Convenient location, and the employees were really welcoming. Great flavor selection, and what we all had was very good. They had pretty small cups which were perfect for our little one.It was pretty busy when we went by, but I can see why. It was a hot day so we werent the only ones with that idea! Well definitely swing by again if were in the area again soon.

Going here was the highlight of our day! The employees were so gracious and kind to let us try samples and answer our many many questions about flavors. When we had an idea for an order combination that wasnt offered on the menu, they custom made it on the spot! What stood out most of all was that every worker there seemed to really enjoy their job. I dont know of too many places like that. They dipped, I tipped. Just perfect. Thank you!

I went in this morning and absolutely love this place! The ice cream was amazing, and the young ladies working were so very sweet and attentive. I was helped quickly, and even though she was wearing a mask, I could tell she had a huge smile. I will be coming back for sure

Nice relaxing place a bit over price for ice cream but its good. But not worth the price in my opinion. But great for the kids also they have gummy bears. Parking good customer service wa on point. Greeted immediately when i walked in. But great time

Really tasty ice cream and you can choose all types of toppings that they mix into the ice cream. They have bowls/cups, waffle cones, and waffle bowls. I chose the chocolate dipped waffle bowl, dark chocolate ice cream, homemade vanilla ice cream, mini chocolate chips, strawberries, Reeses Pieces, and chopped peanuts. The staff are friendly, they have little tables for the kids, and they also have ice cream cakes. Their prices are a bit steep, but its a good dessert night out for the family.

Really disappointed with this experience because I love Great American Cookies, this was my first time visiting this location so I decided to try a variety of cookies and each one was hard like it was from yesterday or something. The exact opposite of what I expect from Great American cookies.

Nice place. Very friendly staff. The ice cream was awesome. The best part is the unlimited toppings that was really fun. The only issue is that its a bit far away other wise I would have loved to go back there. Guys you got to open more branches in tulsa. There is only one in Jenkins.

Marble Slab is almost never disappoints! This location has great customer service and of course the iconically good Marble Slab ice cream. Took my kids here for this first time. Everyone loved it. The only advice Id give is that looks are deceiving. They give you so much that its almost too much too finish in one sitting. So next time I will order something smaller.

I had a hot fudge sundae with peanut butter ice cream and brownies. The ice cream was smooth and had a nice peanut butter flavor. The hot fudge was good but the sugar was just noticeable as grains. The brownies were soft and chewy. My wife tried a waffle cone with peanut candy blend. There were lots of candy and the serving size on both items were generous.

Awesome.... except for the employee wearing a bracelet that was long enough to get into the Ice-cream every time she scooped which is unsanitary and poses problems for people who are very allergic to certain things!

I have ordered from here 6 times in the last 30 days. Prior to today(12/3), service was excellent!!! I order my toppings in a separate bowel due to having allergies to dairy, and I eat a little at a time with a piece of my topping... They reported to door dash today that its an additional $4.49 per topping(3) to be put on the side...... I have been to this place more then a dozen times! And this is ridiculous... -_- will not order from here after today.

My cake was a frozen round brick of nothing but chocolate ice cream with sprinkles and pink decorations with pink writing. Have you ever tried to cut a brick of frozen solid ice cream? I ordered it for my grandson a wk in advance and chose an all chocolate ice cream cake. Shouldve gone to Reasors. WalMart even has better Ice Cream CAKES. A layer of soft ice cream with layers of cake.

Its good but not spectacular. Its cool how to prepare it in front of you but their flavors, forgettable. Yet good prices and well made homemade ice cream. Service is kinda slow so be aware of that

Yummy ice cream one of the better ones around. Takes a lot for a 5 star review from me. Service was good, ice cream was great, restrooms were clean. Price point, could be on the higher side. But pay for greatness right? 😋 I think to really push this to a 5 star parlor needs some better seating / tables for groups. Maybe add some music. My son tripped over a piece of tile coming up from the floor. But minor hair splitting things. I would go back without hesitation.

Ordered a 6 strawberry shortcake icecream cake as a surprise birthday, instead a small cup of ice cream was delivered. The icecream was all melted as well. I called in Hopes to have a correction done for pick up instead but no one would pick up (called numerous times) horrible service on the shops end, and the driver for having very poor detail to order.

I eat her all the time and it is amazing. It also has a great atmosphere along with staff that never fail to be amazing to the customers. If you are ever in Tulsa Oklahoma looking for a good meal I’d definitely eat here. Some very good food for a decent price. If you want decent food eat here

I wish there was a 0 star rating! We bought an ice cream cake for our daughters birthday. I have always loved the ice cream from marble slab so I thought a cake would be fantastic, even though it cost $35.99 plus tax! My family and I each got a piece and dug in! I happened to flip the cake in my bowl upside down and that is when I noticed something. I used my fork to lift off a small strand of something. I pulled it off with my fingers and stretched it out. If it had been mold, it would have smudged to bits, not mold. Not hair, it appears to be large amounts dust. I am not sure what it is! I returned the cake and received a full refund. I flipped what was left of the cake over to show Sasha the employee who was working. He clearly saw the debris and was apologetic and assured me that the manager would call me the next day. I kept the large fluff and a piece of the cake just in case someone got sick. It has been just under 48 hours and I hope we will not get sick other than the diarrhea that I got by noon the next day. Stress? I am disgusted that I fed this to my children! I waited for a call from the manager the next day but had to call and leave a message and got a call 39 hours after asking to speak with the manager. Courtney called me and was very rude. She said she is the manager but would not give me her last name. She told me it was not possible to speak with her manager, I asked who the owner was and she was unwilling to give me that information either. She laughed at me and told me that there was nothing wrong with the cake since she had looked at it personally.After declaring her superiority to me she said there was nothing more she could do.I just want to put this warning out there for someone considering going here.I would happily post a picture here but dont see a way.

