Even thought the wait time was longer than planned (due to chip issue not Sorens) Matt was in touch with me keeping me up to date on the progress. Soerens is wonderful! My husband and I had been looking for a Ford F150 in this crazy market. We did so much research and looked at a few places. When we got to Soerens we found the customer service and attention to be outstanding. Our salesman, Matt B was very knowledgeable and patient with us as we asked many questions.We were very happy to purchase a truck from Soerens and we will be buying from them in the future.
Had significant front end damage from a collision with a deer on an F150. Zach in collision was outstanding to work with. Even with parts on backorder for greater than a month (vehicle was still driveable). Zach maintained good communication while waiting for parts and throughout the whole repair. Also had other paint issues not related to the deer collision addressed at the same time. Overall Zach was outstanding to work with and the auto body technicians did an outstanding job.
I have bought four cars from this dealership. They ALWAYS make shopping for a car less stressful. Todd is the best. I tried a different dealer this time because of how hard it is to get a truck right now and IMMEDIATELY regretted it.

I was driving to Brookfield, WI from out of state when my check charging system light came on. I made it to the hotel and called the dealership first thing in the morning to see if they could do anything since it was a Saturday. Tyler in the service dept was AMAZING. He got my car in to be looked at (and hopefully fixed today) and gave me a courtesy car so I can get my daughter ready for her dance competition while we waited on my car. If it wasnt for his awesome customer service, we could have been stranded until tues when they reopened and/or my daughter could have had to miss her dance competition. I obviously highly recommend this service dept!

This five star review is solely for Matt B. He sold me my vehicle. After a day of driving in -10 degree weather I had a question about the doors freezing. They took it in without question, looked at it, and even replaced the seal on the doors. Moreover, I had a state park sticker on my trade in that I forgot to take off. Matt responded to me on his day off and was able to arrange it so that the sticker was on my purchased vehicle when the door repair was complete. I highly recommend Soeroens and more specifically Matt!

Pete was friendly, knowledgeable, was able to answer our questions about the ability to tow our Edge, and was very low pressure throughout the process.The financing department was equally as friendly.As much as I normally dislike dealing with car dealers, we walked away feeling good about our purchase and would return to Soerens again!

Just bought a new Edge from Soerens.From the moment I pulled into the dealership, I had a great experience.I had called ahead, and my salesman John Gerek had 2 Edges pulled up & ready for me to test drive.Working through the process with John was great. He was very knowledgeable, never pushy, and went out of his way to make the experience very positive.The negotiations went smoothly, and I picked up my Edge 4 days ago. I’m very satisfied, and would recommend Soerens (and John) to anyone.
We bought a used car from Soerens and in only 10 months it needed $4300.00 worth of repairs done. I spoke with management and they thought they would approach it by saying to us, NASA employees the smartest people in the world and even the space shuttle blew up. Needless to say a very poor and insensitive approach. Buyer BEWARE on buying a used car from this dealership they offered no viable help for our situation.We did end up going to a different Ford dealership not far away from Soerens and received excellent service. Their staff really went out of the way to help us. Soerens, you could really learn something from them.

I was born and raised in WI, and dealt with Soerens Ford back then. After 22 years Ive returned and dealing with them again. I just leased a new explorer and couldnt be more satisfied! Both Mike Walsh (Mgr.) and Peter Kraut (Sales) couldnt have done a better job; in knowledge, price and giving me what I want and needed!! The whole process was easy and pleasant!!
Decided to buy a 2020 Ford Explorer from these guys deviating from my normal dealership. Ive had nothing but problems with Soerens service department ever since. I have bought eight brand new Fords in 10 years, I will definitely be looking elsewhere for service and my next Ford buy. Service department is totally worthless.
I purchased a used vehicle here recently. This was easily the best car buying experience I have ever had. My salesperson (Ryan) had lots of info for me, but was never pushy. He went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service and ensure I was purchasing the right car for me. Soerens was recommended to my by a colleague and I am so glad. I have not used their service department, but I definitely recommend their sales department.
My experience at Soerens was great. The sales team was patient and kind and did not bombard me trying to sell me a vehicle. Ryan found me a vehicle with everything I wanted plus some extras. The day I picked up my new vehicle all I had to do was sign paperwork. Ryan made sure everything else was taken care of ahead of time. I highly recommend Soerens and Ryan!

