Some of the worst forklift drivers Ive ever seen rude and lazy. And if your waiting to get unloaded your going to to be here a minute cause the company guys will cut in front.

Poor quality materials, even worse quality in STAFF.Went here to look at a large cedar timber. After picking out the timber I wanted, the yard guy confirmed he would set it aside for me so I could return with a trailer the next day and pick it up. I went inside and paid for it. Told the staff member who was checking me out that the yard guy had set aside my timber, and I would be back the next day to pick it up. He said that was no problem.The next day when I showed up to pick the timber up and after waitin in the parking lot for 30 minutes, the yard guy told me they had sold it to someone else. They refunded me my money, and acted as if selling someones lumber out from underneath them wasnt a big deal. Wasted a handful of hours dealing with Mill Creek just to find out they cant keep their word. Very untrustworthy, and forced me to shop at thier competitor, where I ended up saving a MASSIVE amount of money, and got a timber thats far better in quality.Super happy I was able to get my money back, and just have my time wasted. I dont shop at stores that cant keep their word, and have a lack of backbone. Thanks Mill Creek for giving me a valid reason to shop elsewhere.

Fast service & knowledgeable inside, just expect to sit in the parking lot for an hour or so, I’d say on average 45min.

I spoke with Terry Nelson on April 12, 2021 and sent a PDF of my plan s to build a 1900 square foot home. He doesnt answer phone text or email until iI finally texted he was rude and dis respectful. He finally ansered with what is ypur name and i will get it done. After a few weeks I texted and said almost done next Friday. Well nothing and its almost June. Unless you are building alot of houses this company doesnt want your business. I for sure will never use them and any one I know will be told how rude and disrespectful they are.

I have a outside salesman there by the name of Tyler, he is great! Helps me with everything, this way I dont have to deal with the grumpy man at the front desk.

Would give 0 stars if possible. Absolutely terrible customer service. Ordered windows and a trim package from them. One of my windows within a couple months started coming apart, cant get a warranty call back on it. Sent out trim package without approval. Driver got into house without being let in. Creed the supervisor wont give a call back. Dont waste your time or money with this company.

Ordered doors for a client in October. Client paid in full. I was told by Rusty it was about a week lead time. We scheduled the install with my construction crew for today. Last week I emailed at least twice to check on the doors, since it had been 5 weeks I was positive they would have been in but never received a call to let me know. No response to either of my emails. Here it is the day of our install and my contractor goes to pick up the doors and start the job and hey guess what - no doors. Pretty sure they never got ordered in the first place?!?! Now I am told the doors will be here Thursday. My entire construction schedule is pushed back a whole week. This is immensely frustrating to my clients, my contractors, and my design/remodeling firm. ESPECIALLY since I had emailed twice to check in. I shouldnt even have to check on it at all! Once I place the order I expect it to be done. If I had to call and check on each item I order for a remodel job it would take up all my time. VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I special ordered a pantry door for over $500, knowing it would take 6 weeks to arrive. I hadnt heard anything from the salesman on the day I was told it would arrive at their store, so I waited a couple days then called. He said it wasnt in yet, and he would call me back after he checked on it. He didnt call me back. Long story short, I made many calls over the next few weeks/months checking on the status of our door. Never did they call to tell me that it was delayed, I always initiated the communication. Never did they apologize it was taking so much longer to come in than I had been told. Never did they provide any reason for that being the case. I finally just cancelled the order and requested a refund. Awful, awful costumer service experience. I went to M&M Lumber where I ordered a similar special order door. It arrived in 10 days (the time frame they estimated), they called me when it came in, and it cost $150...a fraction of what I had paid at Mill Creek. I will never go back.

Very quick to deliver material, even when you don’t need it. But, when it comes to returns you better write everything down and take pictures. (I’m so glad I did) They will try and get over on you big time. They “forget” to credit all the materials they picked up until you send pictures and hound them. Also when you tell them you don’t need an item they shipped they will tell you oh no biggy return it at the end and then make up excuses of how it was damaged so they don’t credit you. NEVER AGAIN. Very dishonest. I am paying a little more somewhere else to finish my home.

