We came in at the suggestion of my daughters coach. Im so glad we did. They got her feet scanned, explained their findings, and got her in an insole and shoes that she says are already helping her feel better. We had Diane and she was training someone today. We didnt realize the closed at 4 and came in at 5 minutes before closing. Everyone looked at the clock when we walked in, but they still greeted us with a smile. We only needed a knee brace and couldnt tell which size. One of the girls grabbed a measuring tape and helped us out with that. Fantastic staff! Thank you for not making us feel bad about coming in so late. Will definatly keep going back.

Brittany is a great sales associate. Very polite and provided great information and explained how and why my shoe feels different.

They take their time, I spent almost an hour there and they took a number of pictures of my foot so they could find the perfect shoe for me.

We went there to buy a pair of shoes we saw online. We were promised we would be waited on next, but after standing around over 15 minutes next never came. One lady made a crude remark to my husband so we left. They also lost other customers while we were there. Customer service is STILL a big deal in todays world!!! We went to Tulsa and bought the shoes there!

I really like Fleet Feet because of mainly one person, that is, Kathleen. She made a difference in my life... She accepted me like family and that made/still makes me happy to this very day. The reason I am posting a review is because I feel like I was alienated by a place I considered to be like a second home. I am not going to name the person because that is not necessary, but I hope she knows that I am sorry for coming in and wanting to use the restroom. I am also sorry for not wearing a mask. I should have been more considerate and attentive to the signage posted on the door(s). On the other hand, I do not apologize for being treated wrongfully when walking in. Being told rudely and with presumptions that I, cannot use the restroom unless I buy something, has to be one of the most demeaning things I had been told that day. The saddest part about this was the fact that I even considered buying something despite having little food at home for me and my brother, just so I could use the restroom. I understand where the assistant manager/store manager was coming from, but I also understand that a simply different approach would have made a difference. For example, saying, I dont mean to be disrespectful, but our business takes COVID-19 protocols very serious and to ensure the spread of COVID does not affect you or our business negatively, we ask that the restroom only be used by prospective customers.

Diane and Maren were so very helpful for myself and both of my daughters today. They were both not only super friendly and attentive but very dedicated to getting our specific needs met. From the moment we entered the store until the time we left it was such a positive experience. I love the 60 day guarantee that they have. I love that this guarantee applies to everything in the store, not just shoes. All bases were covered today from socks to insoles to shoe specifications along with the how and why of what made those options the best for each of us specifically. Before and after care was also discussed due to them listening to some of the problems we had been having and offering real solutions. My boyfriend and I were there today to each purchase running shoes we had seen online. We’d rather purchase in store than online so that we can try on the shoes and also support a local small business. I have a medical exemption from wearing a mask but my boyfriend does not. He put his mask on when we walked in and I continued without one... I was told to put one on by the lady at the front door so I told her I was medically exempt. She told me that my medical condition didn’t matter, they still require them and that I will have to leave and shop online. I felt discriminated against and embarrassed for a medical condition I have no control over. Needless to say, we walked out and will not ever be going back. Will not be purchasing online either.

Nice, clean store. I bought my son some running shoes for Air Force basic training. He is happy with the shoes. It was fast and easy. We also needed some help inserts for his boots but they didnt have any.

Went in to the store this morning during the Christmas Parade. Drove-in from about 45 minutes away. Barb, who waited on me, was outstanding! I explained how I have had an issue with my right foot, for the past two years when running. We went through the treadmill test, and found the issue that was bothering me. She took the time to go through three different pairs of shoes in my fitting. I took my new running shoes home and ran two miles completely pain free! Outstanding service, and now, I am going to be a customer for life! Barb took the time to help me with my problem that has bothered me for the last two years. You just dont find this kind of personal service in this day and age. I will refer all my friends, and it is worth the drive into town for the excellent service and great prices! The shoe fitting was very personalized (despite coming in 10 minutes before closing time), they watched me walk and took measurements of my feet before giving me several shoes to try on. I go there a lot and the staff is always very friendly and helpful with suggested products, if they dont have it theyll call the other stores to see if they have it to be brought in for you, or order it online. Top of the line store!

Very disappointed in my experience in this store. I made a statement that I did not care for the color of the shoe they were showing me and they then proceeded to lay into me about color should not matter and and many other things that made me want to walk out of the store at that moment. I was very unhappy with the way I was treated and I course did not buy any shoes. There are other stores in Tulsa and will try one of them. I Do not recommend this store.

I was introduced to Fleet Feet about a year ago when I had some trouble with a big box store when it came to find some good shoes that would be accommodating to my wide forefoot. So glad I went to the Broken Arrow location and with the help I received. The lady asked me to do several things so she could study the movement of my foot, then brought out a few shoes for me to try. Ive also started participating in some of the FF events around town and look forward to starting my group training soon.

My issue with this particular shoe store is they run low on inventory and try to convince you to buy larger sized shoes than what you need and then try to sell you $50 incerts to offset the larger size.

My husband and I have continued to support small local businesses as much as possible. We were very disappointed that we were discriminated against and denied access to their store even after telling two people we have medical exemptions for not being able to wear masks. My husband needed to purchase two pairs of shoes..

The staff are curtious and listened to my needs. I wasnt up sold anything. The shoes I was sold have improved my posture and alleviated some lower backpain, I have been carrying around for awhile.

I have a medical condition to which I can not wear a mask. They said that I would have to leave if I didn’t have a mask. They were very rude and inconsiderate. They will no longer have my business.

Ive got horrible feet and have struggled to find a pair of shoes that will work for me. I recently started working out at a gym again and found that I was unable to do any of the classes because my feet would hurt so bad I had to stop.
