This store is confusing & not very well laid out.. They also treat you by how much they THINK you will buy or how much you know. I have came in here to get some big ticket items BECAUSE I wanted to know more & could at the time, but they treated me very flippantly.

Store was warmer than anticipated but was okay. Workers were friendly.

People are helpful due to covid i believe thats why the selection of certain things are limited. Pretty expensive too for previously used items.

It was horrible, I came in at 12 when they opened, asked 1 simple question and the 2 men working were so incredibly rude to me Im never ever going back. Im going to also tell all my friends who go there often not to go. Ive never been treated so horribly before at Vintage stock.

If you can withstand the smell of dirty feet and teenage sweat, its decent. Employees were helpful and nice. Prices were good (at least on old XBox games). Ill go back, but I may put on 3 masks next time I go.

By far the worst Vintage Stock in the Tulsa area - as others have stated, not only does this location have the more typical problems of a poor selection of titles combined with outrageous prices and rude or indifferent staff members that offer you 75 cents for items in new condition, the cherry on top is that this location also is dirty, has some sort of terrible smell permeating the place, and not one staff member wears a mask. If this location is the only one that has the title you want, get it shipped to one of the locations in Tulsa where the staff are polite and respect your health.

Lots to look at and plenty of older harder to get items. I advise you shop around a little as their prices on some items are way off. Was looking for a specific game for Xbox 1. Walmart which was in the same parking lot had it for $25 new. Vintage stock had the game for $35 used.

Out of all the Vintage Stocks in Tulsa, its the 2nd largest, with the first being on Riverside/Jenks Area.My favorite vintage stock that isnt 41st and Sheridan.As far as placement. This is my favorite because it has a Cicis, gamestop, and walmart all walking distance from it, a great place to venture with your friends.

Found some work out DVDs there..so I was happy about that since that was why I went. Might go back another time and get some movies.

Went here yesterday for the labor day sale.Immediately upon walking in this place smelled like mold.After going to the manga section, there was several live cockroaches on the floor.Take better care of your store.I wont be coming back to this location if they think its okay to have a store this nasty.

They always have amazing items for decent prices.

Only two out of 10 in the store were wearing masks: myself, my husband, and two customers. NONE of the staff were wearing masks. Yet, there is a mask mandate on the door. I am disgusted at how this store is being handled during the pandemic. I will be searching for the corporate number. Its a shame I am safer at a Walmart than at this store.

Get your Vintage needs. Just enjoy a walk through this place. Almost like a museum 🤣🤣. Always friendly staff

Smelled like nasty moldy water. Out of the four people working, not a single person greeted or asked me what I was looking for. By far worst Vintage Stock I have been in.

Walked in and got what we needed to purchase and proceeded to wait for an extended period of time for either of the 2 employees to check us out. Neither of them wore masks (despite enforcing all customers to wear them in order to enter the store) and both continued to walk back and forth sluggishly, ignoring the line that was forming. I’m not a big fan of employees d!cking around while I have things to do. I’ve worked in the same field as them multiple times and what they did was not acceptable. One of them was on the phone slowly helping a different customer, which is fine - it happens, but there were 5 of us in that line. Ridiculous.

None of the employees wore a mask????Also sold us an empty game case. Smh.

Like it nice very clean but i think its a tad bit way to pricey i think that would be my only problem from what it cost to the actual price of item is just outrageous. Also stay not very friend in my opinion. Almost hate when i have to ask them something.

My grandson loves the games and posters. Lots of fun looking for posters.

Staff is helpful and the variety of used games, dvds and blue ray are amazing. The only time I have failed to find what I need is if is out of production.

I really like going and looking around for older movies Im unable to find anywhere else. The staff is very good at finding a movie if youre not able to. They will check the other stores and order it for you and no extra charge to do it. The only thing i have found that could be a little better is the price on some of the used items are a little to high. Other then that its a great place.

Its ok, dont trade your stuff in, youll get pennys on the dollar or next to nothing for your stuff

They have really good selections of used movies, music and comics. They have a lot of used games and consoles. My only complaint is that their new comics are not displayed with bags and boards.

This store used to be good. Now its awful. 90% (or 9/10) times I buy from there the product never works. And their ability to fix it is always broken. I used to be a manager there. Its not hard to keep the place in order. It saddens me my store has gone so far down hill.Dont waste your time or money there. Just go to the Memorial store or go to Walmart next door.

They do have a great selection but if you call to make sure they have an item, make dang sure they put their hands on it!!! Called about a movie, said they had it for x amount of dollars, drove 8 miles to have them tell me we cant find it ..........then you dont have it......... couldnt seem to get that through.........if you cant find it, it doesnt mean its somewhere..........if you cant produce the product you said you have, then you dont have it!!!! Simple!!!!

Smelled funny and prices were high. But a few items did have some good sale prices. Unsure if labour day weekend sale or sales rotate frequently. But worth a quick pit stop.

A great store with a wide variety of merchandise for any consumer. As well as some really great and helpful employees. Would definitely recommend going again.

Still the best place in town to buy, sell or trade physical media. With a wide selection of Blu-rays, DVDs, comics and video games of every generation, they likely have what youre looking for. And if they dont, they can tell you if one of their other locations does. Prices on used games are a little high.

