Emission test was done. Difficult to find a place that does it now. Professional and quick. We could also renew our sticker right there. Done in less than 10 minutes.

I went there for emissions testing, and they do a great job. No need for appointment...first come, first serve.For $10 extra, they can complete the registration for you which is very convenient.I had a light on in my car that said my tires needed air. Was surprised they didnt hit that (5 lbs needed per tire). It would have been a nice touch

Went for emissions testing. Took 5 minutes and I was able to purchase my sticker on site. Staff was very friendly!

I took my SUV there since it randomly stopped on the highway. After 4 business days I was told the timing chain broke and I would need a new engine. Towed the car to my regular mechanic to scrap and they took one look and within an hour said the fuel pump needed to be replaced and a couple maintenance things. Long story short I spent $1200 and almost bought a new car in the meantime. Definitely wouldn’t recommend and the timing chain was just fine

Worst customer service. Stopped by on Fri Sep 18th to ask if possible to check (and maybe fix) a stuck window of my car. The guy in the office, while talking on the phone, just told me in a really bad manner I have no time to check your car. Could have asked me to come later... Instead, He kept talking to the phone like nothing happened. No apologies. He was amazingly disrespectful.

The guys on the phone said he can look at my car anytime after 12, told him good I’ll be there around 1:30. I got there at 2 and he was like you said 1:30! I told him I had the impression that I can come anytime after 12.He said can’t take a look at your car, so I told him ok thx and left! He didn’t even try to work something out and didn’t seem to care that I left.

I had a 930am appointment that I made a week earlier. Dropped my car off at 920. At 1230 I called to see the status. I hadnt even been looked at. I got a bunch of attitude from the secretary. Will not do business with them.

Great service from Brookfield Auto Care. They matched the price of my usual garage and beat the price by 10%. They towed my car from home for free. Replaced my timing belt and water pump. The car took a bit longer than expected because two of the timing belt bolts were broken off and they had to retap one of the holes and get the other bolt out somehow. Since it took longer they let me use a loaner car for a day. It wasnt the greatest car but it got me around. Overall, a great experience and an extremely fair price.

My fiance took her car here to track down a noise because I was too busy to have a look see. She was told her brakes would need to be rebuilt and that they could do it for $290.00. I ordered CERAMIC pads for $35 and spent an hour putting them on. I would go next door to goodyear. While Goodyear charged a $69 diagnostic fee, they were very trustworthy and even took me into the shop to point out the problem. We do not recommend this shop.

