I am a quilter, sewer, crafter, jewelry maker, scrapbooked — too many interests. But I’ve found what I needed here no matter what the project I’m working on. Sorting through the sale prices and coupons is not an easy task but it’s worth it to save some $$.I’ve had excellent help each time I’ve been to the store. The last time I realized I hadn’t asked for enough to be cut so they cut me another piece with no fuss.I even got a job offer to work there! I wish I lived closer to the store or I would take them up on the offer.

Been here several times and it’s always a nice store. I’m usually here with my wife so honestly I don’t know much about what I’m looking for. But the staff is always very polite and pleasant and my wife always finds what she needs. It’s a good place!

When the clearance is good, get there when its first announced or youll miss out! And check all the areas of the store that are marked CLEARANCE. You never know what youll find.

As a man this place is so confusing and I am truly a fish out of water. The staff is always so helpful in trying to figure out man “Man-Speak” into real sewing terms.They walk me around the store and never fail to help me find what I need.Thank you to the great staff here !

Easy to get to, great store, staff is awesome.If I knit pick then my only issue is I wish the fabric area was more organized by theme, not just type. If you want a specific character or themed fabric be prepared to search for it.. at least the last few times Ive been in there, it was a bit of a mess in that area.

I really like that I can easily see if something specific is in stock at the store before I go there.

It was an ok experience....I was looking for silk flowers and didnt find what I was looking for. It is a nice store but I didnt see many employees on the floor to ask questions of. It is large and well organized.

I visited Joann Fabrics yesterday. I havent been there for a while. I started with a stop in the restroom. It was filthy. Then as I walked around the store I noticed everywhere I walked it was pretty dirty. Not a comfortable shopping experience.

Excellent selection of craft and sewing supplies, plus reasonably priced seasonal decor items.

I loved coming to this location because I always had time to kill after my doctors appointment. Last time I was here I asked the supervisor about returning a harness I bought for my dog because it was too loose for her. She asked if I still had the package, I explained I did not. For some reason she had alot of attitude and was rude with her response in telling me they would not accept the return without the packaging. I wasnt arguing or anything and just said ok, I was there purchasing something else and didnt even have the item and was just asking about it before bringing it in. That attitude towards me for no reason makes me not want to come in that location anymore. It was really unnecessary.

The store seemed short handed. Daughter had a list with specific items needed for school. We searched for associate to assist in answering questions and we were unable to locate one. We finally received assistance at cutting counter. There was a take a number machine kind of hidden that we did not see and stood at counter several minutes and the young lady at counter acknowledged us when we arrived and never mentioned we need to take a number or point is in direction. My daughter noticed other customers standing in front of machine and they had numbers in their hand. Not good customer service.

Diane at the cutting table spent time helping me, a barely mediocre seamstress, choose a trim to fix a tricky garment. Employees like Diane make driving 10 miles out of my way, worth it.

I received a coupon on line and they would not honor it because it was for a sewing machine and they do not give discounts on sewing machines. But the coupon was sent to me the following day marked surprise look below and there was my sewing machine telling me they were surprising with 20% off as a surprise but then they said machines are NEVER discounted. Online they said they have 4 of the canvases that I wanted and when I go to pick it up they were out. Quite disappointed. The ladies were very polite and I was able to at least get the paints I ordered. Just sucks I have to travel all the way to Racine now to get them 😕

Disappointing. In the market to buy a sewing machine and thought Id be able to see some intermediate home versions to try or at least see the functionality in person. Apparently this location only has Viking and one Singer, no Brothers. Gentleman working in dept was great at telling me all about their position of being a Viking vendor but not much in helping me. I had to ask him to demo feeding the thread into the singer. He did but I just didnt feel like I was priority. He wasnt versed in the top mid-size Singer model Id researched either so couldnt offer any comparison nor benefits to the blah one in the store.Apparently buying sewing machines and viewing videos online is what we now have to do. Yes, Joann has more brands online but it isnt the same as seeing one in person. Sadly, I wont be purchasing a machine from Joanns, a business I have been going to for 40+ years.

Very helpful staff! Soooo much stuff for sewing. Tons of ribbon, every color has lots of choices. I ordered online and picked up in store. I went to the checkout to pick it up and at that time there was not a line. The cashier was new and told me it was in the fabric center. The employee there said it was at the check out. She came with me to make sure. When we got there the line was at least 10 deep. She stayed to help and when I reached the check out with my in store purchases, she asked if I had any coupons. I did not and did not have my phone to get one off the website. She hooked me up and saved me about $20 w/ a 1/2 off the highest priced item and 20% off the total!

Ive been a crafter for years but never really shopped at Joanns, simply because there isnt one in my area. I stopped at this one because its close to my job. I found every thing Ive been looking for that have been sold out at other craft stores. The employees had a great attitude and were helpful when I needed them.

I like JoAnns. They still take coupons and offer a wide selection in-store and online. The lady at the checkout today was so pleasant, patient and helpful.

They seem to have everything a crafter needs but the main reason why I prefer is the CRAZY coupon savings. I don’t buy unless I have my coupons. I forgot once and they let me come back and get the coupon price LIKE 6 bucks! Crafting is not cheap so take advantage of the savings UPDATE!!! Not only is the staff helpful, one associate Dawn, actually helped me find a coupon for an item on my mobile app and made sure I got my free gift upon leaving. She saved me 2 bucks or so. Make sure to remember your coupons!!!

