Great store and nicely organized. I like how they have all their pricing listed for items, unlike another craft store. Great deals all the time and such an awesome variety of items for everyone! The only complaint I have, and its really not one lol, is going in with a set list of what I need but coming out with so much more 😅I do have to say that this Michaels is a lot better than the one out in New Berlin.

The customer service at this Michaels is awesome and Ill gladly drive 20 Miles for that feeling of being treated like a human being. Not being followed around the store like a criminal. In Franklin I shop at another yarnery, and Im followed around the funny thing is my purse is so small I couldnt fit anything more than my wallet and my phone.

Great variety in craft items. We have friends who love this place. Finding help can be a problem at times but staffing is a problem everywhere.

I usually LOVE Michaels around Halloween, namely because their Spookytown collection and other various miniatures and halloween decor. There was *nothing* in regards to Spookytown and the decor they had was mediocre at best. I dont know if theyre working on transitioning to Christmas (I didnt see much of anything besides some ribbon) but I was pretty bummed.

Pleasant shopping atmosphere. Every customer and employee had on a mask, even little kids. Store was clean, organized, and well stocked. My eldest daughter and I spent at least 90 minutes here today, specifically for Happy Planner latest product line. We also checked out our favorites in yarn, florals, and crafting. The store has fabric now; the selection is small but Im guessing it will expand with customer demand. We walked the whole store and found other craft items and puzzles. $150+ later, we were very satisfied customers. Definitely a great place to shop for all your crafting needs.

This location had a lot of clearance items, but the clearance prices werent that great. It may be owing to the time of year we visited - too late for one season but too early for the next? The shelves were not very full - maybe 60% capacity. This maybe due to supply difficulties from COVID. The store was clean. Staff were nice, though we only spoke to the checkout person. It was a little different to not be greeted or offered assistance by any of the staff I encountered throughout the store - that isnt my typical experience at hobby stores, but it wouldnt keep me from coming here again. A fair amount of LBGTQ+ (& ally) merchandise!

I think if youre looking for craft things you will most likely find it here. Huge selection big isles you can get lost here.

Looking for silk flowers and I did find some on sale and was fortunate enough to find an employee who showed me a few other things that I was looking for.

Best lasagna I ever had from a restaurant. The cheese from the dish clings to the silverware as I take my first bite. I purposely didn’t eat a lot of the lasagna to save room for desserts. The grasshopper and tiramisu were just as delightful. This is officially my favorite restaurant.

Never seems to have the items I am looking for (yarn) in color or brands. Very poor selection and what they did have was not enough to make a large project.

I have always loved coming to this Michaels the best. Today I came in to get some supplies for a project, and first thing through the door Cai greeted us warmly. Then once it was time to check out Cai helped us out. She was so super friendly, and she exuded warmth and happiness. I was waiting for the email to do a survey for her, and I haven’t received it yet. I didn’t want her awesome service to go unnoticed though! I will surely be back and hope that Cai will be there again!

Its always a pleasure to go in Michaels. The store is clean, staff is friendly and I can find every thing I need. Im usually in the paper craft section when I visit.

Open later than I expected. Wanted a picture frame... the two that fit/I wanted were scuffed. My fault for shopping so late - pre-Xmas. They got more money out of me with a different frame. I’d go again if needed.

Poor customer service... poorly trained staff and extremely unprofessional. Staff are not trained on doing proper returns when items are purchased at other locations with different taxes. Staff refuse to give correct refunds. I come here often and was extremely disappointed.

Staff was very nice but I showed up one day after I was supposed to pick up my order and they cancelled my order and put everything away. So we had to go through the store and grab everything again. Little sad because they didnt even try to help us out.

They obviously have what you need as far as arts and crafts go. Good selection, fair prices. But asking for help is a waste of time. It took me 10 minutes and 3 people for them not to even know what I was talking about. After I was told they didnt have what I was looking for I searched isle by isle and low and behold there it was.

