Their whole process is quick and efficient. That is definitely something a busy person like me appreciates greatly. From showing up to driving away in a new truck took approximately 3 hours. Gerry is the nicest car salesman I have ever met. He was so friendly and we felt he would do anything to help us. But the longer we were at the dealership we realized everyone there is just as friendly as Gerry. It is a very inviting and comfortable environment. I bought my Blazer here a year ago and since then I have had terrible experiences. If you want to be treated like a “priority” the day after you drop your vehicle off, then this is the place for you. Twice I have scheduled an appointment and then had to call later in the day to be told that they have done nothing and will do nothing until tomorrow. They did this on Monday and wanted to keep my car overnight. This didn’t work for me so I’m came across town to pick it up. I get there and they bring my vehicle out with attitude, saying that they were just starting to work on it. So I leave it and come back 3 hours later before they close and everyone refuses to talk to me as my service person has left and I should call him tomorrow. I called him 4 times yesterday and the front desk person said he was sitting at his desk and he ignored my call. And now 3 days later has ignored my message and calls. They were down 3 technicians on Monday because of covid, which I do understand. I do not understand why I was treated so poorly by the service people inside. I would highly recommend South Pointe Chevy on Memorial. They took my vehicle back immediately and even shuttled me home and back because it was going to be a while finding the issue.
I came in for a routine oil change. Usually a multi-point inspection is done and it was not. The tires were not rotated and properly filled with air. The front two tires were low when I came in, and upon leaving, were still low reading 27 for both. I feel that my vehicle was not given proper attention and just rushed through. Even though it still took over an hour to complete service. No recommendations were given by the staff as well. Overall, I felt that it was poor service compared to the many times Ive had Jim Norton service my vehicle.

There was an issue with the oil plug in my car, the shop caused the issue, thankful they fixed it and loaned me a car. Brandon was great and keep me up to date on the progress of the car being fixed. The only issue I had was they had oil all over the outside of my car when I got it back and no one washed it? Other than that it was great.
The service dept is very hit and miss. Mainly miss. I will not be back. They will not honor the coupons we get in the mail. We have had to return my husbands truck so many times for the same issue. This last time it we had to spend $1600 on a item that should not have to replaced given how/where the truck is driven. We are tired of taking this Chevy truck in and it costing in the thousand every single time. We asked them to give us a trade in price this time. They mail us letters almost weekly wanting to purchase his truck so we said give us a price. They not only ignored that request, they didnt even wash the truck.! I ask the guy who brought it over, did you guys stop washing the vehicles, his response was no. Then he looked at the truck and said well i guess not yours. They simply do not appreciate return business. The more we go them the worse we are treated Save your money go anywhere else It will cheaper and the quality of work will be better. Do business with someone who appreciates you. That is not Jim Norton Chevy. Also avoid the Chevy 250 high country diesel. They get to 100,000 miles and fall apart.

Jeff Weaver is a tremendous vehicle expert who has met my vehicle needs both of the last two purchases. He is knowledgeable, patient and works hard to get me what I want. Mike the finance guy continued to push gap insurance on me and told me that i could only qualify for a low interest rate if i purchased it. the next day my bank contacted me and told me i was approved for a lower rate than he even offered with the GAP insurance. this is shady dealings and unappreciated. I had to redo my paperwork to get the correct rate after he messed it all up. This was my 3rd purchase from your dealership and most likely my last
Service Advisor, Chris Friesen, absolutely gave me outstanding service. He treated me like a valued customer. He went above and beyond to find a loaner. I had an important business meeting and he got me back on the road in no time. So refreshing to get this kind of service in the auto business. Unfortunately these days this kind of service is hard to come by. Keep up the good work Chris! You have a bright future... No matter where your career takes you.
My situation is a bit unique & common also, I had you look at my 2013 Volt that just went out of warranty on the Voltec side (8 yrs or 100k miles, which ever comes first). I agreed to the $149.95 charge for diagnostics. On call back, from the service advisor, he painted a very daunting picture. In order to continue diagnostics, probably around $800 to $1000 dollars for further testing. Worse case scenario, total replacement of traction battery for $11000. The car runs fine. Fully charges to max and runs on battery like it suppose too. Fault code the car generated was a charging situation. ?? Dont know. However, at these quoted prices, I am getting another opinion from another dealership. The service advisor was courteous as he should be.

