New owners took over in November of 2020. The store is now year around toy store with a great variety of toys and an amazing amount of puzzles. The staff and owners are helpful and friendly also so it is now a much different experience going to the store than in past years

Yeah CRAIG.But really though why not just go to Bayshore instead of insisting that they transfer the product. Its not that far and it sounds like you bothered to go back multiple times to the store that didnt have the item instead of just going one time to where you KNEW they had the product and been done.

This store operated a kiosk location in the Bayshore Mall. Two different times the staff stated they would transfer a product I ordered from another store to this location. After three weeks of return visits nothing arrived, and today, the kiosk is gone. I will not seek to do business with this company ever again because they do not really seem to care about their business or customers.