I’ve been coming to Soerens for the last three years and I’ve had nothing but top notch service. Today I had a flat tire and I called and spoke to Tyler. Tyler right away knew who I was and assisted me with four new tires and a much needed oil change. Right then and there. He took care of me. He never made me feel like they were making an exception or doing me a favor. He simply saw the need to took care of it. I’m really thankful for the service I’ve received and I will always recommend Soerens for any car need anyone has.

I was going to get shafted on a labor only add differential gears the writer asked the tech how much he said 1.200 bucks I know that was ridiculous he was supposed to look-up on labor times which he didnt so went to another Ford dealer cost me 550 bucks big difference I have Ford vehicles wont step foot inside yours

We had purchased a brand new vehicle which we had many issues with. Spoke to management who really could have cared less and it showed but all the while giving lots of assurances they were on our side-truly not the case. After that, I never took the new vehicle to them for service and now just purchased a new vehicle (at a MUCH better dealership) and am happy to have cut all ties associated with this dealership. There are MUCH better dealerships in the Milwaukee area, save yourself time and skip Soerens- Home of the not so good guys!

Recall work. I set up an appointment for recall work and talked to a lady named Angela. After we went over both recalls on the phone and set up to have both fixed the same day she somehow forgot to put in one of the recalls. Human error which I understand (but not because she read the recall numbers to me...). What I cant stand is that she told me upon my arrival, it would just take a few minutes. After waiting 30 mins, I went to see how much longer. The gentleman at the counter said it should only take a few more minutes. I had to clarify, how many minutes that meant, since I was told that the first time and had been waiting 30mins already. He said 15-20 mins, they have to update the computer system as if I was being unreasonable for having to wait. I dropped my car off at 7:30 am and the time was now 4pm! I drove back over after 20 mins and guess what, still not complete! Nice facility but ugh!
Great first time all American make Super 60s Ford Club show. Great mix of all brands and the lot was full of car people just happy to get together outside on such a beautiful day !
There is no follow through in the service department. I took my vehicle in for tires and check engine. They told me I needed a part replaced and so I needed my service records sent to my warranty company to get the work approved. We asked the service representative Tyler to fax these over. We have had to call him several times to follow up on this and each time he says he sent them. Today I call and he blatantly lies and blames it on me and gets baligerent. Needless to say, I will not be returning to this dealership for service in the future.
Had a recall on my truck. They were very nice and answered all my questions. What we thought would take a day, only took a couple of hours. They even have a courtesy van to take you home when you drop off your vehicle. Give them 5 stars!

I made an appointment to have an oil change on my motorhome (Ford V10) and the guy said be here at 7:30am and we’ll get you in. I arrived at 8 due to an accident on I94. I hd to drive an hour to get there. We went out for breakfast and shopped around. At 11 went to dealer and it appeared nothing was being done. I went to checknon it and the guy it was done and gave the price and I paid. Then I went to sign the work order and it was not mine. Needless to say the motorhome oil change wasn’t done until 4 pm. 8 hours at a service center when you make an appointment is ridiculous. If it was first come first serve that might make more sense. Why make or take my appointment if you can’t get it done. Time to move on!!

Damaged my vehicle and could NOT perform the routine maintenance they assured me they could. Quite disappointed in comparison to my expectations and others reviews. Service Manager (Bill?) was far less than helpful but Mike (new car manager) is currently working with me to correct the damage done which is why they get 3 stars for the time being.I sincerely hopped for a better experience.UDDATE: they did reach out and offered to clean up the mess after viewing their security cameras and realizing they caused the damage. I did not take them up on the offer as they still could not perform the simple maintenance to my RV they originally committed to do.I drove neatly 60 miles for this experience so it was not worth my time to go back again.

After having our Edge Sport towed to the dealership, followed by two days of testing by the Service Dept, we were informed on the third day that no cause could be determined for the vehicle to have had no electrical power whatsoever, but because it suddenly completely reactivated on its own the morning of the third day -- they released the car with a clean bill of health.When asked whether this could happen again, the response was a shoulder shrug followed by, Have a good day.

