I highly recommend buying a mattress at Mattress Firm on Beacon Street in Brookline. The showroom is spotless. Everyone who works there is extremely friendly and honest. After shopping around for two months, (including a visit to Macys where one mattress had a large stain) it was just wonderful to meet people who actually cared about my experience. I worked with Mike Horvath today and he was lovely. The others I have purchased from in the past at this location have also been amazing. I dont usually take the time to write a review, but this time it was definitely well earned.

Lillian helped me very much to choose the mattress, she knew information about every single mattress and listening me what exactly I wanted.

Mike helped us out he’s a great guy to deal with. More interested in what we the buyer wants rather than selling the most expensive product in the store. Very personable and realistic about the products and what they offer. Was patient and not pushy which was much appreciated. Searched up the best deal possible before we left the store to make sure we were 100% satisfied. He’s also a watch buff with some good info on Rolex’s if you like fine watches. If you’re looking for a Mattress and stopping into this store as for Mike he will get you sleeping right.

Went there right before closing. The nice employee kept it open till I eventually found something I liked. It was sold out so she sold me an even better one at a discount. Then she tied it up to the top of my car like a pro. Awesome experience. Slept well that night.

At first, I gave Mattress Firm a call to make sure they had stock of the mattress I was looking for since with Covid-19 everything online seems to have major delays. David was absolutely pleasant on the phone and in-person. He was able to get my new mattress to me within four days and answered all the questions I had. Very excellent service with some great humor. Would recommend anyone to speak with David if you are looking for a new mattress - wont be disappointed!

Very happy with the service I got here. The store manager helped me get a free replacement for a mattress protector replacement after I received the wrong one from an online order. They don’t take returns on them as a store policy but they were very understanding and fixed the issue.

I worked with David for my mattress fitting prior to the pandemic. Once they reopened I worked with Barbara for the final purchase and delivery. I have to say they were both outstanding. Barbara went above and beyond to answer all my questions and help with delivery and some other items I was looking for. I asked if she could email or text me some pictures from the store to help with some virtual shopping and she was so quick and thorough. I also went up to the Woburn location to test out the mattress one last time and Tyler had helped me. He was also great to work with. I would absolutely recommend either of these locations. The staff and that place on Beacon Street in Brookline are extremely extremely professional sales representatives on the other hand for your store thats in South Bay they get a one-star.........What makes it so bad is that I purchased the pillows with cash from the South Bay store and they said to me that I couldnt get my cash back and I went to the Brookline location for help and it only took me 3 minutes and I was in and out the door satisfied customer 1000% so whatever that young lady and young guy was over there in the Brookline store when I went over there did my transaction today they get a thumbs-up three thumbs up

Definitely great customer care from the time we called ahead to ask about available in stock inventory for a full foam mattress, to coming in store and trying several out. Mike was very friendly and knowledgeable without trying to upsell us on our student budgets. They had a great variety of options and was able to get 4th of July deals for a full size memory foam mattress (delivered free within 48 hours) and also half off the mattress protector. Would recommend to others.

Nicole was super helpful!! She walked us through the different types of bed, styles, heat vs. cool, we tried multiple bed types, there were bed pillow covers for cleanliness, we got different rates within our budget. She worked to let us try things a bit more pricey and less inexpensive. We got multiple rates, a back up plan, very transparent and made the process seamless! I called this location a number of times hours before closing as I was hoping to get a mattress quickly for that night and was told that this location had a great inventory. An associate at a different mattress firm location insisted that it was open despite no one answering the phone, so I went. It was closed, despite all the lights on, a huge “open” sign in the window, and the hours marked on the door (it was 7pm and was supposed to be open until 9). It was extremely frustrating to see the hours marked on google, on the website, and from the other location but all sources were incorrect. Just lazy. Wouldn’t count on them and won’t return in the future.

My son is moving to Brookline and I needed to buy a boxspring and mattress online or over the phone. I was dreading this process. Nichole was so easy to work with and very knowledgeable. She suggested a raised metal platform frame instead of box spring to save us from the hassle of not having the boxsprings fit up the stairs to the third floor apartment. I am usually stressed when I have to buy a mattress, it is a confusing experience, BUT ANNA made THIS experience a piece of cake.. I never purchased a mattress set in such a short period of time. She was so knowledgeable and helped me every step of the way . I even purchased my pillows and mattress pad there. I will be returning soon to outfit another bedroom. When I first went to Mattress Firm, I thought Tim was nice and helpful. However, when I went back the woman I met was very pushy and rude. I thought Tim was holding two mattresses for me but he had already ordered them and was going to have me finance them. I tried to cancel the order and Tim was very hesitant to do so, trying to explain that I should continue to hold them which did not make any sense for me. I found out later he had taken my information and signed me up for a credit card without my consent. It was a very confusing, unhelpful process.
