I will never love another game store again.Steve provides a welcoming and friendly experience every time you go in. Whether your looking for a 50 cent single or a whole booster box Colony games is the place to go.

This place is never open. Although the one time they were the guy was nice but u cant run a business and only open when you want to.

Owners of this place are some of the most wonderful people Ive met in card games. As a woman, when I go into card shops, its often a very stressful experience due to bias in the industry; however, this place I feel super at home. Love getting my packs here!! Sad its shutting down due to covid but cant recommend it highly enough

Love this place!Im a teacher who needed a sponsor for a D&D club at my school and the owners were all about helping us out.We just finished a really enjoyable miniature painting session at the store and my students loved it. Cant wait to do it again.If youre looking for good hearted people and a solid comic shop, look no further!

What a great little family game shop! They were friendly and helpful. My daughter wants to play Pokemon TCG, but wont share her cards with me. The folks at Colony Games helped me out right away. Definitely going back.

This place has a great atmosphere with really nice staff. Sometimes the owner’s children are there, but they’re really nice and polite as well. It’s a good place to host games and buy cards.

Best retail store Ive ever been to. Period. Friendly, knowledgeable and hilarious staff. Prices that are competitive even with online retailers. They always have the product youre looking for. Convenient location near the train and free parking. Plus its KID FRIENDLY.For a more detailed review...I played Magic the Gathering about 20 years ago. 20 years of new cards, different rules and strange strategies that I missed out on. I wanted to play again but was very intimidated. I called The Colony to see if someone like myself could still be a viable player at a Friday Night Magic tournament. I spoke with Steve initially and Ive never felt more at ease!Steve offered his guidance and everyone at the store (customers included) were very friendly and played fairly all while teaching me the new rules. After about a year, Im still not the best player but Ive been known to squeak out a win here and there. Ive had so many nights with endless laughs, new friends and fantastic memories. The cards are what initially brought me to The Colony but its the community that makes me want to come back.As far as the store itself? Jamie runs an organized, clean and safe store. They have players from 10 years old to 60+. If you have ever wanted to try/come back to table top games/card games there is no better place than The Colony!

Jamie is awesome and knows Pokémon. Theres a Pokémon group that meets on mondays and FNM (MTG card game) is generally pretty relaxed!
