Comically understaffed. Terrible pharmacy hours as well

STARK Contrast to the one in Allston thats all I have to say.

Don’t get your flu shot here. Scheduled one for my wife and daughter. They didn’t have it ready on time and two ten minute appointments took 40min. They claim it’s free with most insurances, but charged us $41 each even though we have BCBS. I got one for free on the same insurance at CVS last week. They wait until you’re already there for the appointment to check if it’s covered there. I’m filing with BBB.

Good pharmacy store

Im rating only the pharmacy here, because I find most Walgreens stores much alike, only varying in size. The pharmacy staff here, however, deserve 5 stars. They are unfailingly helpful and polite. I have found the pharmacists always ready to listen, and they have been much more helpful than the administrative staff at my doctors office! (Which is why Im changing doctors.).

Not the best Walgreens. Not the worst. Walgreens can’t sell alcohol in Massachusetts, which is I guess not this particular wall greens fault but I will still comment here.

I really felt the need to change my previous review since I started dealing with the new manager JI. She has really made my Walgreens experience ..much more pleasant. Thank you JIThe pharmacy is the worst ever. Rude staff and almost never answers the phone. Bunch of losers!!! You need a new competent manager.

During the week March 5, 2018, MARISA helped me find what I was looking for but she went beyond the normal service that I am provided: she made direct eye contact; she smiled; she asked me about looking for any products; she didn’t walk past me on the way to perform another task; and she asked me about using any points I had on my Walgreens card. This never happened before in YEARS. I would like to see more courtesy and professional poise and energy like MARISA’s.

Ordered photo cards but was told broken printer so no cards available. Asked for refund but was told manager will call. Manager never called. Rude employee. Do not recommend this location.

Extremely slow service in the pharmacy department. During the 10+ times I’ve been here, staff are indifferent and forgetful. It’s honestly a bit annoying when it feels like I have to do everyone’s job for them. If you don’t want to wait longer than 30 minutes to pick up a simple prescription, DON’T come here!

Incompetent, rude and understaffed. I hate coming here - this time it was for a fedex pick up and it took 20 mins to find something to man the desk. Pathetic service.

When I showed up at 7:45pm to grab a flu shot, they informed me that stopped administering them at 8:00pm. We all have long days at work but c’mon...Definitely not the finest moment in customer service.

Large selection of products in main store. Plenty of free parking. Convenient location to Stop & Shop. Near Coolidge Corner and Brookline Village. We got our flu shots at the pharmacy a few years ago.

Pharmacy tech was awesome! She was able to transfer my daughter prescription from a different Walgreens to be fill at the Brookline location . She kind and courteous! She deserves a raise!

Take your business elsewhere! The service is terrible and the staff is unhelpful. Needed 6 passport style photos, had to pay 3 times $14.99 (50$ with tax!) because “we only do 2 photos per order”. For my complaint that simple additional reprints should not cost as the full service passport photos manager Mr. Cisse told me this is how it is and there is nothing he can do. Never again.

Very nice Walgreens with photo and pharmacy. Some of the register employees are a little weird, but very nice nonetheless

Pretty reliable chain outlet. Plenty of parking, never seems to be a line. There is a public restroom but you have to ask. Chain pharmacies are a dime a dozen but this one seems to be operated well.

Best walgreens employees ever. Just be nice and pleasant and 100% of the time youll get it back

Terrible service since Rob the pharmacist left. Long wait lines, pharmacy staff is clueless, and whats worse, they dont seem to care. Very unco-operative and not helpful in the least. The left hand doesnt know what the right hand is doing.
