I went to the wrong international auto, I seen the Ferrari’s and Maserati’s and made another mistake in assuming they would take care of me and my almost new Audi. Had suspension and light bodywork done. Tires were not inflated properly causing the sensor to go off when I picked up. Bodywork was not done properly and had to bring it back in to get fixed, was given a beater for a loaner vehicle. I asked for an oil change for the inconvenience and was told yes. When I went to pick it up I was charged for the oil change. After driving out of state my oil level sensor went off. Upon bringing my car to the correct international autos, I learned either they spilled 3/4 of a quart on my engine or failed to tighten the full cap causing 3/4 to spew over my clean engine bay. I called Lorenzo and was told he will pay for the quart of oil- never heard anything from him nor the dealership furthermore. Body work was still not proper with bumper pieces not properly attached (for a second time) and driving sensor not fixed to the inside of the bumper. I have had to bring my vehicle to the right international autos (yet again) to get their work properly resolved. International autos in West Allis went over and above to assist me every time. I didn’t want to write a negative review, but today I just got yet another oil level notification today (never had a problem in the past before they touched my vehicle) and I am still dealing with their issues from back in March when I originally brought it to them.

Brought my Aprilia Tuono in after I had a service light come on. Roberto helped me throughout the whole process, he always kept me in the loop and walked me through the steps to fix my bike. Reina is an awesome dealer and I would recommend them to anyone. They charged a very fair price for all the work done, and got it done very quickly. They even went above and beyond and lubed my bike chain without me asking. Definitely will be going back!

Giuseppe, Filippo and the entire Reina Team are great professionals with strong customer focus and willingness to close deals on a positive way for both sides. I purchased a major Moto Guzzi months ago and - despite several road bumps I had with the bike and the delivery company - I must say that Giuseppe took care of things till the end on the process. Bought a Chrysler 300 5.7 from this place a couple years ago. When I bought I had to take it back a few times in the first couple weeks to get fixed. The last time I went was for a oil pressure sensor to be fixed. A few months go by now I need to replace my alternator and come to find out Reina messed up the front subframe and never informed me!!! About $1000 worth of damages and very unsafe to be driving especially with my children in the car!!! Will never purchase here again!! Very unprofessional and felt mistreated because I wasn’t getting a exotic sports car fixed.

Ok everyone THIS dealership is the real deal!! I called them because I searched online for a scooter I had been trying to find. The polite gentleman who answered said he would have someone call me back so I left my name and number....5 minutes later I received a call from Joe Reina..an owner no less, and he was in Chicago at the time but wanted to return my call!!! I did purchase the scooter and I must mention Pam in their Finance Dept. who was smart and kind, returning every call and text! We met Filippo at the end but we could tell he followed this deal from start to finish when he and his guys loaded up my new scooter in our truck while we finished the paperwork. BTW the gentlemen out in the shop were aware of us and we visited with these nice guys too.. All retailers take note... This wonderful dealership sells very beautiful and expensive cars and I was treated as if I purchased one of those! Thank you to everyone at Reina International for this awesome experience..just wish it was warmer!! 😁

I bought a BMW X1 from them. Awesome place and awesome service. However, i took my car in for service at a BMW dealership only to find out that the car had been fitted with aftermarket parts, which is ok. What was worse is that, one of the rear break-pads sensors was never replaced and left hanging.

Very poor service, no follow up on requested quetes, rude hurried people!

I bought my car from here. I told Filippo what my budget was and what kind of car I was looking for. He found two options for me within days. The car was immaculately clean full tank of gas the customer service was amazing and everybody in the dealership was full of energy and charisma. I always refer people over to the dealership as I can trust they will take care of whoever I am referring over very well.

I took my 1981 Fiat 131 Brava in and had the head gasket and timing belt replaced. Then had the rear main seal and transmission seals replaced. The work was done great on a 40 year old car. My little old Fiat sedan looked meak next to all the super cars. Great shop and great work at fair prices.

When the wife and decided we were going to get Vespas for ourselves we got in touch with Joe. He is a fantastic person and very friendly. He made sure we got exactly what we wanted and took care of us with no BS purchase process. While the Vespa I wanted was not in stock I can’t wait for it to show up soon. My wife has been enjoying hers for 2 weeks now. Joe and Filippo were fantastic to work with. We will be back for all our service needs and recommend them to anyone looking for Italian vehicles with 2 or 4 wheels. They know their stuff!!

They used to service my 1969 Rolls Royce. Very knowledgeable about the ins and outs of old cars. I would certainly take any car I had to them and feel sure that they were doing a great job on the vehicle. They always had a great supply of other eye candy to look at on the lot ranging from Fiats to Rolls Royce or even more exotic antique race cars.

After years of being taken to the cleaners by my dealership, one of my good friends took me to Reina. They will be the only servicers of my Porsche from here on. The atmosphere is incredible, Lorenzo knows his stuff like no other, and the prices are out of this world better than my dealership.

Bought a brand new Aprilia rsv4rr in 2016. It has less than 3000 miles on it and the voltage regulator went out and I am told that I have to pay for a new 1 and its installation because the bike only Carries a 2 year warranty. With less than 3000 miles, I am now questioning the build quality and Aprilia backing of there bikes.

We have been customers of Reinas service department for well over a decade where Lorenzo and his team have done wonderful work on our vehicles. Because of our trust in Lorenzo, when it came time to buy a car 10 years ago, it was on his advice that we chose the type of car we were seeking. Once we knew what we wanted Filipo and Joe went out and found us exactly what we wanted as it wasnt on the lot at the time. I am happy to say that car is still on the road, being driven daily, and serving us well. We have since purchased 2 more cars, including one just yesterday, and couldnt be happier with the service and attention to detail the whole team there gives us everytime we walk through the door.

We just bought a used Subaru from Reina. They are a well-run, customer first family business. Filippo was great to work with. He didnt try to sell us financing offers we didnt need--he actually gave us advice on what never to get from dealers. We noticed a couple issues in the week after driving it home and we called them back asking if they would take care of them. They did so with no problem. I would recommend them to anyone.

I have been dealing with this dealership for over three weeks trying to get a Vespa scooter repaired. For the amount of money they are charging I would expect much better customer service. The time it took to pick up the scooter, give me the quote, and then to actually start the repairs after I was given the quote were all ridiculous. We still do not have the scooter fixed. In fact I was just told today that it hasnt even been started yet. When I asked for a breakdown of the charges I was given the run around. I feel like I am being taken advantage of.
