Needed to upgrade my SIM card and was having issues installing. Gary diligently worked on my phone and got everything working. We were able to retire my dinosaur of a SIM card for a new 5G version. He also helped me sort out my bill; saved me money and got me better service. Great experience!
I was greeted quickly and warmly as I walked in. I explained that I didn’t have an appointment, due to my iPhone was stolen and I was there to confirm my coverage and (hopefully) order another iPhone. They assured me that it wouldn’t be a problem and they would walk me through the process. The CSR was knowledgeable, answered all my questions and I was able to order my new iPhone! I was concerned about the deductible, as my phone case was also my wallet.... no drivers license, no debit/credit cards, no nada!! However, that’s another thing. Anyway, he told me that the $100 would appear on my next billing cycle!! Yay!! One less freak out for me!! This whole ordeal was made less horrible due to the nice and concerned people who helped me. I highly recommend this location!! I bought my last iPhone from them and thought they were awesome, which is why I went back in the first place.
Karen immediately greeted me at the door and immediately was able to assist me. She was friendly courteous and made sure I had no questions before leaving as well as checking to see if any of atts other services would benefit me as well. It was by far my best in store experience by far.
I thought Alexis was great she welcomed me when I came into the store and really took it from there. Even though my 14 mo daughter was crying she was friendly and helpful. She even let us go out to the car so I could breastfeed her so she would calm down. She made the entire process easy and pain free. She even found us cases for our phones and helped me set my phone up. I could not have been happier with the service I received.
While the employee who helped us was very helpful and professional, I asked multiple times what my new bill would be. And was told multiple times that amount. When I got my first bill it was $100 more than I was shown. When I went to ask about it they didn’t offer any discounts, didn’t offer an apology, only said yes that’s how much it will be this month. Good customer service starts with transparency and honesty. Go to the Tulsa Hills ATT for excellent customer service.
We came in to switch our service from Verizon. We started 5 new lines and purchased 5 new phones. There was no wait time and the whole process took less than an hour. Kyle was very helpful and answered all of our questions.

Service was fine, but At&t needs to change their ways, such a racket. Everything is an extra charge. Maybe young people dont mind but I have had an At&t account for many, many years and it gets worse every upgrade. To force me to go paperless and auto bill pay they told me I would have to pay $60 a month more if I chose to stay paper bill. So wrong.

Kyle was our sales rep and he was outstanding! He was very knowledgable of the phones and the AT&T service plans, so he was able to guide us to the specific phone and plan that were right for my wife. After having my iphone ran over I went to the 151st/Memorial store only to have no one assist me as I waited several minutes. Went to the 101st/Memorial store. Even though they have terrible reviews I figured they would have a better variety. They checked me in only to have me wait for over an hour. I came home and made an appointment at the Broken Arrow store. I was out of the store within 20 minutes of arriving. Karen K. took great care of me, was prompt, courteous, and professional. We all had to port our lines from VW and despite some hiccups during the process, he had great follow through and was able to get it all taken care of for us before we left the store. On our first visit 4 different people asked us what we need and each time we had to explain at first and each of them did something and then told us to call AT&T because they can’t do anything more.We talked to At&t and they told us that if the representatives in the office do not know what to do to call business support.The next day we went to the office again and this time we were lucky to meet Adam who did everything that others could not or did not want to do.I gave 4 stars only because Adam.Otherwise -0!

Great service every time I visit. If you really want fantastic service ask for GARY SHREVE. He saved me a bunch of money upgrading my account, was able to get two new top line phones and it only added about $40.00 to my account. When the famous first estimated bill arrived he politely explained how the REAL bill will not be that bad. Gary is very easy to work with.

I have had issues with my galaxy phone taken out my incoming calls. Went up to the store and Jessica helped me! Shes gone above and beyond and so much more! The first time she ordered me a new phone. A few weeks later with the new phone it happened again and had to return store. Thankfully Jessica was there again and helped. She printed my info and watched for at&t to receive my old phone and got a new phone and Sim card ordered and got the notification that it was on its way! Jessica is seriously the best! I was in the BA store today and received the most helpful information to all my questions. Kyle Emler is your best customer service person. He helped me set up my new IPad and I also upgraded two phones with all the accessories!!! He spent a lot of time with me to assist me so I understood everything!! Give the young man a big raise!!!

Went to the store for a phone issue. An ongoing issue for the past year. I wanted to fix the phone and then pay it off to switch carries.I was told, quote “we only sell phones here” and I knew at that moment porting to another carrier was the best decision. He got the phone working temporarily and I left the store. Knowing full well I will be porting my number out today.He was rude and knew I was switching and didn’t care. After 10yrs with ATT I won’t miss this service one bit.
I had Adam as my rep and I just want to give this guy 10/5 stars for his help. I came in with my friend and her husband and toddler and her husband was not being polite to him, and she is heavily pregnant dealing with a toddler and he handled all our needs like a rockstar and was nothing but super friendly and helpful the entire time.