I drove into the parking lot of JN Chevy in Broken Arrow, towards the 2021 Silverado’s hoping to see exactly what I wanted in the trucks I’ve been looking at fit the past year and a half, Well I didn’t, because in June and July I had seen the exact truck I wanted I just wasn’t ready to make the leap, my financial s weren’t up to par yet so I waited till October 14th after just driving by the dealership like I had a million times before, dreaming, dreaming that I’d find the one, I stopped, got out and started looking at two of the trucks that were there and Janelle came walking over, she said I’d there anything I can help you find ? I said yes I’d like to look in to both of these trucks, one being a Texas edition and the other not both were priced drastically different, she came back and I looked at the Chevy that was for 37,000 I think, just for grins, then I looked at the truck I bought a Chevy Texas Edition, the only thing it had that I wasn’t looking for was the color, I’ve only bought before 8 vehicles in my life 5 were trucks, I like black but waited too long to get it, anyway janelle has only been with JN for four months and I immediately liked her, I hate absolutely hate pushy salespeople, I’ll walk away every time, she was not that way she reminded me of myself in a lot of way, even after I told her you lie to me and I’m gone, I don’t believe at this point she did, but she was very fun to talk to and I decided to buy the truck, I really didn’t think I would buy another truck but I surprised myself, she’s good, treat her nicely please, I haven’t told anyone that I bought a new truck yesterday simply because I don’t share my privacy very often, So there ya go
We got an excellent deal with a trade in and a vehicle that we love! We had an issue with the initial paperwork. Part of our deal was that the tag and title would be included in the loan so we could take care of that right away. Somehow it was omitted from our loan... But they promptly corrected this problem and gave us 1000 dollars to cover it! We will definitely come to Jim Norton for all our future car purchases! Thank you guys!

Every time I come back - the service department gives me a new reason to rethink coming to them. This time - while getting my oil changed - a tech went through the menu system on my dash to get my tire pressure (weird, but whatever), which means he or she looked RIGHT AT the check engine light that had just come on. wasnt mentioned in the inspection report - wasnt even looked at. HONESTLY - aside from getting the vehicle in and out as quickly as possible - what level of service is being provided here?
Just bought a brand new 21’ Chevy Silverado Trail Boss, and my salesman was Chris Ysbrand who was absolutely amazing!! He never pushed anything on us, never made us feel uncomfortable! But what he did do was answer all of our questions about the truck, was very professional, and knowledgeable about the vehicle!! This is my 2nd vehicle I be bought from Jim Norton Chevy, first one was a used truck and now purchased a brands new truck and had an amazing experience both times! Would definitely recommend this dealership to anybody simply due to them being 100% honest, upfront, and courteous about everything. When my son takes this truck over I’ll definitely be back to purchase another new truck front them, definite 5 stars!!!

I had a vibration in my Colorado and called the service advisor of 2 other closer dealers to get it in for service. Unlike the first 2, when I called Jim Norton, the service advisor was familiar with the issues and got me in the next morning. The transmission flush was done within 1 hour, hopefully it solved the issue. The other dealers did not express knowledge of the issues and wanted me to leave it for a few days to diagnose even after mentioning the service bulletin that I had that described my issues. Good Job, Jim Norton Service team. I want to say my advisors name was Mike. Because of the service, I plan to shop here first for my next car, which will be within the next month.My daughter also changed her service appointment to JN after a work conflict needed her to reschedule and the dealer on south 75 couldnt accommodate her request.
My husband and I traveled from out of state to come get our 2021 Tahoe. My husband contacted the dealership and worked with Brandon. Brandon was great and had the Tahoe ready for us when we got there. It was a quick enjoyable process, we wish it could be that simple every time we purchase a car!

Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this dealership. The service department is pathetically incompetent. Ive had a couple of issues but the last one too much. I took my 2008 Suburban in for an airbag recall. They tore up my dash then glued it back together. Getting glue all over the place. They states that they dont glue Customer dashes together. Only to come back and admit that they did. I will never go back there. Their behavior was childish at best. Save yourself the headache.
This review comes upon a request from the dealership. I have taken my Chevy Equinox for 2 services to Jim Norton since moving to Oklahoma. Once we purchased a GMC Sierra and it was time for service, naturally, we took it to Jim Norton on 8/17/21. Unfortunately, we didnt have the service experience that we had in the past. About 2 weeks prior to our service appointment we had a tire that was damaged and ended up having to purchase a brand new tire (not from Jim Norton). This new tire was installed on the rear, passenger side. So I was surprised to see on the invoice that a tire rotation was completed but the brand new tire was still in the same location as when we had it installed just weeks earlier. According to the invoice four wheel tire rotation and set tire pressures to manufacturer specification. Clearly this was not completed as the new tire is Firestone while the others are not. My confidence in any service provided by Jim Norton Chevrolet is now in question and I dont feel comfortable using JNC in the future. Please see attached invoices for date and service provided. UPDATE: 8/25/21 @ 12:47-Husband received call from Service Manager, extremely angry and upset at my review of the service from JNC. Rather than address my husband with a little humility and any type of respect (as the customer), this manager continued to insist that the tires were rotated and its on camera. My husband explained that regardless of his claims, the BRAND NEW TIRE PURCHASED, was in the same position as it was when we brought in for service. Rating downgraded to 1-Star and we will NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH JIM NORTON CHEVROLET. Hello Glover Chevrolet!

I came in to sell my 2018 Chevrolet Impala. I get letters from Jim Norton all the time to come in and sell my car. I have bought 3 cars from Jim Norton in the past. Jim Norton gave me a very poor offer for my vehicle. It was in perfect condition with low mileage. I was offered $3000 more by CarMax. I will never contact, buy, or refer anyone to Jim Norton ever again.

Worst car buying experience Ive ever had! From salesman lies to second signing for title they couldnt get and unkept promises of repairs made by 2 different finance agents... a definite never return for me. An absolute joke from the time I decided to buy. Bought plenty of cars and trucks and actually never had a experience until now! Forced to give 1 star but thats is not earned.
Jim Norton Chevy is a joke of a dealer. My daughter bought a car there. They are so incompetent they can not mail tag paperwork to someone. We were given two paper tags back to back on a new car. Both expired before I got my hands on the paperwork. My daughter bought a new car while she was here visiting from Arkansas. Two months after she bought the car I had to go to the dealer to pick up the paperwork because they do not know how to mail something to another state.when I was there I tried to complain about this and was told to wait because the manager had to make a conference call.i would give them 0 stars if it would let me.

What a joke! Horrible service!!!! Kyle has no clue what is going on. Never has an answer, just lies. Garay was a great when we bought the truck and is always helpful! But the service on a brand new truck under warranty has been absolutely ridiculous!
Todd was very kind and very helpful and seemed very knowledgeable. I was happy with how quickly I was worked in and the repairs were made. The only negative was that when my family came to pick me up from the lobby, my daughter and grandson, who were unfamiliar with the layout of the premises, were completely ignored by several staff people.
I was able to schedule my appointment very easily. My vehicle was returned promptly that day with the repairs. Easy in, easy out!
Service department is always excellent! How ever the man that finalized my Equinox sale screwed up my title!!! He put Joyce and Orlando Russell, instead of or. This has caused a great deal of stress on me, since I am getting a divorce.

Me and my wife traded or vehicle in and they low balled us and the offer was given after we test drove and the car is a lemon it’s already having problems after the second day. Asked to trade back for what they sold it to us for way more than it’s worth and got told it’s a 3 day exchange so they will just let us get a different car but don’t have anything we would want even tho we have yet to get paid from the sale. This should be made right.
All went fine until we were 30 miles out and a/c started failing like before. Tried numerous times to call the service tech, Todd, on his direct number he had called me on saying all was fixed. Would never answer or respond. Left several messages but no response. Also, our transmission was going out and we needed some help. Would have preferred to limp back to Broken Arrow to deal with the transmission. Even called the dealership number to no avail. We felt stranded!! Will be sending this info to General Motors. He could have simply called us!!! Weve been in Stillwater stranded since Thursday having new transmission installed. That was not the issue there but thought it better to have gotten assistance from your service person. Not happy!!!

