First off these folks know their stuff!!!I ordered a scat4- 408 stroker kit for my Ram build, Clint helped me find the product during these hard to find times and balanced it too. Shipping was on time and far.I am over 1250 miles away and a different Country and have zero complaints!Finally a shop that truly know their stuff and helpfulThanks everyone at CNC Ill be call for more stuff as the build continues

Made the mistake of placing an order with these guys. They sent my package to my house rather then the shop where the work is being done. The shop is several hours away so I have to ship my parts to the place they were supposed to go to begin with. I called and spoke to Clint and he told me I am financially responsible for their error in shipping it to the wrong address and that they would not pay to have it shipped to the correct address. This is certainly not how you treat your customers. Thanks for nothing Clint!

So far my experience with CNC Motorsports has been excellent. Every question that I have had has been answered and very timely. I see some negative reviews on these guys and some I dont really believe. I look forward to getting my orders and working with them further!

I ordered a 496 rotating assembly on 3-9-21 after chatting with someone online and was informed that the pistons in the kit had 1/16 rings so I proceed to order the kit over the next few days i was contacted and informed that the crank was on back order and was unsure of when the crank would be available but was offered a upgrade for 50 dollars after i pushed for a better option a few days later i received all my parts and not as described the pistons had the wrong ring package after a few phone calls and 163 dollars plus me paying return shipping for their mistake i am hopeful that we have the problem worked out and boy was i wrong i was told 2 weeks to ship and now 7 weeks later i still do not have pistons and have been basically told tough luck wait or you can pay more money for their mistake again maybe one day i will receive the parts that i have already paid for but Im not holding my breath what a joke of a company

Bought a brand new Complete Rotating assembly talk to a machine shop got balance in rings gap they sent me the wrong rings and refuse to send me right rings for their mistake go to Summit racing instead pay more less headache

Biggest waist of time ever. Super unresponsive customer service and zero help. Ordered a full rotating kit 12/28, got an email the next day saying they were 4 weeks behind. Every time i called the phone was busy or it went to voicemail. Finally got a hold of someone 1/12 and they tell me the CANCELED MY ORDER. If you were going to Make me wait 4 weeks, why cancel it after 2??? What a joke. Zero stars if possible

Do not buy from these people. Missing parts. Wrong kit. Idle screws not threaded. Got paper cheap paper gaskets. I will go to AutoZone before I order anything from these people. Unwilling to fix problem.

This company seems to value sales over service. I bought a crank and a set of rods for a drag racing project. After talking to their sales team, one would think they had the knowledge to tell the customer there’s a mismatched part being ordered. We discovered the issue while doing a pre-assembly. Now I’m stuck with a set of useless parts, as they won’t return them. We assembled one piston/rod to confirm everything would work, and that’s when it was discovered the parts aren’t compatible.Lost customer.

Clint, Chris, and Jon are great to work with. As a tractor puller finding the perfect parts for more horse power that keeps you within the guidelines/rules can be a slight challenge. They are all very good at what they do and have a ton of experience finding the right product for the job. I couldnt be happier with the end result. Plus if I have any questions they are very willing to answer them. There is no way I would ever work with anyone else. These guys are top notch. Thank you CNC!!!

The restoration of my 1965 corvette is all but complete except for an engine. All the work done thus far in preparing the car in our Corvette Nationals in NSW Australia has been in vane and all for a set of pistons. Chris, you seem to be a nice enough sales person but if you cant back it up with professional service and do what you say your going to do, its not worth jack @#$%. Sorry, but I can not recommend this company and nor will I use it again. I reserve the right to make a claim through Paypal if the parts ordered arent as specified.

I needed piston rings for my Mahle pistons. I checked the internet and found CNC Motorsports offer the piston rings and was the BEST price by far! The piston rings were sent out right away! Horrible experience... Dealing with something that happened back in 2011 and cant seem to get any help. We paid for the parts so they shipped what we ordered and now claim it was unpaid for...why would you send the items if they wasnt paid for.

Oh ya so nice, another great and bullet proof engine from the most helpful engine builder I have ever raced in my race cars. As a matter of fact the same engine took me to 2 consecutive years and a 2ND on the first year only due to the first race of the year and the motor in the car blew up. CNC and I had a great conversation about what I was racing, tracks I raced on, gear selection etc etc. I received the best race engine I have ever had over approx. 30 years of racing various cars dirt and ashphalt. I will definitely have another built at CNC when I find my next late model or what ever I end racing.CNC, ABSOLUTELY TOP NOTCH AND SERVICE even getting me a race engine complete to me in Canada under 2 weeks so I could make my next race and swept the night.Thank You so much to all at CNC and for those wanting to be in the winners circle and potentially take home hardware, cash, and championships CNC will definitely deliver.Thanks to everyone at CNC.Glen

I placed an order for a crank and rods on Monday and they arrived on Thursday with standard shipping. Pretty straight forward and easy to deal with.

Ordered a Professional Products Typhoon polished intake. The sent me a badly corroded procomp intake. when I called to get the situation resolved the customer service rep, Chris, called me a liar and said they dont sell procomp. He said that was not the manifold he sent us and that we were lying.He offered absolutely no resolution. Beware of this seller. They will send you junk instead of what you ordered and then call you a liar! They are rude, combative and dont stand behind the products they sell.

Worst experience of my life spent 4000 on a usra short block that did not come as described the ad clearly stated 355 which is a 350 chevy small block with a 4.030 bore size came as a 4.060 bore. Wasnt too worried and finished the build and took to my dyno guy. we put the engine on the dyno and ran 20 pulls trying every single variable to get the engine to turn more that 5900 rpm. emailed cnc (claimed 7800rpm redline) and was told our brand new valve springs were at fault. We ended up swapping springs to humor them and found it made no difference. at this point after arguing with there tech guy for 3 days we decided to tear it down to find every cylinder heavily scored do to improper piston to cylinder wall clearance being extremely tight. also bores were distored .0015 plus. this was our issue i again confronted there guy and ended up being told that now they would take another look at it because they still didnt see anything wrong. so now my 4000 dollar professionally built racing engine short block is a 6500 dollar short block built by a differnt builder. i was just shoed off and it was made to be not there fauilt please research another option and go there before blowing your money here!

I orderd a complete and balanced rotating assembly from these guys and did not recieve what ordered. i ordered had h-beam rods and they sent me i-beam rods. when i asked about this clint said the i-beam rods can handle more horsepower and i should be happy with the free upgrade and now im having clearance issues with the rods and camshaft i call clint and he said for 900.00 he would switch out to h-beam rods. so im suppose to pay for thier mistake. stay away from this company if you want the right product the first time

DO NOT LET THESE PEOPLE BUILD YOU A RACE ENGIINE!!!!!!! im sure they do great machine work but they wanted to put plain old cheapie bimetal bearings in my 500horsepower turbocharged engine. didnt sound right to me so i called the company that makes the bearings and their technical expert said that if i put those bearings in that motor it will eat those bearings very quickly. have someone build your motor that knows how to build motors and what parts go with what applications. im sure they can build you a small block or a ford up no problem but seriously i cant throw a rock in this town without hitting someone that can do that. if you want an import motor built in southdakota you better do your research and call the parts manufacturers to verify your plans because there are so few people that do that. probably joey at excessive since that is what he does. anyhow just remeber cheap parts dont belong in a turbo engine and you should be headed in the right dirrection.

I bought 2 PRW Flexplates and both were warped with .060 to .080 run-out. Totally unacceptable when stock F/P is only .030max. My stock plate has .010 run out. I will NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE GUYS. I got no response from them after the sale.
