Ill start with saying, I didnt feel over charged for the work that was completed. My wheel stud broke off (or I broke it) and needed it replaced. I visited in person to schedule, and spoke to a man who I can assume is the owner. Right off the bat, you know hes a true mechanic, he just told you the truth. I didnt feel he was trying to get the most money out of me, but only what I needed.The lady at the front desk that help me throughout was awesome, she treated me with kindness a.d professionalism. With that combination, I will definitely return.

If you like to overpay for the repairs and parts - go there, no outside parts allowed ! They wanna you to buy from them, overpay and wait for another couple days when they will get a part “from our distributors” . If you looking for quick repair with your part - not even expect it .…

I had a wheel lock that broke when a tire company attempted to take off my tire. The tire place was unable to get the lock out and my dealership said it couldnt be done without ruining the rim, which they dont make anymore. I decided to call Complete Auto Service. This friendly, family run business had decent reviews so I tried them. The entire family is very knowledgeable in their trade. My tire was fixed quicker than they expected. So my dads old truck lost its brakes. They got it in and fixed that afternoon. The impressive thing is the call saying it was a miracle the brakes broke. Going in, they showed my dad all his back U bolts that hold on the back axel had rusted off and the axel was falling off! They took the time to hand make the bolts, which are no longer available and fix it all up for a really, really decent price. I have found my new car repair shop, and letting family and friends know. Honest and down-to-Earth folks!

Rick and Lisa are so professional and helpful. Best mechanic and family owned business I know. The transparency they provide and recommend goes above any review I could write for them. They are welcoming and quick when getting back to you. They have been reliable since 2017 and Im sure many years before that and will continue to the years to come. Had an unfortunate incident when my son accidentally put diesel in my gas tank. Thought for sure the car was going to be severely damaged and very costly. Called Complete Auto which is right down the street and they helped us out tremendously. Had the car fixed that same day and was super affordable. They are a family owned business and very knowledgeable. Great customer service and their welcoming committee ( their two dogs lol) are the sweetest. Highly recommend them!

I would HIGHLY recommend this shop! They are Fair, Honest, and extremely talented and knowledgeable. This is a Family business and if you are their customer you are FAMILY. Having 6 children means having had ALOT of used cars.(which dont have warranties and need repairs occasionally) We have taken all of our cars here and have always received the Best Service. Following a scary mechanical failure of our car on 294 with my wife and daughter in it, I had the car towed back to my house. The next day I call Complete and asked if they could go to my house which was near by and look at the issue. Based on the sound the car was making after the mechanical failure we were told it is a transmission issue by the IDOT minute Man. I asked if they could come over to give me an idea of what it is before I had it towed to them and within a few minutes of them arriving and checking out the issue they called me and told me it was a CV joint issue. They were able to order and repair the issue that day and also found I need ball joints which I fixed a few days later. Both times I worked with them they were just an all-around kind family who were extremely helpful. I found my new mechanic in the area!!

Its hard to find a good mechanic, and these guys have saved me in more ways than one. Theyre honest, affordable, polite, and customer service is excellent.Plus, if you cant get to them, they can come get your car! I recommend them to family and friends.

I was broke down in the middle of the street, Complete Auto came out, towed it in for free, called me with a quote, then I checked around to other shops, Complete Auto was the cheapest with the best warranty, I had them fix it, got my car back the same day, had a GREAT experience with the shop, they all seem to be family, I like that, there are no more honest, mom and pop shops left, I highly recommend them, their dogs are great too!!!!

Great experience with this shop so far. Going in again this morning to get my wifes brakes fixed and looking forward to dealing with people who really seem to care about the service they provide and their customers.

I would never suggest this place to anyone. After bringing my car in with the check engine light. Rick decided to fix my car without calling to let me know the issue or to get permission to fix. After questioning this unprofessional practice he got aggressive and said he was going to put the old parts back on. When bringing to two other mechanics both confirmed it was a simple spark plug issue. DO NOT bring your car here.Update: Their response to me is completely false. There is never a reason to complete hundreds of dollars worth of repairs without verbal consent.

I got quick, friendly, honest service & helpful advice over the last several years.

Awful customer service, the person on the office had a horrible sarcasm and was very rude also he hung up on a few people while I was standing right in front of him. He made some racist jokes and made me really uncomfortable. I wouldnt go back there even if the service was free! I would rate it zero stars if I could. AND NO I WASN’T IN THE WRONG SHOP!

My car had a broken tie rod. I had the car towed to their shop and they took care of me the same day! I will be a return costomer.