This was my very first experience buying a vehicle through a dealership and after 40+ years of hearing nightmare stories I couldnt be happier. Working with John and the rest of the team at Soerens was wonderful. John was very friendly and extremely helpful in getting me squared away. I never felt pressured and always felt as though he was acting in my best interest. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicles I looked at and made helpful suggestions based on my requirements. He even took the time to sit in the vehicle and explain what features were available and how they worked. Very customer service oriented. Their finance team was also very kind and helpful. This review is somewhat delayed, but overall my experience at Soerens Ford was very pleasant. As a young woman shopping by herself, I didnt feel bullied or intimidated, I didnt feel like I was being taken advantage of (I had done a LOT of research before coming since I was buying used and wasnt sure what to expect, a different dealer I went to totally snubbed me once I named my price range. ) But Scott at Soerens was very helpful and accommodating and made the buying process very easy. Their inventory seems very well cared for and I havent had any issues with my 2014 Escape since bringing it home. They also had the best deal out of all my research, so I felt the pricing was fair/competative. The only thing I wish was different about my experience was the trade in value of my Sable, but it was a beater on its last leg, so I was just glad to be done with it. I do speak positively of Soerens when people I know are in the buying process, and may even return with my husband when his car bites the dust, lol
Had my Focus 2012 fixed here, both at the body shop due to an accident as well as in the service department for transmission work. Process was smooth, body shop personnel were very communicative, and work quality was excellent. Repairs were finished slightly quicker than expected, and service replaced TCM with no charge as it was covered under the extended warranty. While I realize people may be distrusting of Ford due to the transmission controversy, this dealership gets high marks from me for their great customer service!!!

Went in for a test drive and they found me a car that checked most of my boxes for my price range. Two hours later they called back to say they found a car that checked off the last two boxes for practically the same price! Went to go buy it a few days later and the staff was phenomenal. Quick service and friendly staff. Definately recommending these nice guys (and gals) to everyone I meet.
I had a service appointment today for 11am. I forget when I called to make the appointment, but that was at least a week prior. The appointment was to replace my battery on my 2014 Escape. I was already slightly annoyed that Ford designed the battery to be under hard to access, as usually I can handle a battery change on my own. I arrived at the dealership at 10:30, admittedly 30 minutes early for my appointment. When I arrived, the service advisor, Josh, was less than friendly. Seemed like he was sick, perhaps hungover. That should have been red flag #1. Around 11:15, Josh tells me they don’t have the battery on hand and will have to get one. That will take about 30 minutes. Red flag #2. This service department knew for at least a week I was coming in today, why not have a battery set aside?Fast forward to 12:15, I’m still waiting. I was told 30 minutes, but that was 45 minutes ago. I go to look and see where my car is. I look through the windows into service, and see what appears to be everyone sitting down for a holiday party. I think it’s amazing that the employees are treated to a holiday party, but don’t do it at the customer’s inconvenience!I find someone who is sitting at a desk near the service area. She states they are in a mandatory meeting. I can’t say for sure that was a lie, but it sure seems untruthful. Red Flag #3? Maybe ... She says they will be out at 12:45! So wait, I’ve been here for almost 2 hours, 30 of which was name arriving early. Instead of getting me on my way before their “meeting”, they were just going to let me sit there until 12:45!! With nothing being done to my car, HOW RUDE!! How of the “nice guys”? Yea right ... I didn’t see 1 “nice guy”. No one said “hi”, no one even smiled at me as a paying customer.I start to make a stink about how a 15 minute repair has now taken 2 hours, mostly due to their poorly run service department. I had an appointment at 11, I was early, I should have been on my way. Well they pull my service advisor out of the “meeting”, to pay for my service and get me on my way. Josh didn’t say sorry for the wait or anything, just more indifference to me as a paying customer. I drove off the lot at 12:20. THEY WERE GOING TO LET ME SIT AND WAIT FOR ANOTHER 25 MINUTES FOR NO REASON HAD I SAID NOTHING!!!!I’m not sure where the nice guys are, but they are not in service. The service department is broken. No one even treated me like they appreciated me being there. I was interrupting their day, their party, even though I was paying them.Please fix your service department. Look forward to make sure you are prepared for the scheduled calls. Unexpected repairs are understandable. There’s no reason to not have a part on hand for a scheduled repair. Also get people in there who actually care about your customers. Customers pay your paycheck, so maybe a smile and “hello” would be a good start ...Lastly, continue having holiday parties. Employee appreciation is important and often not practiced in many companies. However you can’t have a table full of techs having lunch in full view of customers waiting for their cars! It’s just a bad look. Get the waiting customers gone, then have your party.

