The staff are very friendly and helpful, and they even gave me a free glass when I visited. Prices are reasonable and they had a lot of great local (New England) beers. The only real drawback is that their selection of singles is pretty limited. Fortunately, the singles they do have are broadly different in terms of price

If you are in your 20s they might snap your ID. Every other time I have come here they have about bent my ID in half. Im not even close to the legal drinking age and have never had anyone bend my ID anywhere else in Boston.

Clean and affordable price on wines.

This mart is tip-top. Reasonable prices, great selection. And I know- Planet Fitness pioneered this term- but this place is truly a judgement free zone. When I go into Brookline wine & spirit, I buy embarrassing products sometimes like 40 oz malt liquors and cheap sake, but the employees never utter a word. They are simply happy to have my business and I am happy to give it to them! The ideal exchange 😊

Saw some item one their website and called ahaed to confirm, but nobody answered,.. drove to the store 30 minutes to find out that item i was looking for not available,but also a smart remark from a clerk that i should have been there before Christmas!!
