Friendly staff i like that I was able to browse without being constantly asked if I needed help with anything. But that they were available foe questions

Many empty shelves scattered through store. not sure if still setting up but walking through barren aisles to get to merchandise was a little odd

Small sections limit sizes with great over the head masks.

Such a wide selection, and the customer service was amazing!!

Do NOT go here. “Brand new” costumes are full of holes. The owner does not care and is extremely rude. I would stay away from this store at all costs.

Had a lot of costumes for all ages.. they also had a bunch of outdoor decorations.. the store itself was pretty big.

The costumes were super expensive and the staff was far from friendly, especially the dude with the long frizzy hair. My friends and i had enough and just left. Never coming back.

No air flow, ceiling tiles falling out, electrical wires hanging out of ceiling, moldy and smelly, employee sitting on desk just staring at customers and doing nothing; How did Halloween Express or the city approve this location to be suitable for people to work and shop in?