An art lovers heaven, a creators paradise - fantastic collection. If you love to create - THIS is the place for you. Also has some very unique kids games (which is other than the kid-specific art/craft materials) and a whole lot of things thatll make your life and surroundings beautiful.

Nightmare!!! NOT FOR MILDLY PHYSICALLY DISABLED!!! They discriminate!!! I could not purchase item in my cart, was observed by cashiers by another customer having items taken away from me. The cashiers just stood there and watched it all!! The other customer was physically grabbing the last of items away from me!! When I tried to purchase one of the items that was discarded them I was not allowed to do so. Manager after manager called while I was denied service. Cashiers refused to ring up anything. Cashier kept saying she witnessed another customer taking things out of my cart and putting them in cash register area and then cashiers refused to help me!!! They sent me back and forth from register to register and were not explaining what they were doing or why. When I asked for the address for a store where I could get the merchandise they were refusing to sell the cashier turned her head and said no. Just unbelievable. Clearly people just enjoy taking their frustrations out on people they think cant do anything about it.

Reasonable framing prices. Lots of free parking. Doing a good job with wearing masks.

With the holiday season and being fortunate to have my granddaughter with me i thought it would be nice to take her to Michaels. I am into all aspects of the arts and she is very interested and loves working in clothing design. Michaels has everything needed to get you started or help you keep going on the project that you may have started. My granddaughter fell in love and wishes she could spend more. For me Michaels has all my needs, along with great service. If your into arts and crafts you need to stop in and see what they have to offer, then pass the word. Happy creating!

The staff at this location are extremely helpful (especially in their custom frame section). They always try their best to point you in the right direction and a smile on their face! There are a lot of classes and things for children to do over the summer and Im sure they host other events during the school year.

Nice selection of home decor and art supplies. I liked how the store had a method for finding your home decorating style. For example, there was a farm themed section, beach theme...etc. Thing were relatively easy to find.

This Michaels is great. Although they can be short staff sometimes, the staff is always willing to help you. Sometimes you just have to ask!

Dont go here expecting ANY help if you cant find something or if you need advice on products or process. I was there for 90 minutes and never saw a staff person on the floor. When I checked out, there were 7 people in line and ONE cashier. Do they wonder why people shop online??

The shelves were sparse, so we werent able to find everything we had hoped to find.

Michaels is the best! Make sure your mobile coupon is loaded before you go into the store, this location is kind of a dead zone. Always love their seasonal house items and decor.

Crafters delite

Its usually hard to find a sales associate on the floor. I usually go in circles looking for someone. Very frustrating when you want to get in and out, but spend 10mins looking for someone first. Otherwise very nice place, I come often.

They have great quality items and lots of options, however unless you take advantage of their sales, youll end up spending more than you expect.

The line to check out was really long . And alot of stuff is overpriced for not the greatest quality. Not saying Walmart has better quality. But the quality of frames is =

Nice large store with variety. Staff is friendly and courteous. Aisles and areas are well marked to quickly find what you want if perusing is not your style on that day. Website also provides stock availability and in store location mby aisle making trip planning simple

We always find a lot of great items here. Many ideas for crafts, jewelry making and baking.They get busy at the checkout so plan on spending some time in line.

Went in needing 3 mats cut . The woman in the framing department “nicely “ explained to me that she had over 200 orders and didn’t have time to help me. I left my cart there and JoAnn’s was more than happy to take my money. Won’t be back.

A lot of stuff is overpriced, even with coupons, so you really have to be aware of prices if youre not wealthy. I check Amazon while I shop for basics and normally find them cheaper there (even taking Michaela coupons into account.) That said, there are some really great everyday deals that change relatively frequently. I go mostly for those.

This Michaels store was very organized and clean. Prices were well marked and the staff offered to help me while I was there. There were a number on employees floating around while shopping which made it nice when looking for some help. They were eager to help and were friendly.
