Ive never had anything but positive experiences here. Ive been helped by Dan Surges on several occasions where hes went above and beyond, such as finding time to complete much needed service when I just showed up and appointment-less. Better service doesnt exist.

The staff members were polite, professional and informative. Waiting in the waiting area was a comfortable experience; it was very clean and the snack area was fully stocked (nice perk)! The service staff member walked me through my car inspection checklist throughly and further educated me about my vehicle. Im happy that I purchased an Acura!

Service light on dash called for B17. Car is connected to web and causes Acura to implore me to schedule service through email and Acura app. I schedule online, and their system doesn’t offer a matching service code. So i schedule Oil change, arrive at dealership, and they have no access to the same info Acura’s own system has been sending me, so only will do oil change and reschedule for another appointment. Not convenient. Further, i mention to service tech i have a broken fastener/bolt for air filter, and not even that can be handled without another appointment. Overall, i did not get what i wanted or went for, and am dissatisfied with Acura’s data collection and system codes not being available to the service providers. No one was rude, but bottom line is I didn’t get what i went for.

Everyone was great. Things were explained in terms I could understand. They also called with updates. I don’t feel intimidated when I take my vehicle in for a service.

It was a hassle to return a battery that was purchase from their parts department. At time of purchase; name, phone number, make and vin number were requested for and given. When I needed to exchange my battery that was under warranty, initially they could not find any records (it’s electronically). Multiple phone calls back and forth. Just a hassle for a battery. Will not take my car there to get service or purchase parts for my car.

The service was excellent. The work was done in a timely manner. I was given a courtesy car so I didnt have to wait as my repair took a while. The staff was very professional and helpful.

They added running boards to our 2022 MDX. Were pleasant and professional at drop-off and got the job done to spec and on-time.

Obtained engine Service for the vehicle. Adam, the attendant was efficient and courteous. The only open issue: The outside temperature gauge, was not restored.

Acura of Brookfield provides the best sales and service. I bought another new Acura recently and as always the sales person (Keith) was very knowledgeable and helpful. We been receiving excellent service from this dealership for many years.

I had a service appointment for my MDX on the 14 of this month. I met with David Stawicki he was very helpful, polite, and courteous. Seeing that I am a new Acura owner. He helped me out during the whole process and I will return again for my next service.

Only reason for dropping by one star was due to timing. I scheduled appointment online and was told that I was bumped in queue by walk in service. Made appointment for planned time due to schedule. We were fortunate to make adjustments. Service on vehicle was five star.

Overall highly satisfied with my steering wheel installation & customer service, however I did ask them to them to install tire bolts to prevent theft & that wasn’t done.

Over the last 20 years I have found it much more beneficial to use the dealership for service. The vehicle is always fixed correctly and they stand by the work. Paying a little more is much more important than paying less from some independent and not having the quality I and my MDX deserve. This dealership has always done me right.

Had to do an oil change because I was out of town and didnt want to go to jiffy lube because they tend to damage other things so I went to actual Acura dealership. Service was good. And fast! I was in and out in 43 minutes. Maybe I caught them in a good time. However, I was charged $100+ for labor. To me, that is a bit too high. Not worth it.Edit - Changing it to 5 stars. Someone called me about my review and explained why the cost was like that. And considering the swiftness of the service and quality of the job alone, Id give it 5 stars.

Got my service engine work done with a quick time to schedule service and done in the time they said it would be complete.

Always pleasant and great to work with. Also, I used the van driver to take me home and pick me up when the work was done. He was nice, pleasant to talk with.

I requested online that someone pick up my car as they do for my wife and got no response. After my 30 minute drive, I was told that its going to be about two hours to wait. The gentleman was very kind and understanding and after my car was done, the wash job completely ruined the wash and wax job I personally did two days prior to the appointment. Water marks everywhere.

I have used Acura of Brookfield several times for my MDX since moving to Wisconsin two years ago. Recently they ordered and installed roof rails for me. They were very courteous and fast with the parts and service.

Very covid responsive. Felt very safe.

Unfortunately, after paying $2100 for my repairs and new tires, the steering wheel was still off center and the car pulled to the left. I needed to take it back the next week to be corrected. Just wish everything would have been done right the first time.

AOB is easily the best dealership I’ve ever been to compared to area dealerships. Their attention to detail and customer relations is second to none. If you go to AOB you will immediately notice a difference that it’s much better compared to other dealers.

Many vehicles and many service visits later and I cant think of one thing that went wrong. If they made any mistakes they were quick to fix them. Buying a car is stressful enough but keeping it maintained is a close second. Cant think of a better place to take my Acura.

My service was extremely fast and thorough. And my car was disinfected on all major touch points, which was greatly appreciated during this pandemic.
