Oil change was fine on my 2016 GMC Sierra Denali - transmission shifting issue was told that is normal with those trucks - paint bubbling under paint was told we live in WI and have a lot of salt and this is normal - too many issues not taken care of to recommend a GMC or even purchase another one. Unfortunate because I like a lot of things on the truck.

If we could give this establishment a lower rating we would. On Monday June 21st we had scheduled a time to purchase a work van for the business everything was running fine until they asked for an ID, we presented a valid ID, then they asked for a valid license one of the owners couldnt present it and they denied selling the vehicle. We have been in business for over 15 years and we have purchased many vehicles, and even vehicles over 50k and never ran through this problem. The person in charge told me it was a federal law and he couldnt sell the vehicle like that, after talking to our lawyer to get further information we now understand it is NOT against any law. Not only was he arrogant, rude, but also discriminating.

I was so impressed with the facility, and I will be servicing my new 2021 Buick Envision there. I hadn’t bought a new car for 8 years and it’s usually a stressful experience, but not there my wife and I were very happy with the whole experience. Now after having the car over the weekend, we both definitely believe we purchased the right one.

The team did provide an oil change day of, great! They were unable to provide me an estimated time to complete a diagnostic, basic scheduling. They were very hesitant in even providing an update on the service through the day. Once the diagnostic was done the only recommendation was to replace the $1000 part, which is not in stock and wanted pre-payment for it. In summary I left with a $250 bill to tell me a $60K truck that is 8K over the warranty needs a $1K part that just had warranty work done it, in which the service person could not answer any basic questions.

Beware *Went in to purchase a $40,000 vehicle the inspection report noted no leaks. I have been a mechanic over 12 years and I noticed the engine was leaking, the whole bottom was soaked with oil. I asked them to fix it before I were to purchase it and they would not! They said it has a little over 100,000 miles and will sell it as is! In other words to someone who won’t notice the leak!! Bad business

This was hands down the simplest and most stress free experience I have ever had. Jared was easy going and clearly focused on making sure my needs were met in my own time and not necessarily his or the dealerships. Normally the most stressful part of the buying experience is the time in the finance office. Not the case here. In and out and less than five minutes! Who would have ever thought spending $60k+ would be that easy. Definitely a great experience all the way around!

Prompt and friendly greeting upon my arrival. The service person explained in detail the service that was to be performed on my vehicle and showed me to the waiting area. Upon finishing the work he then proceeded to explain that my vehicle had some recall work that needed to be done and that they would be contacting me when the parts arrived to schedule an appointment to have that work done. A great visit I think !!

On May 6th I inquired about a Buick Enclave that was on the lot which I was told was available. On May7th I worked everything out with my bank to purchase the vehicle. At 11am I called and talked to John and asked him to send a purchase contract to my bank so I could pick the vehicle up on Monday with no issues. John said ok and that he would call me back. At 3:15pm he called me back stating he sold it since I talked to him. I was shocked seeing as I literally asked him to send the purchase contract over, stating I was going to purchase the vehicle. This is absolutely unacceptable. I hope people do NOT do business with this company, they are very shady. How unprofessional.

Went here to get a oil change and see why my abs light was coming on and off. The service was pretty quick and I wish I wouldve waited because I had a couple hours too spare oppose too the 4 or 5 hours the employee informed me it would be. But thats neither here nor there. My problem is they told me I needed front and rear pads and rotors and a hub bearing. Instead of me paying them all this money I went and got a second opinion. I really only needed front pads and a caliper on the rear passenger side. If I could post the picture on here of how much more wear I had on the rear pads it would make you laugh. Now I ended up paying $50 for an oil change and another $170 just for them too put my car in the air and really not diagnose anything it seems. Very disappointed with the service I received.I also needed tires. After knowing they really didnt look at my vehicle I will not be going there for them. Any other buick dealerships in the area? Or do I really have too go all the way too Racine?

Dealership was expecting and ready for me when I arrived for my appointment. I was greeted as always with warmth, friendliness, and professionalism. Along with my scheduled oil change and tire rotation, I asked for pressure in my right tire to be checked, as Im always receiving notification that tire is low. I was asked if I would like my car washed when the work was completed, I agreed. Once paperwork was complete I was invited to the wait in the lounge. Im always pleased with the service received at Brookfield Buick GMC. Ive been with them since the purchase of my 2014 Enclave.

I have always heard Brookfield GMC is a great dealer that provides great service. They only sell A quality used vehicle. The 3/4 ton I bought was better in person than online. The online photos were great. They answered all my questions over the phone prior to coming in. They fixed a few minor things prior to purchasing. I highly recommend this dealer when looking for new or used.

I ran to Brookfield GMC Buick due to ‘SERV TPM’ light in my Hummer. GMC ran diagnostic test (for a fee) and found a tire sensor that allegedly failed. Thereafter, they installed the tire sensor ($75+). I left GMC with no ‘SERV TPM’ light but while I was driving, the light turned on again. So, I called GMC but they told me I need to pay for another diagnostic test ($145+). I found it ridiculous for them to ask for another diagnostic fee since it happened immediately after they installed a new tire sensor based on their own diagnostic test — so I just went to Discount Tire. That is where we discovered that Brookfield GMC simply installed the tire sensor in one tire but did not make its air pressure the same as the other 3 tires. If not because of Discount Tire, I would not find out that I was driving with substantially uneven air pressure because GMC left the air pressure on that tire only at 30 while my other 3 tires were at 38!

I had great service but was very nervous the whole time due to some employees and some customers NOT wearing masks. I decided to wait outside the whole time but it was too hot. I was forced to stay inside the dealership while I waited.I have received emails from Buick ensuring they are taking steps to protect customers against covid. I was not happy at all.

Dont listen to a thing Carl tells you about a protection plan when you buy a new vehicle. I was told multiple things verbally when purchasing that they said was not covered all of a sudden when taking it in to get fixed under the protection plan. He goes back on his word and when I confronted him about it all he could tell me was were done here and get out of my office. Horrible customer service here and I will make sure I let everyone know how they treat their customers and will never be back!

Didn’t listen to me about what was wrong and didn’t fix the problem. Charged me for a new battery that I didn’t need. Also, when I bought the car I specifically asked if they had loaner vehicles for service and of course they don’t now because of Covid. What a bunch of BS. Very dissatisfied. It’s very inconvenient for me to take my car in and then to have to take a day off and take it in and have them not even fix it.
