Excellent warranty repair service provided by Jason. I had a Lenovo yoga 613 that randomly shut off only 4 months after buying it. Vanguard kept me updated throughout the repair process so I would know what lead times to expect/when it was finished. I havent had any problems with the laptop since! Definitely trust and recommend them.

The charging port on my laptop stopped working. Being that it’s my school laptop and I’m smack in the middle of classes I needed it fixed quickly. After hours on my computer trying to figure out how to fix it I was directed to Vanguard. I called on a Monday to make sure I could go in and drop it off. The person I talked to (I’m terrible with names) was polite and informed me that there a bit backed up and the repair could take 1-2 weeks. I brought my computer in and the same person I talked to on the phone quickly diagnosed the problem and was able to get my computer in to be fixed. Today, the following Monday, I called just to check up and see if there was an update. The same person informed me that my computer was being worked on as we spoke and would be finished in a few hours. A few hours later I got a call that the computer was done and I could pick it up. Bottom line the people at Vanguard are polite, professional, fast, and thorough. If I have any more issues with my laptop I will be taking it there.

Would give them 10 stars if I could!!!!I run my own business from my laptop, and it crashed 2pm on a Friday..... I went into frantic problem solving mode and after sorting though countless Lenovo redirect websites and on hold with 20+ redirects, I finally got to Vanguard concepts that closed in an hour.Jason Stamp went out of his way to test a few items before just having to ship it out for at least 4 days (weekend days don’t help here) to get fixed, and he came back after 5-10 minutes and solved the problem after opening up the computer and saving me COUNTLESS hours, stress, and a devastating pause of my business.THANK YOU SO MUCH for the 10 Star service Jason and Vanguard!!!

For people who call themselves tech professionals, they really need to up their game. I am tech savvy and I went there because I need some help with my laptop. The first guy I talked to had very little knowledge about computers and he was always mumbling and trying to look for the right words to use. He clearly wasnt experienced or he wasnt qualified enough to be a computer repair expert

I was having some issues with my new Thinkpad. Lenovo had quoted me over a week long repair, however mentioned I could take it to a local shop for expedited service. I was put in touch with Jason over at Vanguard. Not only was he able to beat the Lenovo service time by well over a week. He took the time to explain to me in normal language what the issue was as well as what it took to repair the problem. After the visit which was covered 100% by Lenovo, I had a few more questions for Jason. He quickly responded and was able to fix all of my issues. It has been a very pleasant experience, and I look forward to working with Jason and Vanguard in the future!Thanks again Jason,Drew

I recently purchases a new Lenovo Yoga 720 and after a month the display was going bad. Lenovo wanted me to send it in for repairs, which would have taken weeks from shipping to receiving it back. I sent an email to Vanguard because I noticed that they were a Lenovo repair dealer. They responded right away and I was able to drop off my laptop that same day. 2 business days later I have my laptop back and it looks great!!!
