They lied about a used car with very low milage. It had a SALE sign inside the car for several thousand less. We agreed to the sa ln e price. Then the salesman told us the car had been in an accident with a lot of damage!Yet it was a 2020 on their lot with about 1,200. Miles and they didnt know.

Went there for an oil change at 1:45pm and didn’t end up leaving until almost 4pm! Not only that but THERESA the service rep told me I had a MAJOR oil leak and needed my “cam cover resealed” ASAP which would cost me $1225!!! She said that I should pay attention to the leaking by putting a piece of cardboard under my car. First off my car isn’t leaking AT ALL. And I went and got a second opinion which ended up being a WASTE of time because nothing is wrong. Thanks for wasting my time. I’ve been going to them for the past 6 years and this is the first time they’ve tried to scam me. Never going there again, I can tell you that.

Had a great buying experience buying a car with Percy and Andy. They made it very easy to buy a car in another state. Wonderful prices and Percy was a joy to work with.

Went in with my daughter Saturday around 2:30pm. We looked at three newer cars and test drove one. From the time we arrived we left with a VW Jetta in less than 2 hours. This included the time to complete the financing application.

A my Journeys to Hall Motors I meant many very good Associates and learned a lot about Mazdas. I almost purchased a brand new Mazda but at the end things just didnt come together. In the beginning of my shopping for a new car I was promised one thing but on the day I was buying the car the promise could not be kept. I have no hard feelings towards the dealership but my wife is not as forgiving. This was going to be her new car and she was excited.

Certainly one of the worst sales experiences of my life. Congrats!Ive purchased dozens and dozens of cars in my life. These guys were the worst. After this experience I finally saw why a company like Carvana has a strong future: eliminate the sleazy behaviors, deliver a good product on time.These guys are very reminiscent of the worst of the 1970s car salesmen - especially their used car manager - avoid - and their general manage (unapologetically incompetent). The gaslighting, lying, unapologetically losing documentation, incompetence and inability to manage shipping logistics (despite claiming to specialize in out of state sales)... they actually registered my vehicle in the wrong state - cute. But from their point of view, ever customer is just a dumb mark. I wish you all the best karma the universe has to offer.I think it is pertinent to note as well this business’s disregard for healthcare workers during a pandemic.

I worked with Ricardo Rodriguez, he ran me through multiple vehicles. The experience as a whole was excellent and painless. This is my first car from a dealership and I could not be more pleased with how pleasant he was and how pleasant the entire experience was. PREDATORY LENDING is ILLEGAL! I found a great car and completed the deal. This was by far the WORST customer sevice. They offered me an outrageous loan, there for I worked with my bank and got a way better deal. They consistantly refused to provide my bank a purchase agreement, this is called predatory lending and this is ILLEGAL. It was also stated the reason they would not give us the purchase agreement was because they wanted us to finance through them, again ILLEGAL. If I didnt love the car I found I would have walked away several times. After fighting for 3 hours we finally were able to get the purchase agreement so my loan could go through. I understand the sale is important to them, but in this case the customer WAS OF THE VERY LEAST IMPORTANT. Great car, horrible experience.

To start with this was my first car I have bought from a dealer ever. I first went to a Mazda dealer in Arlington heights Illinois to look at a grand touring 2018 Mazda 3 and they wouldnt work with me on the price at all. Then I went to Hall Mazda. Holy cow what a difference! They worked with me on the price and made sure I was getting the features that I really wanted in my car. I ended up buying a 2019 Mazda 3 and couldnt be happier. Bought a used Tiguan here a few months ago. The buying experience was top-notch for a change, with our salesman, Steve Favill, clearly knowledgeable and passionate about cars, and equally passionate about getting you in the right car. My wife was very happy with the whole process. In my experience, the true test of how good a dealership is, is when you test the service department. In this case the dealership again came through with flying colors. Kristen dealt with a problem on the car that they could not have known about when they sold it to us, was no fault of theirs, or ours, and got us back on the road again at no cost.