They have a nice selection of fabrics and pricing, but when you have to have your fabric measured the process can take forever due to limited employees working in the area. No sence of urgency what so ever. After the wait for the measuring, you get to stand in line to check out which is also often poorly staffed. All this this could be easily improved with better staffing which I know comes at a cost but having customers walk out without making a purchase costs more.

Waited over 25 minutes to have material cut at cutting station. When it was my turn the clerk gave me valuable suggestions and was very kind despite how busy she was. Also volunteered to delay her lunch break due to business! Then, had to wait another 20 minutes to check out. They had only 2 clerks at the cashier.

Tuesday December 1st, good thing I brought my patience with me. I was there for about 1.5 hours, mostly because they were understaffed. Fabric counter and checkouts were backed up.

Everything was easy to find, the staff at the cutting counter were kind and quick!

My wife frequently makes me go here. I think it may stem from some latent resentment she has towards me or something and its her way of getting back at me for something I dont even know Ive done. Lately Ive been finding ways to entertain myself...like rearranging the giant craft letters to say stuff like fartz and Ive actually been having a great time. The last time we went there she had to actually tell me that it was time to leave.

I placed an order over a week ago for curbside pick up in accordance with their statements to avoid going into stores if possible. I have one day off a week and I work 12 hour shifts as a healthcare worker. All I needed were a few supplies to make masks for me and my coworkers so we could keep each other safe and not burn through our precious PPE unless we were dealing with the public. A few days later I got a message that the order was delayed...no prob I get it. I planned to pick it up my next day off. Today I got a message that all items have been cancelled. I think all the posting about supporting essential workers with masks and supplies to make masks is false. If not why would they cancel an order a week later and not even bother to reach out to me to find out about why I ordered or if I could pick up stuff another way? I made sure everything I ordered was in stock when I ordered it. Guess I’ll be making a trip to the store and have to go inside, which I would have done a week ago had I known this was going to happen. Thanks for dropping the ball on this Joann.

As a guy its tough to admit that I enjoy shopping at JOANN Fabrics, but I find a lot of inspiration here for craft projects with my kids, and the prices are always reasonable. Its often busy and a little crowded, but thats the sign of good business, in my opinion. I never go in with a plan, and never leave empty handed. They have toys paint, decor, treats, and yes, fabric. I like this store.

Great customer service. I was looking for happy birthday fabric that I had seen at the store last month. Jay helped me find it.

Staff is friendly enough, but i walked by four or five employees without even a smile. There was one woman who said hello every time she walked past, though. They have an okay selection of things. Mostly go for only holiday stuff. This instance for Halloween. I dont know. Not wowed. Not upset. The store is just what the store is. Prices could be better, but there are deals here and there.

Nicoles assistance for our custom framing job for four individual pieces of art exceeded expectations. She was very knowledgeable and gave great suggestions, while still listening to what we truly wanted. She showed patience and fantastic customer service. This is the best JoAnns Ive been to for selection and variety as others are smaller. The store is very clean and well organized. The people working there went out of their way to be very helpful. Also like the coupons. A great shopping experience!

Lots of options for all types of crafting. Staff is usually very helpful, but I would avoid the Saturday rush if you are looking for better service and less waiting times.

An employee tried to find a fabric for me. The computer said there were 19 yards in stock but we couldnt find it in its proper place, so she called for a manager on her headset, who told her that if its not where its supposed to be then they dont have any.Even though their inventory said there were 19 yards in stock.The employee who helped me was great and did everything she could to find it for me. Its too bad that management blew her off.Between this trip and my trip on Saturday to the Greenfield store, Im pretty annoyed with Joanns now.

I placed an order for curbside pick up & payed with a credit card. I was given a total of $83.24 when I placed the order & the card was charged for that amount. Then I received 2 separate emails letting me know some (more than 1/2) the items were not available & received a new total of $70.74 for my order. The I received another email with a new total of $54.07. Unfortunately the credit card used for this purchase was charged $84.24 & $67.42 (new total) & $54.07 ($70.74 total missing from credit card charges). I called the store & was told to contact customer service, whom is not taking calls only emails. Then I called Joanns Corporate Office & they are only taking voicemails to be returned sometime in the future. I called the store back & was told by Lisa she would get a manager to see if they could help me. After 20+ minutes on hold neither Diedra or Kristy (whom is the top manager on duty) didnt feel it was necessary to try to pick up the phone & try to assist me. This is the worst customer service, especially when a customer is trying to find out why Joanns fraudulently charged multiple times in multiple different amounts for the same order.

I called from Cincinnati Ohio after checking with 19 other Joann stores looking for a fabric that was on clearance and after searching for sometime I was told they had what I needed. Disappointed. Spent 30 minutes waiting to get in. Didnt the Wisconsin Supreme Court strike down Evers stay at home order. Waukesha County does not have any restriction so why is JoAnns limiting 20 people in its Brookfield Store. I did buy something small today, but will NOT buy anything again. I will spend my money else where.

Large selection of fabric and other craft items plus sewing machines, etc.; good stock of thread and Wright products. Checkout was slow due to the softwares not handling a large order. My wife had to come back the next day to complete the checkout process!

Sent me a 60% off coupon. Went to use it today. Found something I liked full price obviously. I go to check in where she informs me its on sale even though nothing on the shelf or tag suggested that. So I had to pay $10 more than I planned to. I work retail and I would have honored the coupon just saying. Watch out when you get stuff there. They dont mark their stuff correctly. This happened to me multiple times before