Didnt seem like anyone in the service department wanted to help me, I stood in front of three guys waiting for one to even acknowledge me. Finally one did only because things started getting awkward. I just needed a new battery and I told him it was also showing a code which I gave him. Got the car done in an hour and forty minutes because they had to have a battery brought over since they didnt have any in stock, got in my car to drive home and it was still showing the code, I dont think they even bothered checking it out. Thought about going back in but was not interested in dealing with them anymore. We are taking our car elsewhere now!!

The department was fast and friendly service.The only thing is it seems like our car is now not functioning right after driving 15 miles after the service at the dealership. Not sure what’s going on but it’s and reduce power mode with the engine shaking and knocking.

This is a rather difficult review for me as I was at your location simply to have a recall completed on my 2015 Chevrolet Colorado (GM power steering). The service itself was completed without issue however, the time it took to have the work done is the problem. We dropped the vehicle off this past Friday (July 9th) and learned that the part required would not arrive until the next day. This was not an issue as we were told that the part would arrive around 10 a.m. or so and the service would be completed that same day.Fast forward to Tuesday (July 20th) and I have been the one to call three days in a row to get the status of my vehicle (Sat, Mon, Tue). Other than Saturday, when Todd told us that the vehicle should be completed by Monday, not one of my calls for the service techs were answered or returned despite my leaving a voicemail. We were finally informed on Tuesday about 1:40~p.m. that our vehicle was ready for pickup. The call did not come from a tech, but rather from the customer service department.I do not recall the young womans name at present, but it was rather nice of her to go out of her way to check on the vehicle after Id called at 12 p.m. and informed her that no one had returned my calls and that I was rather irritated by the lack of response from the service techs.
The service was fast and clean environment for customers to wait in.
Car trouble is never fun, and seeing that check engine light come on can make for a really bad day. But from the moment I called to make an appointment, to bringing my car in, analyzing the issue, calling the warranty company and getting me back on the road took about 3 hours and it was so appreciated that it all went so seamlessly. I appreciate that Brandon in the Service Department saved the day and made what could have been a bad experience much less stressful!

I was greeted with a smile and felt valued. The check in process was easy and quick. I expected the dealership to have my vehicle all day, as that was always my experience back in another state, but they were done in less than 2 hours. I checked out in less than 5 minutes and to my surprise, they washed my vehicle. Great service!
When I went to get my truck there was oil or grease on my passenger seat. They cleaned it as best as they could. On the way home I smelled burning oil because they spilled oil on the exhaust manifold. Not very happy with the sloppy work.
They scratched my truck and the service manager argued that it was already there. Eventually I talked to someone above him and they agreed to have a touch up guy fix it. Also on another vehicle we took in for repairs it was 5000 miles out of warranty and they said it would be 10000 to fix. We took that truck to Jim Glover and they got us GM assistance and we paid 2500 to fix it. I will not return to this dealership for anything except the free oil changes I got when I bought the truck.
All across the board we could not be happier with our purchases from this dealership. Recently brought our truck in to have the bed liner sprayed in, Chris F. our service advisor was outstanding. I am some had a good experience. For me, it was a complete and total letdown on a potential sale. Ill call you in about ten minutes has turned into over four hours with me leaving messages.They clearly do/did not care about me and my needs. They need to take customer service lessons from their service department. For used cars, they are definitely not on the level of other dealerships.The day after the fiasco, my wife had her car serviced there. I did not but from them. They tried to use intimidation tactics with my wife to get me to buy the car. There is something seriously wrong with that dealerships sales tactics.I will admit that the sales manager did reach out in apology. I considered it and sent an offer on the vehicle. However, that offer was ignored by the sales staff and the car was sold out from underneath me. To be honest, that was ok as I do not think that I can trust them.
This is not a place for a single lady to go! I was scammed out of an extra $500.00, this is after I signed the paperwork, paid my money, and took my car home! I gave it two stars only because I like my car, but I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone! Everyone that worked there seemed shifty and dishonest!

I’ve purchased over 15 vehicles in the last 10 years and this was hands down, the worst experience I’ve ever had. We were lied to multiple times about the vehicle being ready, the paperwork being ready, etc. Now, 32 days after the deal was done, my trade-in has still not been paid off, I don’t have the title for my new vehicle I purchased, so I can’t get the tag for it either. I’ve called 7-8 times over the last 2-3 weeks checking in on this paperwork/payoff and have not had one person call me back regarding the issue.
