I had the absolute best experience buying a car. Michael took the time to test drive everything I asked and walk me through all the details and comparisons. Once I chose which car I’d buy, Verbie was amazing on the financial side making sure everything went through smoothly. Then Wade spent an hour in the car with me making sure I knew how to work all of the technology. I felt supported and at ease the whole time and now I literally have the car of my dreams. Lexus of Brookfield is unfortunately one of those dealerships that will pull the old trick of applying useless, overpriced, non-negotiable add-ons that nobody asked for to their used cars which accumulate to thousands of dollars added to the advertised sticker price. Do not reward these business practices (read: scams) by giving Lexus of Brookfield your time or money. By avoiding dealerships that do this, you can help make car shopping a less predatory and stressful experience.Normally Id end the review there, but what I found the most egregious and what has to be mentioned was the so-called sanitation service, which not only costs hundreds of dollars and preys upon peoples fears of an ongoing pandemic, but would also logically be rendered pointless every time a new customer takes the car for a test drive. Remember, this is a pre-installed (and therefore non-negotiable) add-on, not something that gets done once youve already agreed to purchase the car, and certainly not done between each successive test drive. Makes one wonder if such services were even performed at all.If you have the misfortune of dealing with him, pointing this out to finance manager Christopher Zilvitis will be met with snarky quips along the lines of were not going to go into the car and cough on it for you and were not going to dig out the old cabin air filter from the garbage and put it back in (referring to the HEPA cabin air filter included in this sanitation service, which is a $20 part on the vehicle in question).Youd probably expect these kinds of tactics from a shady high-volume Nissan or Kia dealer, not a Lexus dealer, and especially not in a car market where dealerships can get away with blatantly marking up new cars far above MSRP and still not keep inventory on the lot. If youre going to charge more for a car, just be up front with it without wasting anyones time.Of course, under these market conditions, the car will be sold anyway and Lexus of Brookfield will have again scammed somebody out of untold sums of money for goods and services that nobody needs, but if even one person takes the time to read this review and decides to not purchase a car from Lexus of Brookfield, buying a used car will become just that infinitesimally less painful.

5 Stars for the Team! In late October I had the pleasure of working with Jim Janowski at Lexus of Brookfield. I was interested in buying my very first Lexus, the NX300 model. Horrible experience. We purchased a Land Cruiser through the Internet and it was a nightmare. The “manager of Internet sales“ promised me no surprises. After driving over eight hours from Northern Michigan, we were asked to wait and till they finish detailing the car. When I finally insisted on seeing the car they were touching up paint chips on the door . The interior roof had a tear, even the interior was a different color as from pictures we received. I was told a transfer from the bank was acceptable for payment, and this was not the case after several hours of negotiating they finally allowed me to write a check. Then a big surprise of a $250 processing fee was added to the price. To add insult to injury, they assured me the gas tank was filled and ready the car was ready to go. Enroute to Chicago in the dark, I discovered the car was almost out of gas, and the Bluetooth was not working. The floor mats in the vehicle were in very poor condition and they promised to send new Land Cruiser mats to me. Never received. After several phone calls, no one responded. Now, after several years after purchase I have come to find that the entire right back had been heavily damaged and was not responsibly, professionally repaired. Full of Bondo. Never in 1 million years would I recommend buying from this dealership.

I was extremely impressed with everything. From the presentation of the showroom to all of the smiling faces, my entire experience was great. Devan has very good instinct for being young in the business. He was very easy to work with and has a bright future. Sam was very cool and informative and i could tell he brings a lot of energy . When i got to the final table of signing all of the paperwork i sat down with Josh. 1st things 1st, he is very calm and intelligent. He was extremely thorough with explaining everything. Just bought a new SUV. Wonderful customer service so far. Al was a very helpful salesperson during and after the sale along with various followups. Had an appointment with Lexus Wade who provides an amazing tutorial walk-through of the vehicle’s technology. Wade also offered above and beyond continued support.

I gave this dealership a months notice of myself deploying with the Army Reserves and that I’m using the Servicemember’s Civil Relief Act to release me out of my lease. I came in a couple of days before I was going to be shipped out and the dealership didn’t only research how to fill out the paperwork they didn’t even know what it was. So for myself to get out of my lease, they took over $3,000.00 from me and I had to call Toyota Financial for the next couple months well I was overseas to get my money back. I would suggest if you are a veteran or a reservist to stay away from this dealership.

Good service but bad on paperwork and communication. I was charged with optional packages/services without first communicated to me and I am talking about few thousands dollar extra. The dealer did not help with register the car and getting the plates. Now I end up have to wait for the title from the dealer from 6 to 8 weeks in order to register the car. Car selling without a title from a well known Lexus dealer of Brookfield is not a way how you do business. I hope the general manager can contact me and get this resolve or I will use social media network to bring this matter to attentions.

Very professional dealership; I recently purchased a RX350 there. Bob Hill in sales was excellent to work with and helped to push to get my car delivered once it was ordered. I also brought my mother with me to the dealership- she bought a NX300 at the same time I bought my car. My wife bought a GX from the same dealership about 1.5 years ago (the 3 of of are pictured with our vehicles). All of us are happy with the vehicles as well as the sales and service at Lexus of Brookfield. I wont hesitate to return in the future.

I am not happy with the service that I received from This dealership. I gave a 5 star review when asked to review my experience in October. I was treated beautifully!!! Since then I have been trying to get the spare key to my truck that the salesman dropped and broke before I picked it up. He assured me it would be no problem to get it, they would even pay for the replacement key since it was his fault. It’s May, I still don’t have my key! He’s barely ever at work when I reach out to him. The finance lady and manger both no longer work there. I’ve talked to three other people who couldn’t help or referred me back to the guy who won’t help me😣 I went in to have an oil change the little guy there refused to service me. If you can buy an automobile from any place else...do it. This dealership absolutely sucks!!! Not enough complimentary cookies in the world for me to refer them to anyone! Not what I expected from a Lexus Dealership 😤😤😤

I came in to look at a 2018 RDX that was just posted but ended up liking the 2019 model way better. Of course the car was much more expensive than my initial choice. Just slightly bothered that the used car i purchased from them had some smoker damage in the headliner that i had an going to have to pay to repair, when I was told the car was non-smoking before i bought it. Not a major deal though, and the salesmen were great.
