I. Called K&M think my wifes car had a muffler problem. After talking with the owner he said the car symptoms was a cracked manifold. He had to refer me. Honest mechanic here!

Great quality service at a fair price

Worked with Chris at K&M to get Borla mufflers installed on my Acura. He was quick to schedule, quick to get it done, and good to work with. I was nitpicky, and one side of the exhaust tips was not perfectly symmetrical with the other - he took it back in the shop and fixed it in 15mins, and he still only wanted to charge me the LOW end of the range he had quoted!

Kris fit me in and fixed the issue with the tailpipe. Our truck is 1000% quieter! I recommend K & M Muffler. If Kris doesn’t answer your call, he’ll return your call.

On Thursday evening I damaged my exhaust system. I needed to be back in Texas Tuesday morning for a doctor’s appointment. I went around town on Friday but the places were booked and not sure when they could get me in. When I went to K&M Mufflers, Kris said he was booked the rest of the day but if I was there at 9 Monday morning he would get me out and on the road by middle of the afternoon. I took it to him at 9, and at noon he called and said I was ready to go. I want to thank Kris and his wife (who went to pickup the parts). I recommend K&M Mufflers.

Best muffler shop around, excellent work, knowledge workers

I stopped by to get a muffler and was told that it would have to be ordered. I was told to come back the next day. I showed up the next day and was told that he had forgot too order it. He apologized and ask that I come by the next day. The muffler was there and he installed it. I brought it too he attention that the tail pipe was hanging down at an angle and that it was to low to the ground. He told me that was the way that they all were. After viewing several like vehicles it was very obvious it was installed wrong. I went back to see if he would fix it correctly and was told it would be another $50.00. I dont think that I will give them another $50.00 to fix something that wasnt fixed correctly the first time.
