after closing to get all the necessary paperwork in order for my purchase.Three days later, I picked up my car. Again, Chris was super helpful! I would definitely recommend Chris and Audi Brookline to others, and I wouldnt hesitate to purchase another vehicle from them.
