I recently had an antique tapestry framed for my niece. It had been in the family for over one hundred years.The Hobby Lobby team was considerate and extremely knowledgeable. Without their guidance and efficiency, the project would have not been the success it was.My heartfelt appreciation to Susan, who kept me updated on the status of the work and the options available.

POOR TREAMENT OF DISABLED VETERAN!!! We were just in here trying to pick up a $12 item and my husband asked for a veterans discount. Whenever they asked him to show his card he showed them his Army veterans ID card that says service connected disability. He also has his Oklahoma drivers license that has the veteran flag on it. They told us that because we didnt have a separate card specifically from Oklahoma that they wouldnt give him the veterans discount on our $12 purchase. They have lost customers for life. And if youre a veteran I really hope you dont give them any business and spread the word.

Found my Halloween decorations in the Christmas section because I was informed they no longer carry those items. Yet, all the staff and most of customers were not wearing a mask. So therefore exposing every one potentially to Covid 19 but I guess thats OK. 😎

I had the framing department frame an original piece of artwork for me. It came out amazing! The lady was super helpful in assisting me with choices. It was even better when I realized they were having a custom framing special and I got a 40% discount!

They do an excellent job on custom frames. I had an odd sized panoramic photo of my great grandfather in WW1 that they framed and it turned out great.

I really do love this store and can spend hours here browsing the isles but I was again shocked at the fact they were putting out their summer products on December 21st. Please let me enjoy my Christmas Shopping and purchases first. 🙏👼& 🤶🎅

Hey it’s my go to place for crafts, candles, decor, etc. looking for decorations for my new desk at work and found EXACTLY what I was looking for! Hobby lobby is the chick Fil a of craft stores because they are always happy to help and say it’s my pleasure. This location is so convenient, clean and super friendly!

Isles are a bit small but besides that best crafting store! I get all my paint and canvass there for pretty cheap!

First time to this Hobby Lobby in Broken Arrow, OK. Much nicer than anther one Id been to in Tulsa. Got what I needed and took the opportunity to familiarize myself with that store.

Well its hobby lobby everybody loves it.

Location in Owasso always follow me around the store. For our small business, its proximity to my house is perfect. But the customer service is horrible.

What isnt great here? I can walk the aisles for hours! I havent been once that I dont meet someone and talk about whatever and usually have a laugh. Always discounts and online coupons too. Cashier service is friendly and efficient and parking is no problem.

Staff was very helpful. Not handicap friendly. No riding carts.

Second visit..told yall I was going back!! They have such a vast selection you can go in without knowing what you want and find exactly what you need in most cases.. arts and crafts toys birthday gifts home decor you name it its probably at the Hobby Lobby!

What can I say, I love the place and their specials. But here are some of the reasons why I only gave them a 3 star. I was looking for Christmas leftovers and was very surprised Most of their stuff was broken ; ( I cant believe that it was meant to be sold. A Christmas ornament ballerina with one good leg -really !!! That was disappointing.After Thanksgiving, there discounts were awesome !!!!!Also the I used the 40% coupon off on one original priced item. I checked out earlier then had to go back to get something else. The cashier actually asked for my receipt on the earlier purchase (thats fine), but then she added that she has to make sure that I didnt use the 40% coupon on it as well. Wow !!!! I thought this was a Christian based store

I shop here a lot buying supplies for my woodshop. Never a complaint. Great staff.

If you need anything framed go here and ask for Susan. I would highly recommend letting her come up with something for you. I promise you that you wont regret it. She has framed over half a dozen pieces for us so far and everyone was her idea and came out absolutely gorgeous. Susan you rock! Thanks for the beautiful work we now have all over our home. I absolutely LOVE this place. Whenever I go here I always end up buying more stuff than I need because the place inspires me. The customer service is great and the people are always happy to help me. And their Christian values and views make the shopping experience even better.

I absolutely love Hobby Lobby, so when my boyfriend and I got our first house, it seemed fitting to go to Hobby Lobby for our decoration needs! When we went in, there were signs for 50% Wall Decor, so we grabbed the things that we liked. At the checkout, the lady told us that none of the things we had were discounted, despite the signs still being up. We still bought what we found because we really loved what we picked out, but it was still disappointing. Maybe next time they need to make sure the right signs are up for their sales.

I dont know what needs to be said besides I love this place. I never walk out disappointed in their selection. There is ALWAYS a sale on something and then of course always a coupon if not.

They have just about everything you can imagine when it comes to crafting supplies. The prices are very good I would go back there. The only problem how is the traffic to get there.

I was really pleased with how helpful the clerks were in this store.It is not my usual HL to shop. The store lay out was different & it seemed much bigger.I was looking for one specific trim I had not bought enough of a few months earlier .I was sent to the right person in Fabrics. She said we may may find it in a few places in store. Wow. I thought I had known where to look!She raced around to 3 spots & told me 2 more to check.I found what I needed and more.Nicer than always equals a good shopping experience.

Clean, lines are always too long, not much on sale, cashiers dont know what is on sale. .

It can sometimes be hard to find what you are looking for. But it is there.. keep looking and you will find stuff you didnt know you needed!

I have a medium sized wooded plank board. It has a thick hanging string but its too heavy to hang on my walls. 3 employees literally walked around with me to find & choose something to set it on. Theyre SO helpful & kind. Ill definitely go back to this location & its not even the closest one. I had to trade in a rack but Im set & have all I need. There was even a financial gain in the process. More than anything, the employees are very kind & helpful. This matters.

I love coming here! They always have about half of the store on sale. If its not the item you were wanting, come back the next week and theres a good chance it will be on sale. I love the way they rotate which departments are on sale. Their prices are great and the coupons on the website are great!

Love the variety of all the different items you can get in this store,. The music. Just mellows you about where you can stay for hours taking it all in.

The staff is always very friendly, managers and cashiers alike. The prices are good when everything is almost always on sale, and the 40% off coupon is an added bonus. I will say, for the amount of shopping people do int this store and the amount of merchandise, they always have things looking well put together and restocked. I have never left disappointed in the experience.

Even at the height of Christmas shopping these people are top notch. Very polite compared to other places been. I even found some things I never would have thought of, so they got me there, couldnt pass up not getting 👍

Friendly, helpful staff with a fairly easy layout to find what you need. The sales go on year round and apply to even the most sought after items in their store. Now that weve renovated our master bath, well definitely be by to look for a cabinet and decor.

Love going to hobby lobby. Mostly just walk around and look at all the new stuff they constantly put out. They have everything from fabric to crafts to lawn ornaments and books. Every theme you want to put together you can find here. They generally have all sorts of sales on almost everything but if theres something not on sale you can download the 40 percent off on their website

Terrible experience. First the large woman with short bob haircut doesnt take the next person in line but person behind me while i continue to wait for a woman doing 4 separate checkouts. Then Theresa doesnt know your sales and has fo call someone for price check while checking someone out as if i didnt wait ling enough unnecessarily. Then they act like they did me a favor when the sign is written in plain English whats for sale! I do not appreciate the bad customer service i received and will not return.
