I have been a Hall customer for over 10 years and always receive the best experience at this location. The service reps and technicians are very knowledgeable, upfront, and professional. Reps that I have prior experiences with call me by my name when they see me, which is pretty awesome customer service for today’s standards. When I take my car in for oil changes my wait time is not long and I am typically done in less than 45 minutes and sometimes sooner. I truly believe because of the service I receive, this is one of the primary reasons I have not experienced major service issues for the same 2011 CX9 for almost 10 years. Prior to this vehicle I had another Mazda model that I kept for 10 years. This is a great location and the waiting area has great drinks and snacks for the customers. Another perk I recently noticed is that Hall has online booking for service appointments, which is great for setting up an appointment after hours.
Going the extra mile for the customer is non-existent at this locationThe service manager was very rude and borderline combative.I used to take my car for service here I will never go back again after my last experience.
Waited on hold for a long time. Kept getting disconnected. When I finally did speak to someone at the repair center she was incredibly rude and inpatient. Poor customer service. Took my business up the street.
