Andrew was the sales person that helped. He was very knowledgeable about all of the equipment. I feel very comfortable with the purchases I made. Johnson will deliver and assemble the equipment, which is something other stores are not doing.

My wife and I made four separate trips between us to this location when researching treadmills to buy. We worked with Troy Harrison who was incredibly helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. He walked us through the features of treadmills, let us try several out, and stayed in our stated price range, no up sells or high pressure. It was reassuring when making a large purchase to have a point of contact rather than some ubiquitous worker with no skin in the game. As for the company, they offered a lot more in services than youd get at at most places (in house servicing, delivery, assembly etc.). Theyve been around a while as a company and have been at this location for years so you know they arent going anywhere.Really couldnt be happier. I very rarely review, but Troy and 2nd Wind deserve it.

These sales reps are fantastic. If you want something used and they dont have it, they can search all their stores in the state. If another location has it, theyll have their guys deliver it to the store nearest you. They make sure the customer gets what theyre looking for, and they really strive to keep youre business. I was very impressed.

I called this place a week ago and again today to see if they would match a price listed on Amazon for bowflex select tech dumbbells. Both people I spoke to said that yes they match prices listed on Amazon. I was at Best Buy having a remote starter installed on my car and so I figured I would stop by and pick up these dumbbells while I was in the area. When I arrived the sales associate was helping another customer so I waited for about 20 minutes only to find out that they wouldnt honor or match the price that Amazon has them for. He even told me that the price wouldve been just above their break even line but he wasnt able to sell them at that price. So, thanks for wasting a half hour of my time and in return you get the bad review.Side note: the name is 2nd wind which led me to believe it would have mostly used exercise equipment. Looking around during my wait had me confused because the majority of what I saw was new. I dont get it.The salesman was nice and polite and apologized but that didnt help me with the bait and switch on the amazon price match.

I called 2nd Wind to move a large treadmill from the third floor to a newly finished basement workout room. They indented and scratched the hardwood and took chunks out of the stairwell walls with no apology. Cost me almost a grand to repair the damage their guys had done. Incompetent!