Short version: At best, this is a place where you take your car to get the oil changed or a flat fixed and they just bit off more than they could chew. At worst these people are absolute crooks. In either case, the service level is questionable and they operate without any sort of ethics.Long version: I took my F150 to Brookfield Auto Care because the driver’s side vents were blowing hot air no matter what I had set the temperature to on the thermostat. (AC Mix Door was broken) I considered doing this repair myself, but decided it was beyond the skill level I wanted to attempt and it was better left to a real mechanic. I also knew that there was a slow leak in my coolant line and asked the “manager” if it wouldn’t be too much trouble to look into it and maybe I’d have them fix that, too.Again, we called multiple mechanics across Brookfield to request quotes because the problem was fairly straightforward. Some mechanic shops that we called said that they wouldn’t touch the problem with the hot air coming through the vents because they didn’t have the resources or didn’t want to risk messing it up. I respect their honesty.Brookfield Auto Care said they’d fix the AC mix door for a reasonable price on a quick timeline so we decided to take the truck to them. When we showed up and the “mechanic” “diagnosed” the problem and they quoted us a new price. The new quote was slightly higher than when we’d phoned about the issue. Nonetheless, I agreed to have them fix the problem because they assured me it would be fixed by the end of the day.Later that day I called to ask when my vehicle might be ready. I was told that it wouldn’t be ready till the next day. Given my flexibility on price, I was upset that I was now being asked to be flexible on timing, too.I called the next day to see when it might be ready for me to pick up. Then I was told it wouldn’t be done until Monday. Understandably, at this point, I was upset and asked what was happening. The “mechanic” who was working on the car said the “manager” who quoted the job shouldn’t have quoted the job that low and should’ve never agreed to have the job done in that short of time. The “mechanic” didn’t apologize for anything, but instead said I should be happy that they weren’t going to charge me more money since it was taking so long.After I spoke to the “mechanic,” he let me speak to the “manager.” When I asked the “manager” about the leak in the coolant he said it was a combination of my water pump and coolant hose. He said that it would cost me ~$850. Again, to replace the water pump and a hose (upper or lower) on an F150 he quoted me $850 after we were already committed to the first repair. (I called 3 other shops. All quoted me about ~$425 to replace the water pump and a hose)At this point I had a pretty good idea what was happening so I agreed to have Brookfield Auto Care replace the water pump and hose, along with the AC mix door on the condition that they give me the old parts once they were done.I called to see how their progress was coming on Monday and they said they were still waiting on a final part that they needed to order from the dealership. By Wednesday, a full week later, my vehicle was finally ready to pick up.Just before pickup and almost miraculously, they found that my water pump and hose didn’t have any issue at all. There had just been some “gunk” that needed to be removed from the hose, but otherwise the coolant system was in good shape. Would they have told me that the hose and pump didn’t need to be replaced if I wouldn’t have asked for them to return the old parts to me?When I picked up my truck it was late and they were closed. I turned my truck on and was met with more problems. There was a warning light that my tire sensor was faulty. I turned on the 4x4 which also had a warning light that it needed to be serviced. Neither of these lights were on before taking it to Brookfield Auto Care. I wasn’t about to leave my truck there for one more second so they could continue to fail me.

Do not go here. They WERE good, but no more. Dishonest and shameless. Used them before and they were great.My cooling fan seemed to not be working. I took the car there and they said the harness blew, and they wanted to replace the fan and every thing for over $500.00. Dan there was studdering amd sounded real nervous while explaining it to me. I decided to take the car back and gave then their measly $20 diagnostic fee.Turns out the thing was not plugged in all the way.Had hed been honest with me he may have earned future business. Now he lost a customer permanently and I will tell everyone I know not to go there.Dont go to this garage!!!!

Have taken my vehicle a number of times for normal repairs, they have always been fair and reasonably priced. The quality of the work has always been great.

Took my ford taurus in for repair and they either fell behind or had issued or something but they gave me a rental and fix it the next day that was awesome..Update: once fix i had a little oil leak again from god know what, but they look at it again and fix whatever was the problem.. overall was cheaper then the other competitors...I will go back to them in the future ....

RRRRUUUUNNNNN from this company. I had my brake caliper quote, and I only approved 1 part of the quote. I picked up my car & my price was double. I questioned the bill, and it was a song & dance.I am mechanically understand the repair process, and I know how long it takes to repair it.I was backed up at work, and I wanted to support a local business.NEVER WILL I DROP ANYTHING OFF THERE AGAIN.RUN FROM THIS COMPANY

Since Mike left there has been a big change. All good reviews were when he was there. 2 seperate instances there was a delay in repair and I was overcharged. Im certain because when you check the cost of the part and you are actually paying more than the dealer cost for aftermarket, it sucks and theres a problem. I asked and they said we mark up the parts. Really $100-125 over retail at Advance Auto. For that kind of money way better off at dealer.

Took my truck in for suspension work and was quoted for a 7 hour job. Took them 3 full days to finish the work. The only explanation I got was that it was hard to take apart ue to rust and they somehow got the wrong parts the first day. A better explanation would go a long way to creating trust, which is a rare thing with mechanics. Also, my tires are obviously worn and cracked, which I already knew, but they didnt mention it at all. Seems like a bit of tunnel vision when asked to fix a problem. Id like a mechanic who is observant. Like I said, more information than less.

Horrible place to go, they totally thought that as a woman I didnt know what I was talking about. I was told the rear brakes would cost $800 to fix when my boyfriend got the rear brakes, rotors and calipers done on the same car for $300. I was absolutely offended!