Everyone was screaming at me to put a mask on, I was trying to get it out of my purse and they just kept screaming Maam put a mask on! I am vaccinated and the guidelines had changed or I would have put it on before I came in. Plus I have breathing problems so I have trouble breathing and plus they made me feel very anxious! I never experienced that in the middle of the PANDEMIC

After dealing with the 101st & Memorial location, the Hillside location was like a breath of fresh air. Walked in and was immediately welcomed by Jonathan. He helped me turn in my old phone within 5 minutes or less! Highly recommend this location.
Somehow even though I now have a much cheaper phone than I used to use, its absolutely perfect for my current needs. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable, which means a lot since I ask a lot of probably annoying questions.

I got a lot of great help from this store as always. If someone didnt have the answer for me about a question, they were able to bounce it off another associate and get the answer. All in all, I was able to split my line from my ex (authorized user) which we agreed upon, and set up a new account with a new Samsung S20 5G for only $15 a month for the phone! I believe Johnny was who helped me (hope I spelled that right) He was very patient and helpful. Thank you for the great service. Love my new phone, and how much smaller it is than my old note.

I have had some of the most wonderful experiences at this store, but that changed for me and my two young sons on Saturday June 20th, 2021. I noticed that my bill stated two extra phone numbers on it with extra charges of around $45. I decided to go to my favorite AT&T store on Hillside Dr. in Broken Arrow, OK due to previous really good experiences.As I arrived, I was greeted by a female employee holding a tablet.I walked her through my concerns and she explained that the bill increase was caused by the addition of two smart watches which I understood fully, but she didnt take into account that the employee who assisted me with the smart watches did not tell me anything about additional charges other than what the smart watches cost. Had I known about the extra charges I could not afford to pay on a monthly basis (other than what they cost), I would not have gotten the watches. To my frustration, her only answer was, If you dont want the watches youll have to pay for them at full price. Totally suggesting that the only answer to this problem was to return my watches. As upset as I was, I was patient and listened to her answers before interrutping her. I asked her what she was implying and she dismissed the question and just said, What else do you want me to do? As she was speaking, a lady with tatoos shows up next to my right as if to hear what we were talking about.From that point all I was looking for was empathy as a customer, that just maybe the employee who previously assisted me with the watches (as imperfect as humans are) could have made a mistake and all this employee could say to me now was, So what do you want me to do?I suggested she could start by apologizing for a possible mistake on the employees part (who previously assisted me with the watches) and I would accept the apolgy and move on. In that instant, the lady next to me, iterrupted and said, I will not allow you to attack my employees and if you dont stop, you are going to have to leave! I answered by saying that I was truly was not attacking her and if she had been listening to our conversation (which she clearly had) she would have heard me speak patiently, respectfully, and quietly. I understood that once you get the watches and wait past 15 days, there is very little they can do other than return the watches but Id have to pay full rpice for them. I just wanted her to show some type of empathy towards my situation. The lady then said, I am the manager and I think you should leave.I think the manager had such a missed opportunity to de-escalate the situation by simply saying a few key words many of us learn in the customer serivce industry which are, Sir, Im so sorry you had a bad experience with us in the past and that the prevous employee may not have clearly explained to you the process, but if you speak with me over on this side, I can see what we can do to help in the siatuation. The manager shows up in the middle of our conversation and the only thing she could say is, Leave the store in front of my children and in front other customers. This event was not even noticeable to anyone other than the female employee I was speaking to and myself, but once the manager showed up, everyone in the store knew about it. I was humiliated! As soon as I am able to afford to pay full price for our phones & watches, I will be swtiching my service to Verizon.This situation could have been avoided with a few simple words of acknowledgment and empathy, but that was too difficult for them.

Adam was knowledgeable about all the plans I was interested in and was very cordial and patient as I made my decisions. He did not try to oversell his products and in fact pointed out ways to reduce my current expense. Good experience!!

Jonathan and Jeremy at the Broken Arrow location were amazing!Jonathan made upgrading my phone a quick and seamless process.Once I received the phone in the mail (they didn’t have it on hand) I had some trouble getting all my features set up after I got it activated. I called the ATT customer service number and after several failed attempts to correct the issues and several hours wasted on the phone I came into the store.Jeremy took great care in fixing the problems I was having with my plan. He was very knowledgeable and had all the problems fixed in half the time of a phone call to customer service.Both of these guys did a great job so I wanted to make sure ATT knows they have a happy customer because of their customer service!
