AM Industrial was a great find for us. As we were building out our pilot and production facilities, we were able to quickly identify and source our dust collection needs for the pilot development project. So when we moved to build a full production plant we found that their ability to source, retrofit and refurbish the exact equipment we needed was available at a favorable cost and effectively no delivery delay. We were met with some complicated adjustments to meet our exacting specifications and with our persnickety engineers, AM Industrials staff very patiently dealt with retrofitting our baghouses as if we were purchasing them new. These guys even traveled to the west coast to during COVID to meet with us, very impressive. I highly recommend these guys.

While on the phone with Mitch, he placed my order for 2 AirMax filters and an extra gasket. The next day the items were on their way. After delivery of the filters, I had my cyclone dust collector up and running. i am very pleased with the performance of the AirMax AMX536 filters and expect a long life for these filters. Excellent products and service!

Great company to work with, I searched the Country and found AM Industrial to be the best used equipment seller that I could find. Their knowledge of the equipment is very good and they work with the customer to customize and assemble the best solution for the customer needs. We purchased two large systems for our new factory in Texas that are working great for much less than new systems.

I traveled from DE to Ohio to pick it up and they worked around my schedule to give us a tour of their facility and go over all of the details I needed to be able to use the dust collector. Once I returned home and began installing it, I had some questions. Rodney was able to answer all of my questions and help me with installation over the phone. Dont by anything from this company it is a big scam, I ordered a starter from them which was the wrong one to begin with, the item was returned and they never refunded my money back

One of the worst business i have dealt with.Sold a Donaldson-Torit with removal being the responsibility of the AM industrial. they delayed the removal and we cooperated with them with time, removal date, and with all sort of help we can possibly provide.They did not remove the whole unit and left the most of ducts. which they kept saying will remove as it was part of the deal and communication. in the end they blatantly refused to fulfill the deal. and ended us costing hefty money.For almost a month did not reply to our emails or calls.i have never left anybody a negative review EVER as i understand mistakes do happen. but cant stand anybody who will dodge or lie to your face.My suggestion is beware of them and never trust them for their words.

Got a CNC bender from these guys a few months back. Was in way over my head in the beginning, but the support was/is great! Shout out to Ryan and Greg, it’s bending fast and beautifully now.

Am Industrial Rep Charles Wyman was very curteous and knowledgeable about my questions. He also took care of aqny problems vety quickly.

It took months to find the right production CNC mandrel tubing bender, with full tooling package, but Greg at AM Industtrial Group found exactly what we wanted and at a fair price. We had been shopping all available industrial resources and no one can touch these Guys. From shipping to on site training, this company stepped up to the plate and hit it out of the park. Us this company with confidence!

This is a good company with a solid used product. I had a motor Soft Start stop working just outside of the warranty time, they honored the expired warranty, and overnight-ed a brand new motor soft start to me. I would work with Rodney again, to get new used equipment, in a heartbeat.

Asked for quote for a dust collector and received an order from my customer. Customer received the collector and had problems. IT was determined that the customer wired the system incorrectly but since the wire changes has been running great.

Our experience with this Company has not been a good one. They show no desire to resolve problems and accept no responsibility for their mistakes. We are not a satisfied customer and will look elsewhere for all future equipment purchases.Well, its been 2 months since the owner of AM Industrial offered to get the missing tooling at no additional cost. Tooling that we paid for in advance!. To date no attempt has been made to correct the tooling that was made to the wrong specs. AM Industrial made the tooling to their specs and not ours. If you deal with this company be sure all conversations are clear and in writing as they will do absolutely nothing afterwards. Our machine is still not in use and we have taken matters into our own hands and will get tooling elsewhere.

Rodney in sales did an excellent job, he helped us with the purchase of a Donaldson Torit DWS-4 Air system, The system came three phase, AM Industrials mechanics converted it over to single phase for us and the system was at our door in a week! Everything on the machine runs great and we couldnt be happier with our purchase. Rodney did a follow up call after we had it set up to insure everything was good. Great customer service, we will be buying any Used-New equipment from these folks! We recommend Am Industrial Group, LLC.
