One piece of feedback for who does the advertising on cars.com the price you list on there is not the price you are actually selling for. I have never bought from a dealer always private party in my past so that was a surprise to me. I get tax title and license but there are other additional charges for items that have already been done to the vehicle that you are paying for. So for instance the vehicle is advertised at 19k but by the time all the additional items are added in it was almost 23k.

My Car-salesman, Bradley Flak, was extremely attentive the entire time I was there. He offered me a drink right away and even offered me another when I was finished with it. He was thorough and explained every detail of the paperwork. Bradley was patient with me, and made the time go quickly by keeping the conversation going! My Financial advisor Christian was also extremely helpful and made sure that I got everything I needed. He made sure I understood all the financial details and I’m happy he could help. Tyler was a wonderful sales person! He was friendly and worked hard to get me into a great vehicle. We drove from Green Bay for our car, and glad we made the trip! We will definitely check out the inventory at Toyota of Brookfield next time we are in the market for a car and would recommend to my friends and family. The only thing I would have changed was that the car was not clean when we looked at it, so we had to wait for it to be cleaned before leaving. I also would have liked to have discussed financing options before driving down. We were here over 3 hours from start to completion. There was a nice waiting area with beverages and snacks to keep my five year old busy. Overall a pleasant experience.
