This location has items other Neighborhood Markets dont have. Also, I love the new way their self checkouts are set up compared to other Walmarts. I would highly recommend this location.

I love the staff. Theyre always kind, and helpful. Even the ones that dont talk or speak i dont mind it cus I feel like that sometimes. Great place to shop always making friends.

I’ve spent thousands of dollars with this Walmart. They just changed all the registers to self checkout. But they stare you down like you’re stealing, since it’s self checkout. They should of just keep those employees checking out people, if they were going to stare you down like your stealing. Then they don’t eve great you coming in to the register part nor when you leave. The employee all mug you. I means ever single one. No one smiles. If they don’t like their job they should fine one that makes them happy. I’ll be take my services to another neighborhood Walmart. The employees at this one is too unhappy for me. They walking in your way and don’t say excuse me, especially the old people who work there.

Very friendly and great place to worship. Very clean, safety distance measures and the speakers were great. I love all the pictures of Jesus in the wall entrance.

You need to find a different produce supplier. Everything is absolute junk and way overpriced for rotten produce.

This is a smaller neighborhood market so the selection is a bit limited. Its also all self checkout. Prices are good and its easy to get in and out of...

1st time going there. Really nice a lot of workers oh, you could tell thieves like to steal from there and it just so happened two women that walked out of the store without paying for 2 carts of diapers ....a innocent bystander tried to help the Walmart woman catch these theives and ended up getting maced and they got away with all the diapers.. there sure were a lot of workers standing around or not doing anything at all for these two ladies to get away with stealing

Its always a great place to shop.Only one issue. Some people are not wearing masks into store or getting one when they enter. As a nationwide (albeit worldwide) health pandemic, how does the little community of Broken Arrow. OK IN Tulsa County decide that their residents can choose when it comes to the health of the residents of the county? Wear a d%^n mask, your not immune.

Went in to get a few things and use there restroom my wife has cerebral palsy so naturally she was using an electric cart when she was trying to exit the restroom a worker goes in the restroom blatantly and tells my wife she cant have that chair in there my wife is a kind person and she would not try to do anything out of order I wanted to talk to the manager but my wife begged me not to she has been humiliated enough and to top it off the same employee followed us around the store due to the fact my wife ask me not to talk to management I left probably never to return but I just want to say it is rude and debilitating to tell anyone there means or mode of getting to the restroom is not allowed unless you goal is to let a handicapped person soil themselves just because you discriminated them for being lazy or over weight.......

I was not that impressed with the final transition of this Neighborhood Market. I am not a fan of self-checkout and that is now the only option. I pay enough for groceries so that service has always been justified in my opinion. This location is as close as I could ask for regarding convenience so we have always been pleased in that regard but the appeal has somewhat diminished. I got through the process without a glitch but I dont think I should have to do it. Theyve utilized the space more effectively, brought in more product and seem to have more workers on the floor but the personal service is fading away.

They had everything I needed, just a few items. However, I did not know that they had gone completely to self-checkout. That behind said, unless its an absolute emergency (I will have to be extremely desperate), I will not shop at Wal-Mart Neighborhood Market again.

The store was busy because of the 5 PM hour, which is understandable. The greeter offered a party entering some face masks but the party started they had their own. The entering party proceeded to put their own masks back in their pockets and walked around the store with no face covering.An employee was also seen walking around working the front entrance and collecting carts without a mask.

Great place to shop for essential items. It is a no cashier Walmart. But there is always like 3 or 4 associates standing around to help.

This Walmart is always clean and they always have people stocking shelfs, the reps at the self check-out are so nice also.

Everytime I go here the employees are loud! Talking across the store loudly and constant gossip. Mostly by one of the leaders! Cant seem to ever get diet orange crush anymore there either. One of the few places that had it. Between the annoying yelling and crush; I drive much further to shop now.

Always a clean location compared to others. Shelves are always stocked. The staff out on the floor are always nice when you ask for help.

I love the self checkouts. Same amounts of employees working but tons of registers open. Navigating through stockers and the pickup employees was a little frustrating, but otherwise I like this store. Pickup has been great the couple times I’ve done it.

Money order machine down! It almost never works at any of there stores. Simple things that Walmart can’t do right ever. Why do you offer it if you can’t deliver. It’s better to not offer it at all then to have someone come all the way to your store just for this and you can’t deliver.

I am 30 years old, with a valid ID, and I was unable to purchase a bottle of wine here because I had a child with me, according to them. But I was able to purchase cigarettes. Don’t really understand what’s going on here..