Love this place brings back so many memories of when your a kid

I enjoyed the quick responses to my questions on the phone and the helpful and polite staff at the store. They are friendly and willing to work with customers on prices and finding in store items. Great alternative to other stores if other stores do not have what you are looking for. Prices are higher than some other places; that is my only complaint.

My mom introduced me to vintage stock a few years back and Ive been hooked since. This is one of my favorite places and I could spend hours here. They have board games, video games, movies (old & new) tv shows, vinyl records, comic books, game consoles and all at cheap prices. This place has it all & is worth the trip!

Sales associates were very helpful and courteous. Definitely. A good place to shop for movies.

Fantastic selection. However they think all.there customers are stupid . I did not have one employee or 2 employees,but three employees explained to me that the reg priced merchandise is not 50 percent off. Only clearance . Even the cashier had to tell me. Do these people think were stupid or that we cant read . I dont need something explained to me by 4 associates . I was perfectly able to read the sign and understand English. So thats what I had to go through just to purchase a regular priced item. Surely people are not that stupid that they have to explain a sign to every customer who wants to make a purchase . Im not dumb I can make a purchase without help.

We buy alot of movies and games from here, if you have a product that doesnt work right they take good care of you but be sure to keep your receipt, but you have to do that with all exchanges everywhere anymore and for good reason these days. The sales people are helpful too.

This Vintage Stock is a really nice one! They have a decent selection and the staff is really helpful. They have a lot of collectors edition video games for crazy low prices. This location also has a great selection for anime figures! I would definitely recommend anyone in the area to check this location out.

My son is handicapped and the staff go out of their way to assist him. They treat him as if he were an old friend, always patient and willing to help him find whatever he is seeking.

I went in to buy 1 dvd, wound up with 5. I love this place😝😝

Staff is very helpful and friendly. They have a huge selection of toys, music, and games. Why go to gamestop when vintage stock will have it for much cheaper. They have a great selection of vinyl records too. I buy all of my comic books here. I could spend a whole day looking through their shelves because of how many comics they have.

This chain of stores has a skewed definition of the word new. I bought a switch game which said display only and the associate pulled a cart from a drawer and put it in the case. When I challenged him, he said well, it hasnt been played. No, new is still in the original wrapper and synonymous with unopened. What collecter would consider a game that has been opened as new? None. Dont let them pull this heist on you. Other than that argument and being overcharged I had a good experience.

See a lot of people complaining about trade-in values, but their prices are substantially better than Game Stop or any other game stores Ive been to. Not only that, but you can find movies/games/etc here that are hard to find anywhere else.The service is a heck of a lot better than Game Stop as well, and the employees are usually very willing to work with you to find what youre looking for. Definitely one of my favorite places to shop, and definitely the place Id recommend for anyone wanting to buy/sell games and movies.

This is honestly a pretty cool place. You dont really get a lot of cash for your games and DVDs unless theyre super brand new but overall the staff is pretty awesome and everyone is pretty friendly. I do still go in there quite a bit and they do have an amazing collection of vinyls so I do really like that about it.

I recently visited your Broken Arrow location to sell some unwanted products. 1. I checked the value on all of them before I went in and got less than half for those. 2. The employees there were very unfriendly, I could tell by their mannerisms that they werent so keen on helping me out. The gentlemen in the glasses was the first person I talked to. He wasnt busy until I wanted to sell my stuff. Im patient so I went to look at some cds. The lady decided to help me instead. She was nicer but still, very standoffish. The guy finishes whatever the hell and comes over open all the cases for like a second, then walks off. I dont want to sound like an ***hole but he did have the appearance of someone who doesnt get out much but I will say he watched me from the time I was in there till I was to my car.NOT happy with that visit and will be taking my business elsewhere next time. Which is sad because Ive been there several times with no complaints.

Id love to say this place was better. Or even tolerable. But yeah. One star because you cant give less. Good job. Crappy service, the employees will literally have a full conversation amongst themselves while youre standing there waiting to be helped. The owner is rude. Like wowza hes rude. The products are often defective and almost always over priced. And the store itself usually smells. I hate leaving bad reviews. So if Im leaving a bad review its really gotta tell ya something.

Literally stop helping you, ignore you, and help other customers. Attempting to buy consoles for hundreds of dollars here, but Ill definitely check local pawn shops next time instead.

Great selection! We buy a lot of pre-owned Xbox games here because the prices are so good. Never had any trouble with any of them, always work like new. Weve sold stuff like iPods, games and accessories and got store credit or you can get cash.

The store is very well stocked with everything relating to movie videos, video games, music CDs, and even gifts. The staff mingle with the customers, more than willing to help. Very friendly staff that will search their database for titles. They have special pricing and want everyone to leave with satisfaction.

If its not at the mainstream store, then its at Vintage Stock.... and honestly, you should probably check here first anyway. Youll more than likely get a much better deal here than anywhere else. Ive been buying my games and DVDs here for years.

They almost always have the music, movies and Games Im looking for. Since they are old games, I cant expect them to have every single one, but they will find it and ship it from another store. Love this place. 10 stars if I could

Went there to get ps3 move equipment .they had all the stuff we needed. But the girl waiting on us disagreed that the charging station was for a wii i said no its not......if your going to work at a place like that know your stuff
