The “best” interest rate they could get my son, who has no credit, was 19.75%. THEN they had the price SO HIGH and added so many things that we can’t find refinancing ANYWHERE! Our bank would have refined it but this used car loan is $7000 over the loan value. I strongly suggest that you do not go in here without a lot of business experience AND cash. Please beware!The oil light came on ONE WEEK after he got it and they CHARGED him to do an oil change!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!

The employees in the body shop are fantastic at their job. They call and explain every issue that comes up. I would recommend it you drive a Honda, to get it serviced here . Im thankful for fast and efficient work !

We bought a used vehicle from Mike Whatley Honda, and it was a great experience. We showed up at about 5:30, and were completely done and driving away by 6:30. Jonathan and Teddy were friendly, honest, and very low pressure. Everyone was satisfied with the price. Overall, a great experience, and would definitely buy from them again.

I always get great service from Mike Whatley Honda. We bought our 2013 Pilot from them and I make sure I get all my oil changes there. They are courteous and efficient. (And their prices are very reasonable. I am well satisfied with their sales and service personnel. (P.S. I got a great deal on my Pilot from Teddy Washington.)

Excellent customer service. We were traveling thru the area and had a flat tire. They got us right in a changed the tire, fixed a re-call, and a car wash. Very friendly and helpful.

We leased a 2018 Honda Accord Sport in August 2018. The experience with the sales team, and Jeff Alston in particular, was exceptional. No issues, super responsive, and very transparent about the pricing. However, since we leased the vehicle, weve had it in the shop once already for a bad rattle in the rear shelf area. They couldnt find it, and it did it on the way home from the shop the same day. Tried to take it in again, and was told I couldnt make an appointment for that on the weekend. Now we have a second rattle in the passenger door that is extremely noticeable. Again, cant bring it on the weekend. Some of us have jobs, that work longer hours than this service department is open. I told the guy today three times I couldnt get to work if i brought it during the week. He couldnt care less. No offer of a ride to work, no loaner vehicle, nothing. I understand a lot of dealers dont do loaners, for insurance reasons, but most have a courtesy vehicle to take you to work if needed. Last time I buy from a small town dealer. Ill take my business to Bob Boyte in Brandon or Patty Peck in Ridgeland next time.

Charlie Benson car salesman is one of the best car salesman I know and has some of the best cars at Mike Whatley Honda ! He is honest and trustworthy and they have great cars Id recommend them to anyone !

I know three people whose vehicles have been made worse by their service department. You take your car in for service. They change the oil but dont rotate the tires or anything else.

I recently went to get a wheel bearing fixed on my car and on the same day I heard the same noise. I went back to figure the problem they told me that he fixed the other side instead the driver side and u would have to pay another $277 parts &labor! Its not my fault he didnt fix the correct one!

Dealer Unprofessional,Would not give a final price until we signed the papers to buy.We bought a car from another dealer that day .they were able to tell me the exact price Ill never shop here again.

Be sure to crawl underneath their used vehicles and check for body rust I found a nice Ford pickup they had a rusted-out rocker panel you can stick two fingers in the hole and the salesman told me because it was a four-wheel drive pickup he would sell it to somebody that dont crawl underneath the vehicle

Jacob at Mike Whatley Honda doesnt want to stand behind his sales. My mother bought a 2014 Chevy Cruze from them. It is already having problems with the A/C and Transmission. My mother called him about 4 days ago, and Jacob told her that he would call her back. It has now been 4 days and he hasnt called back. So, I contacted Jacob today, and in not so many words he says that his technicians cant and wont offer any type of assistance or stand behind a vehicle that they sold because it is still under Chevy warranty. I asked him if the car had been wrecked and he said no. I asked him if the Carfax on the vehicle was clear and free and he stated that he thinks it was. I asked him if he would send me the carfax or send it to my mom and he was hesitant, but said that he would. I havent received it yet. I would not suggest dealing with Mike Whatley Honda of Brookhaven, but maybe you can have a better experience.

Salesman was very rude and acted like he didnt want to sell the car. They just lost a potential customer.

Buyer beware. Dishonest salesmen here. Took advantage of a disabled customer. When she changed her mind within 24 hours, her salesman and the office manager refused to give her back her car and reverse the sale.