When I purchased a $7,000 wood burning stove and ventilation, they told me verbally on the phone I could have up to 4 vents. I would not have purchased it otherwise. When they came out to install it (and I had already paid for the unit), only 2 vents are possible. When I complained that he told me I could have 4 vents, he wanted to see where he told me that in writing. The salesman was dishonest, rude and not knowledgeable of his products. Do not do business with these people.

Great experience with Mill Creek, needed a new furnace door and they were cheapest quote in town and fast turn around. Ill be back.

Purchased linoleum for my rv trailer. Installer put in side to side. All wood look in rv trailers is installed front to rear. Installed at angle, not square to wall. Had to trim pieces myself to install the trim. Worst job I have ever seen. Called Mill Creek in Muskogee 3 times. They wont return my call. Used to be a reputable company and I used them for all my carpet and tile needs. Wont use them again.

GPS gives lousy directions

Driving huge trucks fast thru residential streets and not using the construction road. Very dangerous and inconsiderate.

Good product, ok price, but sales people were kinda rude. maybe they are just being a bit too informal, but I found the staff to be curt and unprofessional. I felt like I was bothering them with my business.

Fast to estimate and deliver products but ignores requests to return items.FYI.....Make sure that you really need those SOLUMBER...’Special Order Lumber’ and the brackets for them.We didn’t request them for our house and I’m still trying to get them to accept the brackets for credit for more than a month....😖

They were delivering materials to my new neighbors house last October. They driver managed to bury his truck in my front yard. We were very patient and non confrontational to the driver. Here we are in June and they still havent fixed the damage to my property.

I paid $400 for lumber to re-deck a large flat bed trailer. I placed the order in the office, and the boards were strapped together when I went to pick them up. When I opened the bundle at home they were damaged on the back side, they had given me the culls. I went to exchange them and was treated with contempt, I overheard a disrespectful conversation about me between the office salesman and the man helping me. Little did they know I had to rent a trailer to pick the lumber up and again to exchange them. I wish I would have demanded my money back and gone somewhere else, and I will never do business with them again, and this is the report of millcreek lumber I will tell everyone I know.

Love working with Terry. Great products, great service. Will not use them again though after this custom home is finished; as the company is anti 2nd amendment and all of the employees are sitting ducks.

Wouldve been 5 but for the simple fact of the stupid no weapon sign on door telling criminals Im not allowed to defend myself or my family while in your store cost you my buisness. The signs do not stop criminals from coming in your store it only costs you buisness of people like myself. Ive passed every background check there is and been approved by the law to carry my gun to protect myself and family yet you think its your duty to disarm me and say I cant come in? Then my money will also NOT come in your store.

Just remodeled our kitchen and went to Millcreek to pick out cabinet hardware, a front door, and a back door. Rebecca was very helpful and knowledgeable. She knew how to balance my husband’s taste (traditional) with my (modern) taste. She helped us select hardware that fits our house and both our styles. We love the way everything turned out. Rebecca also helped us find an arched front door that fit the 1920’s style of our house. Overall we had a great experience with Millcreek and especially with Rebecca’s help.

Our Contractor used MillCreek to Floor Tile our new home. After two years the tile started to pop and break loose. Some tiles cracked. Now 7 years later we are able to have this tile removed and it showed that MillCreek barely used any mud and the type they used was the wrong kind! That was just one area MillCreek was used as a subcontractor that we are face dealing with poor quality. Do I blame our Contractor for using MillCreek? Yes. But I wouldnt use MillCreek for any reason. My advice is if you are building, ask your Contractor who they use as subcontractors and if they say MillCreek. I would consider that a Red Light.

Mill Creek saved the day. Lowes sent me the wrong door 2x, I called Rusty at Mill Creek and he had me one built in 2 days, correctly. Thank you!