Bought 2 brand new vehicles and was offered free oil changes for a year from the salesman. What a hastle. Was like pulling teeth in the service department and never got them after all. Was so disgusted with service person I walked out.Fords navigation update info per the manual and 800 number is incorrect and the service department didnt know because their manual is also incorrect. What a fiasco and waste of time. Will never buy from them again.

Made an appointment on line; but was for a drop off and not a waiter as I wanted. I was advised that it would probably be an hour plus due to the appointments ahead of me. Service department went out of the way to get me in and out in about the same time as my normal waiter appointment. Great service and they wash your car!
I was having issues with my vehicle, so I called other area Ford dealers to see how soon I could get an appointment and they were the only dealer to tell me to bring my car in the next day (pleasantly surprised by this). The facility was clean, the people I interacted with were pleasant, but overall Im left with a slightly bitter taste about my experience as a whole.When I received a call after the diagnosis was complete, the cost of the repairs was about double what I was expecting. I understand Ford motorcraft parts are going to cost most, but holy cow I did not expect to pay over $1200 for all repairs/parts and labor!The kicker is two and a half days later and Im still having issues. Both of my front control arms were replaced, yet Im hearing a clunking noise when turning. There was an alignment done as well, but my car pulls slightly to the opposite direction now. For the amount of money paid I wouldnt have thought Id have to take my vehicle back.When calling to state my concerns listed above, I was told to bring it back whenever I was able and they would squeeze me in which is nice. To do so, however, requires me to take more time off of work. Overall Im not certain that I would bring my vehicle back here after they rectify things. Its a bit out of my way and I have not had repairs done at another dealer that required me to bring my vehicle back less than a week later.

Gary and I had 2 recent visits to the Soerens Ford Service Department with our 2006 Ford Ranger truck; 08/23/2018 for a oil and filter change, safety inspection, and maintenance update, and 08/29/2018 for replacement of front brake pads and rotors. Both trips earn Soerens Ford a great rating for prompt, efficient and thorough repair service. The first trip showed that the brake work needed to be done and the second resulted in the repair work being done. As usual, the friendly and knowledgeable staff at Soerens accomplished the work in a very short time period and at a reasonable price and left us knowing that the truck is in good shape to face the upcoming winter season. Oh it was great! Dropped it off in the morning. Robert was extremely courteous. Their shuttle service drove me to work. Robert called back in an hour or two to explain the work to be done (brakes/rotors replaced and oil change). They took care of it and called a few hours later when complete. I picked up that night. They ran through the overview of inspection. I paid and everything was complete. I couldnt have been happier.

I took my car in to get repaired about a week ago and when I got there to pick it up I noticed one of the younger looking mechanics was sweeping and he open the car door and looked around the repair shop then I saw him through the window reach into the glove box and then he shut the car door and put something in his pocket I didnt say anything at the time because I didnt know if he actually stoled anything because he was hidden behind the car door later examination I realized he had stolen a sum of $55 along with a pack of cigarettes I would not recommend this repair shop to anyone
Took suv in for recall work. Impressed with facility and professionalism. Everything was prompt and delivered as promised. Will go back.
Great service and Tyler Garfield always gets me in for an oil change with little advance notice.You could save me some time though. After the oil change and at home, I noticed oil on the frame under the plug. I had to crawl under and wipe off or it would end up on my garage floor.
I was shopping for a new car and visited Soerens Ford after dealing with some other dealers. I worked with Adam Thiele. The experience was very pleasant. He is very knowledgeable about the vehicles, hes very kind and respectful and doesnt get pushy. He makes you feel comfortable and helps you get what you are looking for in your new car. I had pleasant dealings with the Finance department and Service department as well. This was a good car buying experience.
Could tell easily over the phone that service writer was totally inexperienced or was lying to me about a common problem that Ford has with its power assisted steering systems in many of there vehicles. My neighbor also described a recomendation they proposed to him on some unneeded repairs and inability to perform expeditious recall service.
I was handled in a timely way with Justin. He right away took my information down, prepared the car for service and asked whether I would be waiting or picking up the car later. If I needed a ride that would be taken care of too. He said the car would be ready in about an hour, give or take a few minutes and it was. I appreciated that I was scheduled for service and it happened on time.
I have never had a problem with the service from Soerens Ford. Special shout out to Bill Pardoe. Always a pleasure working with him.
