I was astounded with an online purchase I made through this pawn shop on the condition of the item I paid for and wanted it for 15 years. It almost looked too good to be true. With that being said, I was a little skeptical at first but nonetheless very satisfied with the result. Once it got to the local retailer near me, they even said they never seen an item of such sort in the condition it was in to be as good as it was and he has been in the business for 60 years. Would I recommend Grays Broken Arrow Pawn, yes. It was a pleasure doing business. I dont know if I could run a business like that--Im sure it can be rough.

They should think about a 90 day layaway.. Thats what folks want. Not very friendly folks.

Make sure to know value of what your selling they will under pay and make you feel like fool.

I wouldn’t even give this place 1 star. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE. The lady inside is beyond rude and is no help. I’m pretty sure she was the owners wife. All I needed to do was check the exact KT of a brand new gold chain that still had tags on it. She processed to tell me she didn’t need to check it because she could see the layers of gold on it (as if it were gold plated). I’m a gemologist and know better then that. If you DO NOT want to get scammed DO NOT go here.EDIT: the owner has responded twice now to this. As a business owner you should be able to take criticism. I even stated I would pay you for the inconvenience. Pull the camera footage please. I put this up as soon as I left your store.I wish you the best in trying to be better.

Worked at a shop in Kansas. This is the type of business where they love you when they borrow it, and hate you when they have to pay it back.Keep doing what youre doing- greeted me, helped me and made me a good deal on some dewalt tools.

These guys were pretty fair, unfortunately I made no sale. Went to Penrose prior to them and they told me my guitars were Chinese knockoffs because they hadnt heard of the brands. Anyways, these people are good people.

Grays is transferring 2 online purchased rifles and they are very professional and answer emails quickly (even during closed hours)! They have a good selections of guns with some very nice revolvers and a Gatling Gun worth looking at!I will update review after transfers but highly recommended by me!

Bought from Grays online, Id highly recommended them. They were pretty understanding considering it was my first online purchase and it took a while to send them a check and all the other documents. Once they received everything I had my item within a few days. They actually set up shipment the same day, so theyre on it and run a pretty tight ship.

Very rude no customer service they sit at the computer dont even acknowledge you or look up Male employee says one price then female says a different price then Male employee whispers what he said then female made a smart remark all she had to say was simply I cant do that at this moment.i was going in to purchase not pawn or sell.i will not recommend or do business there..the price was $450.00 I offered $430.00 not a big lost nor did the lady stand behind the mans price she is a liar.

I came in with a guitar. And he told me I font want it unless you want 10$ for it. And I said thats fine I just need gas money. And then the bald guy who worked there so no I cant buy it even though he just said he would so I wouldnt go there he sucks too much d to be a decent person and keep your word.

These guys claim to know so much about jewelry but they have no clue of what they are talking about. From the get go they were rude and gave me poor customer service claiming i got ripped off for how much I paid for my ring but I just got it appraised for 1500 and was only willing to let me borrow 100 dollars they are a joke. But what do you expect from a ghetto pawn shop.

This is a great little shop, it’s clean and comfortable with down to earth people, it has a great selection of tools, firearms, jewelry, and compound bows (I bought a bow at a great price). I will definitely be back to shop here and tell my friends.

This place seemed to look run down. also the customer service was pitiful. i walked in with a smile and asked how they were i was pretty much ignored then the women on the computer got up and ask what can i do for you. she was rude and pretty much give nothing for your pawn. i DO NOT recommend anyone goes there unless you want to be treated like crap this was my second time in there and both times the employees were not friendly and very rude.

Lowball on the rifle buying prices but thats normal for a pawn shop. My biggest complaint would be the TOTAL lack of reception. If you walk into an empty store with two people working the counter and neither say hi when you walk in and the one person that isnt glued to a computer screen looks at you as though you have the plague. ~> Thats probably a factor in why the store was empty. :D (sorry to bust your chops but thats so uncommon in this area It had to be pointed out)

I called to see if I can get loan on binoculars and telescopes. That person on the phone were being very rude and said they don’t take those for 10 years with attitude. I wouldn’t recommend anyone go there.

When I tell you how RUDE these people are let me tell you, we went in here to sell something and the big lady with the long black hair just looks at you and throws you your money and doesn’t even say thank you...all they do is use you and don’t even say thank you for pawning something with them, they just throw you your money and say “I don’t have to say thank you for pawning something, you didn’t help us we helped you” yeah...don’t go here...they don’t appreciate their customers. Staff at the counter got a little rude when I seemed shocked at the low offer they gave me on my item I was trying to sell. Even if my item was not worth what I thought it was I should not be looked at like Im stupid. Same person was also rude on the phone when asking if I can make it in before they closed. Just wasnt a very good experience and this has not been the only bad experience Ive had with this pawnshop.I have been to your store and have purchased a few items from you. And i asked $200 to $250 for the gun. What I disliked most about my expirence is that when I was shocked at your offer you became offended and the tone of the conversation with the woman at the counter changed. Just because Im not in the gun business and worked in a pawn shop my whole life I didnt know that about the gun and you were fine in your offer but dont look at me like an idiot and be offended cause I asked if you were sure. Im sorry if what I said offended you but it was not a good expirence in your pawn shop. I will give it to you your story was close about when I came but was not 100% correct and I dont appreciate that either because I am being as truthful as i can be with my expirence in you pawn shop.

Good Guy, Strict and to the Point, Been in the business a long time and doesnt put up with nonsense. Been back several times and will continue to do so.

I don’t know if they ever read this stuff, but this place is completely closed during the weekend and closes at 6pm on Friday. Keep that in mind if you ever intended to do business with them.
