Chris Auto Service just gave me phenomenal service. I broke off my windshield wiper as it was iced over and I was going to be late for an appointment. They got me right in, replaced it ASAP and I was on my way in less than 5 minutes. They were courteous and sympathetic. Earlier that week they got me in and out quickly for an emissions test too. Love this place.

We brought our car in for a new radiator. Excellent work and very friendly service.

I have taken several different cars to Chris throughout the years for various service. Twice I was told by other shops I would need a major repair, took it to Chris to have the repair done only for them to tell me it was unnecessary, explained why, and not charge me a dime. The repairs they have done have always been quality. It is hard to find a good mechanic you can trust and I believe Chris is just that. Highly recommended.

Called about emissions testing and the man on the phone was incredibly rude and short with me. If they run their business the same way they take their calls I would highly recommend not using their services. Clearly I wont be going there.

Quick, walk-in, service for emissions testing. Not the most amazing customer service but they are efficient.

I went to Chris auto service today for emission inspection. The owner was an old man and was very disrespectful towards Asians. He was polite to other people and was very disrespectful towards me. I didnt disclose to him that I am a physician and I have postgraduate training. Very poor customer service and very poor display of mannerisms. I wont recommend this place even to my enemy !!

I’ve been taking my vehicles to Chris Auto Service for about 5 years. I have always felt that he is honest and fair with his assessments. I always appreciate his willingness to educate me as to what the issue is with my vehicle and he takes the time to answer each question I have. I highly recommend his services.

Ive been taking both of my vehicles to Chris Auto for years. They provide extremely, good customer service; repair options; timely repairs; and a very fair cost. I recommend them to others, which I dont do casually.

Wasn’t really happy after leaving here, front desk guy was a little rude. Mechanic was polite but they waisted 20 mins of my time and said they couldn’t do my emissions test because there computer was broke. Could have told me that before waisting my time. Not a bad place but had a much better experience down the road.

Excellent service on major repairs. Will definitely take my car there in the future. Its a relief to have someone I can depend on and trust.

Gas station and family owned auto repair shop. I came in to get my Wisconsin emissions testing done for my plate renewal. They were friendly and got me in and out quickly.

Well I guess where do I start-the guy is rudeI go in for emissions and the dude treats me so awful.-they sell you work you dont need. In the winter I was checking my oil and noticed some white creamy oil on the cap. So I thought maybe something was wrong took it here they sold me 800 bucks in gaskets. Then a couple weeks later same thing happens I ask someone different about it and they tell me that it happens in the winter due to condensation and its no big deal. Man I wish I had my 800 bucks back.-they dont do the work you pay forI had a family member balance and mount four tires for me. They said there balance machine wasnt working right and said to take it to a shop. I chose this place so they charge me for a four wheel balance. A month later I got them rotated and now i feel a shake i ask my family member whats up. They took a look and turns out these guys only balanced two front tires and not four. So I only got 50% of what I paid for.I wanted to have good faith and i took three different cars here and i got nothing good dont do the same thing. This place is no good.

DONT TRUST THIS PLACEA very bad experience is what I had at this place. Firstly, the owner is very very rude and combative and aggressive.I went there because I ran out of gas and asked him if I could borrow a plastic gas container and of course to buy the gas from him and he told me he doesnt have one, even though I could see he did. When I told him that I could see he had one, he started going off on me as if I did something to him.What a rude PoS he is.