Super weird now with all the self check out stuff... Already an anxious person and now I have to scan and bag my own groceries while drenched in sweat and feeling like Im about to have a panic attack all while 10 workers intensely watch me, waiting for me to screw something up or steal something so they can attack!!!!.. but the store itself is fine.

Dont like the fact its only self check out now. They have you standing in line like youre back in the school lunch line. Plus half the self check out machines were closed when I went. I will drive outta my way to shop at a different or go to Winco.

Good market. But got there during renovation. They are moving products around lol. Very annoying when you finally get to know where most things are and they go and do that. But a very well kept clean store and courteous workers.

This has to be my favorite walmart. Most of the employees are super friendly. Theres always an officer neer for sutuatuons. The quality of food here in my 13 months of being a regular shooper has been fresh. Unlike some stores the food seems to last longer stay fresher. They do a nice job keeoing this store sticked and clean. Ty walmart they iffer curbside & delivery. The lines even though longer at peak times seem to go fairly rapid.

I just got a flu shot at the pharmacy here, and the head pharmacist, Toan (I may be misspelling that) went so far out if his way to help me with insurance info and details I didn’t know about my prescription coverage. He also let me FaceTime my kids during the shot so I could show them not to be scared of it. He gave me suckers to give them when I got home too. Great guy that went out of his way for me.

Not happy with all self checkout!! Bring back the the checkout staff, I dont like doing it myself. One item wouldnt scan, I had to stand there and wait over 5 minutes for help.

One way in through a gate, one way out through a NARROW isle between checkout stalls!!!Everything is walled off to force you to leave through this NARROW space!!! THIS PLACE IS A DEATH TRAP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have always loved this Walmart. The people are amazing and so helpful.But I wanted to give an extra shoutout to the pharmacy staff, especially the pharmacist.I came in today, seeing double, my head and ear in pain (even my scalp hurt to touch) and with so much head congestion it wasn’t even funny. The pharmacist was quick to help me and make a recommendation for my ailments.It isn’t even two hours later and I feel like a normal person again!Thank you all for always being so kind, helpful, and really an extension of family. I absolutely love coming in and seeing all of your wonderful happy faces. 💕

Whose bright idea was it to get rid of all the checkout people? It was one of the reasons I went to this Wal Mart. I feel bad for all the people that lost their job. At least Reasors still has people to help you check out your groceries.

Was nice when it first opened a couple years back, but it’s become too small to support its customers. I gave two stars instead of one because it’s at least clean, other than that, there’s not much to brag about. They only have two registers open at nearly all times, even at dinner time when people are getting off work. There are a few nice people, but a lot of management staff is fairly rude (most cashiers are nice). The infrastructure of the store as a whole, from the parking lot to the store itself, is no longer able to sustain the volume of customers that come into the store. You can barely push a cart around inside, a lot of the produce is out of stock. It has changed in the past 6 months. I think a simple addition to staff and opening up registers would get people in and out more quickly. People were frustrated and fighting with each other in lines... We can do better. I’ll change my review if I see some improvement.

There are no cashiers anymore and since they are doing a huge renovation there is a portable toliet outside and when you walk in you can smell how disgusting it is. Probably wont bother going back at least at Reasors they have cashiers

Parking lot was very dark. Dangerous.

This place insisted they had to ID all 3 of us even though just one person was buying liquor. One person left their ID in the car and they still wouldnt let us buy the liquor if the person left. After falsely stating it was state law, I pointed out that it wasnt. The shift manager then said it was Walmart policy which of course, I have never heard of.The one star is because even if that is policy, it is stupid policy and should be changed.

Busy but was fast check out

Spendy place for basics. A Walmart in name only. I frequent this spot when I just dont have the time to go to Aldi or the Asian markets, or Costco, or if theres something I just cant seem to find. On the plus side, there are several employees who seem to be regulars and are very kind and helpful. They have expensive but quality produce, and they do have a range of frozen, meats and drinks.

The store still falls short of expectations. I brought up an issue with the store manager who went to check on it but since its a vendor stocking problem you would think the store could get hold of the vendor and get the merchandise on the shelf instead of waiting 2 -3 days before the next delivery. Why even keep going to a store and hope what you are wanting will be there. If there are other people who expect the same, this is not the store to go to. This same problem is consistent and doesnt seem to be getting better. So instead of wasting time looking for a place to park and go on to not find what you want, dont go to a bigger store expecting that they will be better. These stores keep changing and not to what the customer wants in merchandise availability to customer service. Theres a new store opening in about a week and will check it out and hopefully better

Employees told me the service desk was closed before it actually was so they didnt have to log in and process a money order. This was the same Walmart I just got a money order from at a later time just a few weeks ago. They werent even courteous about it or apologize for closing it early.