I tried this place twice and I’m done. The first time the person scooped semi-melted ice cream into a cup and it was dripping all over the counter. The next time I came in they were slow and all four people ignored me standing at the counter. No other customers were standing there and some looked at me and kept doing other stuff. Horrible experience and mediocre ice cream.

Great ice cream! If you get it to go for later refreezing it is a must.

Their ice cream is good! I dont like that they never want to honor coupons. Its very frustrating! I had to really push to have them honor the dollar off sundae coupon. And this is the second time Ive had an issue.

I have loved Marble Slab for years. I was excited when they opened one up in my area. I stop in here every once in awhile for a treat and am never disappointed. I am in and out of there quick. The ice cream is delicious, though a little over priced, but when you take into consideration it is handmade it makes up for it. Plenty of options of icecream, mix-ins, and cups/cones to make your own masterpiece. Staff is usually friendly teenagers and the place is always clean.

Cinnamon vanilla homemade ice cream and i added shredded coconut and sliced almonds. No pictures, but it was fabulous. Very creamy, No complaints at all. A little more pricey, but worth every bit for a splurge day out with the kids. Its something different than ordinary ice cream. Youve just got to try it!!

Delicious little ice cream shop. A little pricey but they have many flavor options and then they mix in toppings on a cold slab. A fun process to watch if you never have. They have cakes available as well. I wish they had water available. Kids tables and chairs for your kiddos to sit at. App available for rewards (I havent gone enough to get anything). Im afraid although it is was a great experience Id still have to recommend braums simply because you get more bang for your buck.

Horrible service long wait

My sister, her fiance, and I just left. We threw our ice cream away because it was melted, I said I wanted a waffle cone three times and I didnt get one also, my sisters fiance and I both got two flavors that the employee mixed together (which wasnt very hard because the ice cream was so melted) and threw it in a cup and handed it to us. Worst $20 Ive spent in a long long time. Used to love Marble Slab but now I am very disappointed.

The place has delicious ice cream options. However, when I went in, all the adult tables were really dirty and messy. The little kid tables makes it unique. It Would be even better if there were booths and regular sized tables like at Braums. (These are my thoughts on improvment)

2 stars only because the ice cream was good. Service was not good. Tall blond female working on Memorial Day afternoon had poor attitude, was unhelpful and made us wait while she stocked instead. Didn’t smile or say thankful. If you don’t like your job, get a different one.

Love the ice cream especially the peanut butter flavored. So did my fiancee, she loved the peanut butter flavored ice cream over the birthday cake flavored.

We got a quart combination of strawberry, mango, and birthday cake. The mix was a big hit, all 7 members of our family loved it. Clean place and friendly staff.

Banana split was terrible. .. had no toppings on it at all. It was basically three scoops of icecream on top of a banana.. no fudge. No whipped cream... nothing at all. Not worth the money and will never order with them ever again..

They were very organized and helpful and fast packing the ice cream. Great job.

First time here, it was great!!

I went tonight and they had three people working. I completely understand what it’s like working places like that, it’s not easy. We were waiting in line and we were ready to order as we waited two of the employees were running back and forth joking around in front of customers while only one was taking orders. Once more people started to come in there was a line of 7+ people besides my family they still continued to act as if no one was there. I had never been and tonight was my first time. I can say I will not ever come back to this location.

Nice workers, good ice cream, nice location, not too busy but not empty and desolate either. Overall a pretty good experience.

Fantastic “ice cream” but.....It’s a little pricey, even for this type of establishment. Staff was a typical high school/college age worker who was obviously not excited about the job. They were not UNhelpful or DIScurteous...just not very welcoming or helpful and seemed a little annoyed that we asked to sample 2 flavors before deciding. I’m rating 4 stars because the quality of the product FAR OUTWEIGHED the negative aspects of staff and cost.

The ice cream and waffle cone were delicious. However, it cost 8.00 for two people to split something. Expect to pay that per person for two scoops and two add-ins when you can pay less at Braums for two cartons.

Dirty, not very efficient, need menus posted in better location. Store is in bad shape. Broken bathroom door, wallpaper falling off the wall...

So overpriced you cant believe it. It was so hot in the establishment that I had to go outside just eat ice cream. I got there at 5 minutes after 9 and was not able to place my order until 9:35. You can get the same purchase the same ice cream the same everything at Walmart.

Pricing was a little steep, but still fair. No napkins for free use. The strawberries for my strawberry shortcake were brown in quite a few spots. Wifes waffle bowl had black fuzz in the ice cream. Kind of disappointed compared to one we went to in Florida.

This is my first time here with my 3 girls. You close at 9 & its 840 we go to sit down for your employees to remove the chairs from MY DAUGHTERS! We are now sitting outside. If my 5 year old says they were rude thats sad. Wont be coming again.
