So I got engaged on Oct 6th with a moissanite sterling silver ring from Facebook marketplace. When you’re two broke kids in love you do what you can. My fiancé got it resized before proposing and the day after I noticed this yellow color in the bottom that started to slowly turn my finger green. I tried taking it to get repaired in Tulsa, to other jewelry stores, that honestly left me hopeless and discouraged. Everyone was just trying to push sales and I didn’t feel heard. Then one day I sawJ. David Jewellery and decided to take a chance although I wasn’t very hopeful to find something within my very small budget. As soon as I walked in, it felt like a breath of fresh air! I was taken care of from the moment I walked in and that day I left with a new sterling silver band picked out within my budget! The sweetest lady named Kim helped me find what I wanted and went above and beyond to help me! I absolutely am in love with my new ring and with J. David Jewellery! Years ago I took a very special ring to J David’s Jewelry for repair. I had previously taken it to another jeweler who had told me there was no way to fix it so that the stone would stay in. That was about 15 years ago. The stone is still securely in place. Because of that experience, I recently chose J David’s Jewelry again for repair on a different ring, my wedding ring. They replaced a missing diamond as well as replacing damaged prongs. When I went to pick up my ring, I was amazed at how absolutely beautiful it looked. They did an incredible job. Not only that, the lady who helped me, Kim, was super nice. She was outgoing and engaging and made my visit very pleasant. I have often recommended J David’s Jewelry to people looking for a jeweler and will continue to do so. Very, very pleased.

The employees at this jewelers were great, they met me at the door which they held open! Just inside I was pleasantly greeted. They had a large selection and variety of merchandise, they were very knowledgeable! Wow, wow, wow! J David Jewelry helped me through what was a really difficult experience.The pictures with the purple background are from a different jewelry store. I took my engagement and wedding rings there to get soldered, and when I picked them up, the rings were obviously not aligned (pictured below). The other place gas lighted me, argued with me for 20 minutes about the alignment, told me it was an optical illusion, said it couldnt get better, and warned me that fixing it could cause irreparable damage. I have never had a business treat me so poorly.HOWEVER, a friend recommended J David Jewelry to me to fix it, so I went there immediately after leaving the other place. They took one look and confirmed my belief that the rings were off, even if it was only a little bit. They assured me that their master jeweler could fix it, and no damage would happen to my rings. When I saw the amazing work they did, my entire week was made! Not only did they fix the alignment of my rings, they reetched some of the pattern that had worn off the side and completely cleaned and buffed my ring (see pictures with blue background below).I would recommend J David to any of my friends, and I would gladly take my business back there. Do yourself a favor, and check J David out!

J David Jewelers are the absolute best. My wedding ring was very wore and missing a diamond. Not only did they reach the diamond but the checked all prongs and reset the biggest diamond. Deb was a great help in buying a $1200 necklace for valentines day .I was very happy and excite to give it to my girlfriend .But went I gave it to her. She smiled and pulled it from the box out looked at the chain . she did not say what we both were thinking. That sure is a short chain . it would not go around her kneck. When I took it back in they told me I would have to buy a longer chain . I asked how much that would cost? I was told over $4£0 . I said even if I gave the other chain back ? I was told yes. I said that is not right. I said no way I am paying 400 on top of already payi g 1200. I asked tl put it bacm in the box . Before they got it back in the box they broke the chain . Talk about a cheap chain . I still can not believe it. I will be shopping somewhere else in the futher due to the way I was treated.

They created a “wax” replica first for him to try on. He wanted some changes. They made the changes to another replica. He was very happy with the final result.

David Jewelry location in Tulsa with the purpose of finding a new wedding band for my wife, our eight year anniversary was quickly approaching and I wanted to surprise her with a yellow gold band as her current wedding set was in white gold. Branden was a pleasure to work with, having explained my situation and the short time frame involved he produced a variety of bands to pick from. Despite the large selection of diamonds at the location, I could not settle on one that would compliment the band and her hand perfectly, Branden assured me that this was not a problem, due to Joels personal relationship with international diamond houses J. David was able to bring in a variety of stones that perfectly matched our cut and quality requirements. We not only found the perfect stone for my wifes new ring, we were able to upgrade the stone in her original set. At the time, I did not consider what we would do with the original stone, not to worry....Branden created a mock up of a custom necklace that would utilize the original stone, talk about a complete surprise, and it was STUNNING!! Branden walked us through the process used to design and then create their custom pieces and we were both amazed, my wife absolutely loves the necklace and we are so happy that the original stone remains a part of our love story. From the moment that I walked into the store, I felt welcomed and never pressured, each member of the J. David team anticipated our needs and took absolute care of us and our jewelry. My wife and I love going here. The folks are always so nice and their jewelry is beautiful. I recently bought a William Henry knife, after having eyed one for a couple of years. The knife I wanted was at the other store and Jimmy had it delivered for me the same day. My wife had a ring rebuilt a few years back and they did a great job designing and re-fabricating it. She takes everything there for cleaning and repair work. Its our first stop when we are looking for something unique, and it feels like youre visiting family when you walk in (the good kind).

Incredibly friendly staff, they worked with me to get the perfect ring customized for my fiancé. I don’t think you’ll find pricing for quality diamonds as good as theirs anywhere else in the Tulsa area either. Brandon and his team helped walked me through every step from picking the diamond to making the perfect band. Wouldn’t recommend going anywhere else for an engagement ring.

After 37 years my wifes wedding needed to have the setting that held the diamond replaced. Not only did they fix it sooner than expected but when I picked it up it looked like it did the day we bought it.

I couldn’t be more thrilled with how it turned out. She did a wonderful job of being patient and providing all the options available for my custom request. Once we picked out the design, it took 4 days to create. The appraiser happened to be there that day as well so that was a great bonus.The staff is incredibly professional and knowledgeable and I will definitely be going back.
