Eric and his team were fantastic! They made the overwhelming task of emptying my aunts house simple and fast for me. Eric was extremely knowledgeable about art and antiques and gave a fair estate buy-out quote. He was also kind and sensitive when talking with my aunt, realizing how hard it was for her to leave her home of many years. Everyone was hard-working and professional, thoroughly removing the contents of the house in less than four hours. Communication was great during the entire process too. Working with Eric and his team from Heritage Estate Settlement was wonderful. Eric understood the value of the collectables and other saleable items. He offered a very fair price for the contents and his cleaning estimates were totally reasonable.I live in California and needed to empty my fathers house before selling the property. The house had not been cleaned in years, was full of stuff, smelled like dog and had a mold problem. Additionally, there were two pigeon coops with poop that needed to be cleaned.Eric kept me updated every step of the way, and my cousin who lives locally verified that the work was done on time and as expected. Eric made great recommendations such as removing old smelly carpet and scraping peeling paint from the ceilings, plus an extensive final cleaning. When the work was complete, I was paid the net difference between the value of the contents and the cleaning fees. No money up front. So easy!I couldnt recommend Heritage Estate Settlement more highly.BTW, the house sold in 36 hours for $60K above the asking price. My dad passed away just before everything got shut down with covid. I live in Texas and could not come back to clean out his house and had to rely on others to do that for me. Eric cleaned everything out and paid us for the things that were worth something. I had many questions and he took the time necessary to answer all of them. He sent me pictures so I could see what was going on. He really helped at a difficult time doing something that I had been dreading doing for years. This group is really great. You have to go in knowing what you are looking for as it is a true warehouse sale. Eric really knows his prices and is really reasonable with his prices. I go every chance I get. He has new inventory every time I go. Highly recommended.

Erik and the crew cleared out my moms two houses this week. They were efficient, professional, and courteous. There were a few items that we failed to mark as staying, and the Heritage crew happily re-found them for us. And they handed my mom a check on the way out the door. I would highly recommend them. I hope to go to one of their warehouse sales!

Unbelievable assortment of items from antique, mid-century to modern day!! All the staff there form friendly relationships with all their customers and are there to help with anything you need. Sometimes it can get busy, but that really is part of the fun of looking for the buried treasures you find. If you’re into rummaging or antiquing, you MUST stop in.

Love this place! My husband and I try to come to every sale. Even if you dont buy anything, theres so much cool, old stuff to look at. My husband always finds socket sets and other tools. He estimates hes bought a couple hundred dollars worth of tools for less than $100. Great MCM stuff, TONS of chairs, Pyrex, china sets, books, vintage clothing and all kinds of odds and ends. I wish I would have had a place like this when I was furnishing my first apartment all those years ago!

Contacted the owner and asked to be put on the list, he told me to call back Friday at 5. I called and he said I was number 50. I asked how that was possible when I contacted him so early and he said his regulars had first priority. Then I got to the sale and I was number 84. They apparently take a Facebook list and phone list a priority customer list and then leave a sheet out front the day before. Good luck guessing which one they will use.
