Prices reasonable and laptop was return back in a timely matter. However I was not satisfied with how my laptop was put back together screws where missing. Certain part like screen and keyboard weren’t snug

After downloading some software on my laptop, my computer was possessed. Seriously, Ive never seen anything like this. I found Byte Knights and Sherri and she very calmly fixed the problem in the same day and everything is back to normal. I highly recommend Sherri and Byte Knights for any computer problem you may have.

My computer keeps crushing - got it fix somewhere else back in 2017 and it last for awhile then same issue came back. I was looking to buy a refurbish computer from Amazon, but found Byte Knights and decided to give them a try. Long story short, problem solved and worked great so far for the past 2 or more weeks. The price is reasonable and Nick is honest I would highly recommend - plus there are multiple ways to pay that makes it convenient for customer.

We have used Byte Knights since they opened! They have always diagnosed the problem before repairs! I called them today in a panic and they said bring it right in and let’s take a look. Excellent service!!!

Nick was very nice and diagnosed my problem and when i asked how much I owed him, he said nothing, I diagnose for free and even offered to help some more! I couldnt pick it up the day it was done but he said no problem man super nice guy! His system will even send you a text saying what was wrong during the processHis store may not be a huge super professional nerd space but its exactly what I expected, plus pc parts for sale!
